The characteristics and the needs of the developing countries based on agriculture is rely on one of the integrated approaches known as the Traditional Village Development Approach is stressed for the regional development in Malaysia. This scenario occurs due to the failure of the previous regional development policies, particularly the limited spillover effects, has encouraged a more integrated approach.The objective of this approach is to lessen the disproportionate gap between the urban and rural areas, and at the same time upgrade the villagers' standard of living.This strategy includes agricultural improvement through ownership changes and small farm consolidation into plantations, the development of non-economic activities and the changes in settlement structure and the establishment of the growth centers.The findings of the study showed that there is still some space for action that needs to be taken in order to develop the standard of living of the rural population, particularly in identifying the priorities for the development and the overall development strategy.The most important thing is to ensure that the returns and a more optimum benefit are given to the population through a more comprehensive and collective participation.

Today, many cosmetic products are unhealthy and un-quality. Nowadays, the lifestyle trend of "back to nature" is increasing where people's trust in active compounds of natural materials is relatively safer than synthetic chemical compounds. Therefore, creating healthy and quality products at affordable prices is the focus of the government. Cosmetics are ingredients or preparations intended for use on the outside of the human body (epidermis, hair, nails, lips, and outer genital organs) or teeth and mucous membranes of the mouth, especially to cleanse, scent, change the appearance, and or improve body odor or protect or maintain the body in good condition. The activities that will be carried out are a demonstration of the manufacture of cosmetics of natural materials by a team of lecturers to the community in The Village of Sungai Tiung, Cempaka, Banjarbaru to improve the quality of public health knowledge and insights towards the training of cosmetic natural materials so that people can use the natural ingredients around as cosmetics and have a selling value, such as rose water, masks, and body butter. So that the cosmetic natural ingredients have the potential to be developed into natural mask ingredients for the face. It is expected that residents can use coffee, green tea, rose petals, oats, and rice as natural cosmetic ingredients for treatment and can increase their economic value as a business opportunity.

The development of political science at the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN), especially the State Islamic University (UIN), tend to stand a lot on the paradigm and policy of scientific integration. Namely, the integration of religious sciences and general sciences. However, at the State Islamic University of Syarif Hidayatullah in Jakarta, through the Political Science Study Program of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, it did not only rest on scientific integration, but also an effort to synergize with the context of Islamness and Indonesianness. This research aims to describes and identifies political sicience of Islamness and Indonesianness as a model of the development of political science.

Community policing is an awe-inspiring mechanism for managing crime and social problems. However, ethnic and religious identity and conflicts have lean towards to affect the efficacy and viability of the community policing program in Nigeria. With a strong commitment and plans by the government in addressing crime and other social ills, through community policing, almost no outcomes appear to be imminent because Nigeria is continuously overloaded by ethnic and religious sentiments. This paper investigates the impact of ethnic and religious identity and conflict on Nigerian's community policing program. The paper contends that ethno-religious identity and conflict not only undermines the viability and efficacy of community policing to foster security, additionally debilitates the unity and stability of the country. The fundamental argument is that unrestrained competition among the various ethnic and religious groups have affected public relations, and endanger the citizens' participation in community policing program negatively. The paper concludes that, enlightenment campaign, especially among youth on ethno-religious tolerance, citizens' participation in collective security, inter-religious and ethnic tolerance and harmony, police officers' effective interaction with the citizens would restore public confidence, thereby enhances citizens' participation in community policing program.

This paper investigates on a number of new generation Knowledge Management strategies to improve professional e-government service deliveries, which drives competitive advantage of successful horizontal and vertical interaction. Moreover, transformation of e-government to mgovernment (m-government platform) and social media analysis, knowledge sharing and personalization are four main KM strategies those specifically are targeted to attract youth generation to effectively use online governmental services, thus a proposed framework through this paper illustrates how successful integration of KM strategies and professional e-government services drive competitive advantage.
