Transformational changes have been taking place in the political systems in many countries of the world over the last few decades. This issue arouses the great interest of scientists and researchers. In the article, I pay particular attention to the study of the "traditional" and "new" party systems and their role in the country's contemporary political life. Given the challenge of the day, I see populism as a problem with its impact on democracy along with such issues as the role of populist parties and the citizens' attitude to them; the analysis of problems developing in the political process, particularly, in parties and movements of the populist type; the formation and development of multi-party systems and democracy as a whole.Populism is considered in the article as a political ideology. This phenomenon is investigated as a component of the political parties' activities, especially, of the Ukrainian parties. A comparative analysis of populist parties in the European Union and Ukraine has been carried out.I analyze the main factors of populism's influence on the party-political system on the examples of the European countries and Ukraine. I also prove that populism has always occupied a special place in the implementation of programs of political leaders and parties. It is noted that populism remains the current day phenomenon of both the party-political system and the socio-economic life of the countries in the world. Having a considerable influence over the politics of the countries, where functioning of democratic institutions is relatively inexperienced, populism has a rather clear manifestation in the modern political space and the "old" democracies. There is a clear link between increasing populism and exacerbating socio-economic problems. The inability of the political establishment, including the democratic one, to respond effectively to new problems and challenges is an important factor contributing to the emergence and growth of populist influence. The in-depth analysis of the populist rhetorical and political effects on the development of modern democracy is particularly important, i. e. the margins between the reality and virtuality, truth and falsehood are leveling; facts lose their value; deconstruction of truth takes place; traditional ideologies are destroyed; moral relativism, hypocrisy and double standards are spreading out.
What consequences does the design of the virtual yield for architecture and to what extent can the nature of architecture be used productively to turn game-worlds into sustainable places – over here, in »reality«? This pioneering collection gives an overview of contemporary developments in designing video games and of the relationships such practices have established with the design of architecture. Due to their often simulatory nature, games reveal constructions of reality while positively impacting spatial ability and allowing for alternative avenues to complex topics and processes of negotiation. Granting insight into the merging of the design of real and virtual environments, this volume offers an invaluable platform for further debate. ; Andri Gerber, Ulrich Götz: Introduction Part 1: Interviews Werner Oechslin: Taking Risks! This article discusses the concept of intermediality, comparing traditional visual poetry and contemporary digital poetry. It shows that today's somewhat fashionable concept of intermediality can actually be traced in the transposition of the classic concept of intertextuality from philosophical discourse, especially as developed by Barthes and Kristeva, to the domain of mediological discourse. The article briefly summarizes the tradition of visual poetry from antiquity to modernism, emphasizing its structure as basically concrete; that is, it implies a material and medial component of language or writing (écriture). This structure calls attention to its self-referential and referential aspect. The digital poetry that continues the line of development of concrete poetry, as it appeared in the 1950s and 1960s, belongs to a broader area of new media poetry that includes any experimental poetry that uses the "new" media. The problematic concept of intermediality can best be explored in a digital environment such as the holographic poetry (or holopoetry) of the noted and versatile contemporary Brazilian artist Eduardo Kac. Kac's holopoetry is a special space-time event in the context of the holographic projection of the text in order to display its multilinearity, which primarily means breaking with the linearity of classic poetry printed in a book. Based on an examination of Kac's holopoem "Havoc" from 1992 (in this example, the poem's graphic integrity is temporarily lost), the paper challenges the simplistic deconstructivist interpretation that is applied to Kac's poems and often to digital poetry in general: namely, that these poetic events can most persuasively be seen as figures for the unattainability of "pure" presence/absence, materiality/immateriality, reality/virtuality, and so on. The author argues that the "polluted" reading as a reading against metaphysics and tradition in the case of new-media poetry is unconvincing because the visually evident and naïve representation of a (would-be) Derridaean différance is nothing more and nothing less than the Baudrillardean simulacrum: an imaginary representation of the unreal. The author concludes by suggesting that the basic intermedial problems of contemporary digital poetry remain the same as in traditional visual poetry; that is, that they are only reproduced in the new media environment. Their new "materiality" and the extensive possibilities of technical manipulations that they offer should not deceive us that they ipso facto imply completely new ontological dimensions.
