[88]. ; The energy response of the ATLAS calorimeter is measured for single charged pions with transversemomentum in the range 10 < pT < 300 GeV. The measurement is performed using 139 fb−1 of LHC proton–proton collision data at √ s = 13 TeV taken in Run 2 by the ATLAS detector. Charged pions originating from τ -lepton decays are used to provide a sample of high-pT isolated particles, where the composition is known, to test an energy regime that has not previously been probed by in situ single-particle measurements. The calorimeter response to single-pions is observed to be overestimated by ∼2% across a large part of the pT spectrum in the central region and underestimated by ∼4% in the endcaps in the ATLAS simulation. The uncertainties in the measurements are 1% for 15 < pT < 185 GeV in the central region. Vor dem Hintergrund des demografischen Wandels ist Deutschland in zunehmendem Maße auf Zuwanderung angewiesen, um Wachstum und Wohlstand zu sichern. Dabei müssen auch die Akteure auf kommunaler Ebene aktiv werden und eine eigene regionale Migrations- und Demografiepolitik gestalten. Insbesondere gilt das in den von starker Abwanderung betroffen Regionen, wo zunächst darauf hingewirkt werden sollte, die dort aufgewachsenen jungen Menschen zu halten oder nach dem Studium zurückzugewinnen. Hierfür sind gute Lebensbedingungen für Jugendliche und junge Heranwachsende sehr wichtig, da sie die Einstellung zur Region sehr stark prägen können. Auch können Rückkehrinitiativen und eine gezielte Vermarktung der Region als attraktiver Wohn- und Arbeitsort hilfreich sein. Ein großes Problem ist an dieser Stelle, dass sich der tatsächliche Problemdruck nur schwer fassen lässt, da die Wanderungsbewegungen im Lebenslauf sehr unterschiedlichen regionalen Mustern folgen. So ist mit Erreichen der Volljährigkeit zunächst eine starke Bewegung in die Kreise mit großen akademischen Einrichtungen zu verzeichnen, die sich in der Mitte der dritten Lebensdekade teilweise umkehrt. Nun verlieren die ländlicheren Hochschulstandorte wieder Bevölkerung, wohingegen die großen Metropolen auch weiterhin einen starken Zuzug erleben. In der vierten Lebensdekade ändert sich das erneut und es ist vorwiegend eine Bewegung aus den größeren Städten ins Umland zu beobachten. Ein Indikator, der all diese Wanderungsbewegungen gleichermaßen in den Blick nimmt, lässt sich mittels einer Verknüpfung der Bevölkerungsveränderungen in den verschiedenen Geburtsjahrkohorten während der letzten fünf Jahre bilden. Betrachtet man die sich ergebenden Veränderungen der Bevölkerungsgrößen zwischen einem Alter von 10 bis 14 Jahren und einem Alter von 45 bis 49 Jahren, kommt man für die meisten Kreise auf Werte im zweistelligen Bereich, die für die demografische Entwicklung insgesamt hochrelevant sind. Auf der einen Seite stehen der Saale-Holzland-Kreis mit -37,7 Prozent und der Landkreis Lüchow-Dannenberg mit -36,9 Prozent und auf der anderen die kreisfreien Städte Leipzig mit +221,4 Prozent und Potsdam mit +197,1 Prozent. Zuwanderungsschwerpunkte bilden auch die anderen großen Metropolen, wohingegen der ländliche Raum in Ostdeutschland stark an Bevölkerung verliert. Ähnliche regionale Muster und Größenordnungen finden sich auch, wenn man die Entwicklung der Geburtsjahrgänge 1981 bis 1985 zwischen den Jahren 2000 und 2020 betrachtet. Allerdings ist das Gesamtbild deutlich negativer, da die historisch außergewöhnlich starke Zuwanderung der letzten Jahre hier weniger zum Tragen kommt. Rechnet man die Entwicklung der Bevölkerung im erwerbsfähigen Alter zwischen 20 und 64 Jahren in den Jahren 2020 bis 2030 auf Basis der Veränderungen der letzten fünf Jahre hoch, findet sich ein starkes StadtLand- und West-Ost-Gefälle. Die positivsten Werte ergeben sich für die kreisfreien Städte Leipzig mit +18,3 Prozent und Potsdam mit +17,6 Prozent und die negativsten für die Landkreise Saalfeld-Rudolstadt mit -26,4 Prozent und Spree-Neiße mit -26,2 Prozent. Dabei ist im Blick zu behalten, dass in dem, aktuellen Fünfjahreszeitraum, der den Berechnungen zugrunde liegt, eine sehr starke Zuwanderung aus dem Ausland erfolgt ist. Nimmt man nur die Inländer in den Blick, ergibt sich sowohl bei der Gesamtzuwanderung im Lebenslauf als auch bei der Entwicklung der Bevölkerung im erwerbsfähigen Alter in den meisten Regionen ein deutlich negativeres Bild. Allerdings kann und sollte auch die regionale Demografie- und Migrationspolitik die Zuwanderung aus dem Ausland in den Blick adressieren. Gerade für kleinere Städte und Gemeinden kann es hier sinnvoll sein, den Schwerpunkt nur auf eine Herkunftsregion zu richten und so die Entstehung einer starken ethnischen Gemeinschaft zu ermöglichen, die sich auf die weitere Zuwanderung und den Verbleib der Zuwanderer in der Region sehr förderlich auswirken kann. ; Against the background of demographic change, Germany is increasingly dependent on immigration to secure growth and