The European Programme Copernicus, one of the principal sources of free and open Earth Observation (EO) data, intends to sustain social and economic advancements to the European Union. To this end, User Uptake initiatives have been undertaken to increase Copernicus awareness, dissemination, and competencies, thus supporting the development of downstream applications. As part of the activities performed in the EO-UPTAKE project, we illustrate a set of application scenario workflows exemplifying usage practices of the data and tools available in the Copernicus ecosystem. Through the know-how gained in the design and development of the application scenarios and the bibliographic analysis on downstream applications, we discuss a series of practical recommendations to promote the use of Copernicus resources towards a wider audience of end-users boosting the development of new EO applications along with some advice to data providers to improve their publication practices.

Abstract
In specific contract No 13 issued under the framework agreement OC/EFSA/AMU/2019/02, EFSA requested Open Analytics to implement a web application SIGMA Kaleidoscope composed of different modules addressing the need of generating customized visualizations for African swine fever (ASF) epidemiological data with the possibility of selecting the species (wild and/or domestic), the geographical area, the time frame and many other analytical parameters of interest. These visualization components can be used to elaborate an epidemiological report with automatic text creation. The web application integrates different types of data sources and data formats in order to generate insightful tables and graphs covering surveillance activities, spatial and temporal dynamics, disease outbreaks and impact estimators. Users will be able to generate a report summarizing the results obtained throughout the application. The web application has been developed and tested using ASF data, but the 'Summary' module can also be applied to the outbreak data of other diseases.

CICER: Smart control of the final size on ceramic tiles. Controlling the production process of ceramic tiles is an arduous task. Due to the physical particularities of the elements involved in the manufacture, each manufactured piece has its own characteristics. The process involve external non-controllable physical factors such as atmospheric pressure and humidity, and others controllable as the pressure that is used in the hydraulic press or the moisture that is injected into the raw material in the filling process. The final size of each piece produced will depend on all these factors, so it is necessary to develop a process that is capable of measuring at each production step the parameters of each piece and change controllable factors to obtain the desired final size. A very important part to carry out the process control in the production environment is the availability of a tracking system, which allows uniquely identifying each piece that enters and leaves the manufacturing system, including all of its manufacturing information at each production stage. Existences of public spaces in cities are essentials for social interactions to take place, fostering the creation of sustainable, safe and livable cities. Although public spaces are often designed for certain activities, existence of unplanned spaces seemed interwoven in the cityscape, some in the form of leftover spaces, including under the flyovers and bridges, which offers an abundance of opportunities. This paper attempts to review activities under flyovers initiated by its local community in Kuala Lumpur and aims to contribute in further identifying the leftover spaces, and to the possible activities to be considered in developing these spaces to benefit surrounding communities.

In the rapid development of science and technology, people are encouraged to use computers. Computers are one of the human tools used for data processing, both in government agencies, education, health, private and other businesses. Currently information is needed, with the need for information, a data processing system using a computer is applied to make it easier for users to perform computerized data processing. The existence of Integrated Service Posts (Posyandu) in Indonesia is now almost evenly distributed to the village level and even RT / RW. This proves that the role and care of the community in health services is very important, and is not only the responsibility of the government.

We present a number of result re-ranking techniques based on this representation that can be applied to any Web search engine. AbstractMisinformation presents a challenge to democracies, particularly in times of crisis. One way in which misinformation is spread is through voice messages sent via messenger groups, which enable members to share information on a larger scale. Gaining user perspectives on digital misinformation interventions as countermeasure after detection is crucial. In this paper, we extract potential features of misinformation in voice messages from literature, implement them within a program that automatically processes voice messages, and evaluate their perceived usefulness and comprehensibility as user‐centered indicators. We propose 35 features extracted from audio files at the character, word, sentence, audio, and creator levels to assist (1) private individuals in conducting credibility assessments, (2) government agencies faced with data overload during crises, and (3) researchers seeking to gather features for automatic detection approaches. We conducted a think‐aloud study with laypersons () to provide initial insight into how individuals autonomously assess the credibility of voice messages, as well as which automatically extracted features they find to be clear and convincing indicators of misinformation. Our study provides qualitative and quantitative insights into valuable indicators, particularly when they relate directly to the content or its creator, and uncovers challenges in user interface design.