Electronic sports, also known as esports, are a groundbreaking phenomenon based on sports competitions in which the human beings develops and trains mental and physical abilities using competitive videogames. Its special approach to the new generations has created certain social concern about education, specifically ethics, which this manifestation offers to the youngest. Supported by the hermeneutical current, our objective is to analyse, from an ethical prism, the phenomenon of esports and how they can contribute, are contributing or could contribute to their practitioners having a fulfilling life. Among the analysed elements we find the process of virtualization, corporeality, freedom, virtue, self-knowledge or violence. After the analysis, it can be concluded that this socially based concern and criticism is not founded, since electronic sports can contribute to an ethical development of the individual and, with this, to his education. In this way, the ethical development of the subject contributes to the ethical development of society. Some aspects developed can be the conceptions of corporeality, gender and feminism, the democratization of human competition, the dissonance between reality and virtuality, the conception of aggressiveness, violence and catharsis, the idea of freedom as authentic existence or the implications of the game and sport in humanity. Abstract: Electronic sports, also known as esports, are a groundbreaking phenomenon based on sports competitions in which the human beings develops and trains mental and physical abilities using competitive videogames. Some aspects developed can be the conceptions of corporeality, gender and feminism, the democratization of human competition, the dissonance between reality and virtuality, the conception of aggressiveness, violence and catharsis, the idea of freedom as authentic existence or the implications of the game and sport in humanity.

; Capitulo I. Marco Jurídico Analítico Capitulo II. Método Capitulo III. Análisis Capitulo IV. Conclusiones ; Colombia in 1999, following the recommendations of the United Nations Commission for International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), issued Law 527 to deal with the legal and social realities generated in the world with the standardization of the network ( World Wide Web) and electronic mail (email), where electronic documents and their corresponding probative value were defined and equated to that of any printed or paper document. This article describes a timeline with the most significant events of legislative evolution and jurisprudential in Colombia from that moment to the present, in times of pandemic, to describe the probative value of electronic documents such as WhatsApp or email, and to show that their interpretation has not been peaceful, either with the character of full documentary evidence or simply as circumstantial evidence. Perhaps the time has come to clearly update our legislation to the new times. Since the arrival of digital tools, made much more visible with the obligatory virtuality as a result of the coronavirus, the world will never be the same again and the Law is no exception. This is the common thread that guides this writing.
In the argumentative course of the essay, a reflective interpretation is exposed from own and other people's voices about the complex chaotic in uncertain that is the world and the most complex and uncertain that has become a product of the pandemic. It represents a reflection on the concrete reality with looking to configure knowledge. Therefore, its intention is to add to the understanding of a complex, reticular, chaotic and uncertain world, mired in the Covid-19 pandemic. Which leads to greater complexity, greater chaoticity but above all, greater uncertainty. We mainly used the metaphor presented by a contemporary philosopher Byung-Chul Han (2014) "The digital swarm" around which he exposes the social behavior of people in the face of virtuality. It is assumed because the interaction during the time of the quarantine by Covid-19 meant and means our window with the rest of the world. We agree that the pandemic is generating more chaos and uncertainty to the already complex reality that we have to live in this second decade of the new millennium and in a Venezuela plunged in a severe political, economic and energy crisis with its implications in the concrete relationship of living.
; The article analyzes the current state of the television's functions and effects under the social changes caused by the intensive development of information and communication technologies that determines the emergence of a new information society, which is characterized by the transformation of intangible resources, i.e. information, into economic and political resources of society. The system-forming potential of the rapidly developing information and communication sector manifests in the formation of the network structure of social communications, its distribution all over the socio-cultural field, promotion of the horizontal communication model in all spheres of social life, and the growing role of virtuality, interactivity and individualization. The authors conducted sociological analysis of the television's functions and impact based on the current changes in social structures and classical and modern sociological concepts, and show that the adaptation of the social field of television can be explained by openness of the system, its involvement in social processes of higher order, and its own regulating mechanisms. The television possesses a number of significant features that allow to describe and study it as a social field: a complex communication and production system with specific functions, activities and organizational structure; a system of audio-visual, linguistic and metalinguistic communication; a form of knowledge embodied in the production and accumulation of symbolic material; a complex system of social practices.