prosperity. In this context, the actors at the municipal level must also become active and shape their own regional migration and demographic policy. This is particularly the case in regions affected by high emigration. In these regions, efforts should first be made to retain the young people who grew up there or to win them back after graduation. For this purpose, good living conditions for youths and young adolescents are very important, as they can strongly shape attitudes towards the region. Return initiatives and targeted marketing of the region as an attractive place to live and work can also be helpful. A major problem at this point is that it is difficult to grasp the actual extent of the problem, as migration movements follow very different regional patterns in the life course. Upon reaching adulthood, there is initially a strong movement to districts with large academic institutions, which is partially reversed in the middle of the third decade of life. Now the more rural university locations are losing population again, whereas the large metropolises continue to experience a strong influx. In the fourth decade of life, this changes again and a movement from the larger cities to the surrounding areas can be observed. An indicator that looks at all these migration movements can be formed by linking the population changes in the various birth cohorts over the last five years. If one looks at the resulting changes in population sizes between the ages of 10 to 14 and 45 to 49, one arrives at values in the double-digit range for most districts, which are highly relevant for the demographic development as a whole. On the one hand, there is the Saale-Holzland district with -37.7 per cent and the Lüchow-Dannenberg district with -36.9 per cent, and on the other hand the district-free cities of Leipzig with +221.4 per cent and Potsdam with +197.1 per cent. The other large metropolitan areas also experience a strong immigration, whereas the rural areas in eastern Germany are losing a lot of their population. Similar regional patterns and orders of magnitude can also be found when looking at the development of the birth cohorts 1981 to 1985 between the years 2000 and 2020. However, the overall picture is clearly more negative, as the historically exceptionally strong immigration of recent years has less impact here. If one extrapolates the development of the working-age population between 20 and 64 years in the years 2020 to 2030 on the basis of the changes of the last five years, a strong urban-rural and west-east divide is found. The most positive values are found for the independent cities of Leipzig with +18.3 per cent and Potsdam with +17.6 per cent, and the most negative for the districts of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt with -26.4 per cent and Spree-Neiße with -26.2 per cent. It should be borne in mind that in the current five-year period on which the calculations are based there has been very strong immigration from abroad. If we look only at nationals, the picture is clearly more negative in most regions, both in terms of total immigration over the life course and in terms of the development of the working-age population. However, regional demographic and migration policy can and should also address immigration from abroad. Especially for smaller cities and municipalities, it can make sense to focus on only one region of origin. This way, it is possible to enable the development of a strong ethnic community, which can have a very beneficial effect on further immigration and the continuance of immigrants in the region.

Major contributors of computing resources are listed elsewhere [67]. ; The design and performance of the inner detector trigger for the high level trigger of the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider during the 2016–2018 data taking period is discussed. In 2016, 2017, and 2018 the ATLAS detector recorded 35.6 fb−1, 46.9 fb−1, and 60.6 fb−1 respectively of proton–proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV. In order to deal with the very high interaction multiplicities per bunch crossing expected with the 13TeV collisions the inner detector trigger was redesigned during the long shutdown of the Large Hadron Collider from 2013 until 2015. An overview of these developments is provided and the performance of the tracking in the trigger for the muon, electron, tau and b-jet signatures is discussed. [67]. ; A technique is presented to measure the efficiency with which c-jets are mistagged as b-jets (mistagging efficiency) using t ¯t events, where one of theW bosons decays into an electron or muon and a neutrino and the other decays into a quark–antiquark pair. The measurement utilises the relatively large and known W → cs branching ratio, which allows ameasurement to be made in an inclusive c-jet sample. The data sample used was collected by the ATLAS detector at √ s = 13 TeV and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb−1. Events are reconstructed using a kinematic likelihood technique which selects the mapping between jets and t ¯t decay products that yields the highest likelihood value. The distribution of the b-tagging discriminant for jets from the hadronic W decays in data is compared with that in simulation to extract the mistagging efficiency as a function of jet transverse momentum. The total uncertainties are in the range 3–17%. Relevance of the research topic. Today education as a form of training organization, systematic knowledge and information transfer to the next generations faces radical changes all around the world. Changes in current education system have lots of facets and their nature is reflected in different forms: learning process` sophistication, institutional forms` and organizational structure`s expansion, diversification of its financial mechanism. Ukraine is not an exception, since amid decentralization of its administrative and territorial system and the whole of society, it is important to provide these important processes with qualified personnel capable of effective implementation of the reform tasks, as well as to create conditions for economic sustainable development [1]. Implementation of strategic tasks for reforming the education system, which will increase its quality and competitiveness, the possibility of integration into the European and world educational space, determine the need to optimize the system of preparation and retraining of pedagogical personnel for vocational education. Formulation of the problem. The system of training of professional education faculty is more complex than the system of training of educators for educational institutions, which is due to a special place of vocational education in society - it belongs to economic, social and cultural spheres. Successful training and advanced training of teachers of professional (vocational-technical) education is a prerequisite for the effective functioning of vocational education in the country, since this is the basis for economic prosperity and social welfare of youth in terms of trouble-free transition from training to work. Therefore, improving the professional training and advanced training of professional education teachers means improving the training system of qualified personnel in the country. Therefore, there is a need to improve the training system of professional education teachers. Analysis of the last researches and publications. Significant contribution to the consideration of human capital development problems were made by Boginya D.P., Vovkanych S.I., Heets V.M., Holubets M.A., Hrishneva O.A., Dolishnii M.I., Zlupka S.M., Kanigina Y.M., Kolot A.M., Kuzmin A.E., Mocherniy S.V., Fedulova L.I., Khmil F.I. [2-5] and others. Selection of unexplored parts of the general problem. The issue of reform process and power decentralization management to ensure national sustainable development is intrinsically linked to the educational reform process, so reforms` effective mechanisms study requires particular attention and in-depth theoretical and practical research. Therefore, there is a need to study the mechanisms of education funding in general and vocational training in particular in the process of decentralization and reform of the country`s administrative and territorial structure. Problem statement, research goals. The above circumstances are due to the expediency of modeling the coherence of the interests of the parties in the process of advanced training of professional education faculty. Method and methodology of research. In the process of conducting research, general scientific (analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, analytical grouping) and special (abstraction, modeling, etc.) methods of studying economic phenomena and processes were used. Presentation of the main material (results of work). The analysis of the dynamics of the number of teachers of vocational education was conducted. It is established that they form a potential market for the provision of qualifications. Three approaches to the content of advanced training are considered. The first approach assumes that the content of professional development is formed by its own organizers. By the second - the content is ordered by those who are planning to improve qualifications. The third - the content is formed by the simultaneous efforts of those who enhances qualifications and those processes. Of the three approaches, the first one is traditional, but it does not take into account the specifics of the professional direction of educational institutions working with those who enhances qualifications. The second one is, on the contrary, takes into account their interests. In our opinion, the greatest efficiency of professional development can be achieved for a third approach, but it provides