PurposeThis conducive and concise phenomenon aims to review the illusive victimization homeowners face and to zero in on the underlying factors optimistically stimulating deceptive and oppressed sensations homeowners endure in America before, during, and after mortgage foreclosure. The purpose is to accurately discover the behaviors, which lead to the homeowner's decision making from real storytelling of those alleged victimized homeowners.Design/methodology/approachThe homeowner, an autonomous contributor, who stands to reason has its own non‐prejudiced commentaries, and places the propositions in a binding framework, adapts this preparation.FindingsPrior to the year of 2000, the real estate market was booming. It was at an all‐time high. The rich, the powerful, the influential, etc. were making top dollars off some innocent and some not so innocent homeowners. Suddenly, American homeowners everywhere found themselves drowning in mortgage foreclosure meltdown (debt) crisis. This crisis, believed to be a consequence of the Commodities Act of 2000, was under the watch of former President Bill Clinton. However, although, this Legislative Act appears to have been inconsiderate, unethical, and immoral for sure the homeowner had a choice in the decision for or against the loan as well. This review's contribution to the book of knowledge finds that from the mortgage foreclosure stories told by homeowners, they are also really held accountable for their responsibility, virtuality, answerability, decision making, and appreciative intelligence in this situation. This newfound knowledge seeks to find the cruciality in one looking before one leaps.Practical implicationsThe paper intends to provide stratagems, which are insightful, and of unimaginative thinking to get into the hearts and minds of individuals by helping them to understand the reality of their behaviors. Homeowners should recognize the importance of self‐honesty towards education, credit ratings, and their happiness or unhappiness in terms of the best decision for themselves before signing on that dotted line.Originality/valueThe paper extricates strenuous research for researchers, educators, and those seeking to educate themselves about the potential difficulties of being a homeowner in a mortgage foreclosure situation. The value of this contribution provides the most pertinent information, which is accessible in a conducive, concise and stress‐free digestive format. The originality of this contribution is designed to influence the willingness many of the world's leading banks, bankers, lenders, mortgage brokers, mortgage companies, and most of all the homeowner to change their behavior and to stop the unethical practices relating to the continuing mortgage foreclosure crises today.

Cuban playwright José Triana has published works that stage domestic crimes committed through Afro-Cuban rituals, which gest explore the physical and sound possibilities of the word, giving greater relevance to "space poetry" (Artaud) than to verbal language. The article aims to analyze in Medea en el espejo (published in 1960) and La noche de los asesinos (published in 1965) the ways in which violence responds to an aesthetic search for Triana, which puts the Artaud's program into dialogue with African religious practices. While other studies have already examined continuities between La noche de los asesinos and the cruelty theater, the signs of the setting have not yet been addressed and this appropriation of Artaud in Medea en el espejo has not yet been analyzed. By examining the dramatic text and the virtuality of the spectacular text, we will try to observe that these depictions of cruelty can be read as an act of emancipationof racist, male and Western power. Such aesthetic choices —the Afro-American traditions, the body's preponderance over the word and the discursive ambiguity— are part of a political operation by Triana, who responds to debates about the social function of theatre through works that resist homogenization and colonization.

; Cuban playwright José Triana has published works that stage domestic crimes committed through Afro-Cuban rituals, which gest explore the physical and sound possibilities of the word, giving greater relevance to "space poetry" (Artaud) than to verbal language.
New mailCopy The objective of the article was to reflect on school education in the context of Covid-19 from a transdisciplinary approach. It had a transdisciplinary perspective because education was analyzed not only from the educational point of view, but from the political, psychological, and economic aspects, taking into account non-quantifiable or measurable aspects, such as emotions, attitudes of teachers, this undoubtedly transcends disciplinary limits. The research responds to a mixed approach, the scope is exploratory and has a non-experimental, descriptive design. The population was made up of 525 teachers from the Education Districts: Guano - Penipe 06D05 and Chambo - Riobamba 06D01, located in the province of Chimborazo, Ecuador. For data collection, a Likert-type questionnaire was carried out. As a result, it was evidenced that teachers go through problems such as: stress, difficulties in accessing the internet, lack of motivation and other aspects as a consequence of the telework modality. In conclusion, teachers had to reinvent their role to adapt to virtuality, create new strategies and adapt methodologies, this has generated uncertainty in educators. What do you want to do ?