for the need to ensure the parity of the parties in this cooperation. In addition, taking into account the presence of competition among advanced training providers, an important aspect becomes not only the possibility of reaching an agreement, but also the quality of the service provided. In order to justify the expediency of using the third approach, the game theory used. It is shown that the success of reforms in the system of vocational education can be provided by more active involvement in the process of retraining and improving the qualifications of teachers of higher education institutions. In our opinion, it is expedient to focus on organizing the training of teachers of subjects of the professional-technical cycle, senior masters and masters of production training, since the relevant system of retraining and advanced training of teachers of secondary disciplines is more branched. Conclusions. An analysis of the dynamics of the number of teachers in the system of professional (vocational-technical) education showed the presence of periodicity regarding their number, which practically fully corresponds to the situation regarding the number of those who they teach. The main approaches to improving skills are considered. With the help of the game theory it is proved that the greatest efficiency is possible to achieve if the approach is used when the content of advanced training is formed by the simultaneous efforts of those who enhances qualifications and those processes. It is shown that in such an approach, there is a possibility of taking into account not only formal features on the availability of advanced training, but also the possibility of assessing qualitative parameters of the service provided. This is an additional competitive advantage for providing these services on a competitive advanced training services.

The study uses 2.2 nb(-1) of integrated luminosity collected in 2015 and 2018 at root sNN = 5.02TeV. Light-by-light scattering candidates are selected in events with two photons produced exclusively, each with transverse energy E-T(gamma) > 2.5 GeV, pseudorapidity vertical bar eta(gamma)vertical bar 5 GeV, and with small diphoton transverse momentum and diphoton acoplanarity. The integrated and differential fiducial cross sections are measured and compared with theoretical predictions. The diphoton invariant mass distribution is used to set limits on the production of axion-like particles. This result provides the most stringent limits to date on axion-like particle production for masses in the range 6-100 GeV. The search uses proton-proton collision data at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV, corresponding to 139 fb-1 of integrated luminosity recorded by the ATLAS detector during Run 2 of the Large Hadron Collider. The analysis focuses on the final state with two light leptons (electrons or muons) of different flavour and charge combinations, with at least two jets and large missing transverse momentum. No significant excess over the Standard Model expectation is observed. With a focus on the vector-boson fusion process and the dominant Higgs boson decay into b-quark pairs, the search benefits from a large reduction of multijet background compared to more inclusive searches. Results are reported from the analysis of 132 fb(-1) of pp collision data at root s = 13 TeV collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The measured Higgs boson signal yield in this final-state signature is 1.3 +/- 1.0 times the Standard Model prediction. [97]. ; The results of a search for gluino and squark pair production with the pairs decaying via the lightest charginos into a final state consisting of two W bosons, the lightest neutralinos ((chi) over tilde (0)(1)), and quarks, are presented: the signal is characterised by the presence of a single charged lepton (e(+/-) or mu(+/-)) from a W boson decay, jets, and missing transverse momentum. The analysis is performed using 139 fb(-1) of proton-proton collision data taken at a centre-of-mass energy root s = 13 delivered by the Large Hadron Collider and recorded by the ATLAS experiment. No statistically significant excess of events above the Standard Model expectation is found. Limits are set on the direct production of squarks and gluinos in simplified models. [106]. ; A search for pair production of bottom squarks in events with hadronically decaying t-leptons, b-tagged jets, and large missing transverse momentum is presented. The analyzed dataset is based on proton-proton collisions at root s = 13 TeV delivered by the Large Hadron Collider and recorded by the ATLAS detector from 2015 to 2018, and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb(-1). The observed data are compatible with the expected Standard Model background. Results are interpreted in a simplified model where each bottom squark is assumed to decay into the second-lightest neutralino (chi) over tilde (0)(2) and a bottom quark, with (chi) over tilde (0)(2) decaying into a Higgs boson and the lightest neutralino (chi) over tilde1(0). The search focuses on final states where at least one Higgs boson decays into a pair of hadronically decaying t-leptons. This allows the acceptance and thus the sensitivity to be significantly improved relative to the previous results at low masses of the (chi) over tilde (0)(2), where bottom-squark masses up to 850 GeV are excluded at the 95% confidence level, assuming a mass difference of 130 GeV between (chi) over tilde (0)(2) and (chi) over tilde (0)(1). [143]. ; A search for R-parity-violating supersymmetry in final states characterized by high jet multiplicity, at least one isolated light lepton and either zero or at least three btagged jets is presented. The search uses 139 fb−1 of √ s = 13 TeVproton–proton collision data collected by theATLAS experiment during Run 2 of the Large Hadron Collider. The results are interpreted in the context of R-parity-violating supersymmetry models that feature gluino production, topsquark production, or electroweakino production. The dominant sources of background are estimated using a data-driven model, based on observables at medium jet multiplicity, to predict the b-tagged jet multiplicity distribution at the higher jet multiplicities used in the search. Machine-learning techniques are used to reach sensitivity to electroweakino production, extending the data-driven background estimation to the shape of the machine-learning discriminant. [79].T ; Several improvements to the ATLAS triggers used to identify jets containing b-hadrons (b-jets) were implemented for data-taking during Run 2 of the Large Hadron Collider from 2016 to 2018. These changes include reconfiguring the b-jet trigger software to improve primaryvertex finding and allow more stable running in conditions with high pile-up, and the implementation of the functionality needed to run sophisticated taggers used by the offline reconstruction in an online environment. These improvements yielded an order of magnitude better light-flavour jet rejection for the same b-jet identification efficiency compared to the performance in Run 1 (2011–2012). The efficiency to identify b-jets in the trigger, and the conditional efficiency for b-jets that satisfy offline b-tagging requirements to pass the trigger are also measured. Correction factors are derived to calibrate the b-tagging efficiency in simulation to match that observed in data. The associated systematic uncertainties are substantially smaller than in previous measurements. The data were recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC with an integrated luminosity of 139 fb(-1). Events with two photons in the wellinstrumented region of the detector are selected. The photons are required to be isolated and have a transverse momentum of p(T,gamma 1(2)) > 40 (30) GeV for the leading (sub-leading) photon. The differential cross sections as functions of several observables for the diphoton system are measured and compared with theoretical predictions from state-of-the-art Monte Carlo and fixed-order calculations. The QCD predictions from next-to-next-to-leadingorder calculations and multi-leg merged calculations are able to describe the measured integrated and differential cross sections within uncertainties, whereas lower-order calculations show significant deviations, demonstrating that higher-order perturbative QCD corrections are crucial for this process. [97]. ; A novel search for exotic decays of the Higgs boson into pairs of long-lived neutral particles, each decaying into a bottom quark pair, is performed using 139 fb(-1)of root s = 13 TeV proton-proton collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Events consistent with the production of a Higgs boson in association with a leptonically decaying Z boson are analysed. Long-lived particle (LLP) decays are reconstructed from inner-detector tracks as displaced vertices with high mass and track multiplicity relative to Standard Model processes. The analysis selection requires the presence of at least two displaced vertices, effectively suppressing Standard Model backgrounds. The residual background contribution is estimated using a data-driven technique. No excess over Standard Model predictions is observed, and upper limits are set on the branching ratio of the Higgs boson to LLPs. Branching ratios above 10% are excluded at 95% confidence level for LLP mean proper lifetimes c tau as small as 4 mm and as large as 100 mm. [Resumen] Este artículo expone y analiza parte de los resultados de la primera fase de una investigación. El principal objetivo de este trabajo es indagar en cuáles son los impactos per-cibidos por parte de los/as técnicos y técnicas de las experiencias de participación en el municipio a un doble nivel: los destinatarios: niños, niñas y adolescentes (NNA) y la comuni-dad. Para ello, se desarrolla un estudio de encuesta autoadministrada a través de internet, a una muestra de 191 figuras técnicas, procedentes de 179 municipios distribuidos a lo largo de toda España, pertenecientes a las redes Ciudades Amigas de la Infancia (CAI.Unicef) y/o a la Asociación Internacional de Ciudades Educadoras (AICE). Se realizó un análisis estadístico con el SPSS V. 25 y, para la información cualitativa derivada de las respuestas abiertas o semi-cerradas, se desarrolló un análisis de contenido.Los principales resultados alcanzados son: a nivel de infancia y adolescencia, las expe-riencias de participación infantil y adolescente (PIA) en el municipio impactan principalmente en desarrollar conocimientos (de derechos y deberes), habilidades (competencia participa-tiva) y valores (autoestima, confianza) en la infancia y la adolescencia. Sin embargo, inciden débilmente en la consolidación de la participación infantil y juvenil como derecho, en la tra-ducción de éste en las políticas públicas y en la gobernanza, especialmente, con la adminis-tración. Y a nivel de la comunidad, los impactos de la PIA pueden agruparse en tres tipos: i) el fomento de las oportunidades de participación de NNA en la comunidad; ii) la mejora del municipio; y, iii) la educación en la participación. Las principales limitaciones y retos a afrontar, intensificados por la crisis pandémica, son fortalecer la imagen de la infancia y la adolescencia con plenos derechos de expresión y decisión; y garantizar una voluntad política comprometi-da con la continuidad y sostenibilidad de los programas de PIA. ; [Abstract] This article presents and analyses part of the results of the first phase of a re-search project. The main objective of this work is to analyse the perceived impacts by the technical of the participation experiences in the municipality at a double level: the benefi-ciaries (children and adolescents) and the community. To this end, a self-administered survey was carried out via the internet, with a sample of 191 technical figures from 179 municipalities across Spain, belonging to the networks Child Friendly Cities (CAI.Unicef) and/or the Interna-tional Association of Educating Cities (IAEC). A statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS V. 25 and, for the qualitative information derived from the open or semi-closed answers, a content analysis was developed. The main results achieved are at the level of children and ad-olescents, the experiences of child and adolescent participation (PIA, acronym in Spanish) in the municipality mainly have an impact on the development of knowledge (rights and duties), skills (participatory competence) and values (self-esteem, confidence) in children and adoles-cents. However, they have a weak impact on the consolidation of child and youth participation as a right, on the translation of this right into public policies and on governance, especially with the administration. At the community level, the impacts of the CAP can be grouped into three types: i) the promotion of opportunities for children's participation in the community; ii) the improvement of the municipality; and iii) education for participation. The main constraints and challenges to be faced, intensified by the pandemic crisis, are to strengthen the image of children and adolescents with full rights of expression and decision making; and to ensure political will committed to the continuity and sustainability of CAP programmes. ; [Resumo] Este artigo apresenta e analisa parte dos resultados da primeira fase dunha inves-tigação. Foi realizada uma análise estatística utilizando o SPSS V. 25 e, para a informação qualitativa derivada das respostas abertas ou semi-fechadas, foi desenvolvida uma análise de conteúdo.Os principais resultados alcançados são: ao nível das crianças e adolescentes, as expe-riências da participação infantil e adolescente (PIA) no município têm um impacto principal-mente no desenvolvimento de conhecimentos (de direitos e deveres), competências (compe-tência participativa) e valores (auto-estima, confiança) nas crianças e adolescentes. Contudo, têm um fraco impacto na consolidação da participação das crianças e jovens como um direito, na sua tradução em políticas públicas e na governação, especialmente com a administração. A nível da comunidade, os impactos do PIA podem ser agrupados em três tipos: i) a promoção de oportunidades de participação das crianças na comunidade; ii) a melhoria do município; e iii) a educação para a participação. As principais limitações e desafios a enfrentar, intensifi-cados pela crise pandémica, são reforçar a imagem das crianças e adolescentes com plenos direitos de expressão e decisão; e garantir uma vontade política empenhada na continuidade e sustentabilidade dos programas do PIA. ; Resultados parciales de la investigación titulada "Infancia y participación.
