Entrepreneurial development in India relies on generational mentoring, family business skill set, and exploration of technological progress. The know-how of skills, learned and refined over generations, leads to sustained development that is then converted into technology. Inheritance is one aspect that plays a major role in skill development. The transformation of skill into a technological component paves the way for the successful entrepreneurship. The spark initiated through inherited skill sets and ignited through the addition of technology results in useful entrepreneurial value. The basic societal needs remain the same while the trends take a changed form with the advent in technology. This requires the conversion of the time-honored skills through adaptation of the technological exponent in the changing societal trends. This paper offers an optimization model with maximization of entrepreneurial value as the objective and business output as the constraint. Skill and technology are taken as the variables. The model uses the primer value theorem as the computational tool, which solves the model in the indeterminate domain to suggest different strategies. The concept is demonstrated through three case examples.

The purpose of the article is to assess the current state of motivational factors, in particular labor relations in the agrarian entrepreneurship development based on the system of factors of its formation. Research methods. In the process of the research, the dialectical method of cognition was used to analyze scientific works on the problem of the development of social and labor relations, the method of empirical research to assess and describe the current state and development of the research object. Research results. The main trends in the formation of motivational factors in the development of agricultural entrepreneurship, the influence of transformation processes on the development of social and labor relations, the level of economic activity, wages, and unemployment have been established. Institutional factors, labor legislation, the nature of labor relations, qualifications of workers, labor motivation are considered. It has been substantiated that the organizational factor in the formation of labor relations is collective agreements and contracts, their improvement in areas, their coordination and harmonization of the interests of employees and employers, the state as a society representative. Scientific novelty. Based on a comprehensive study of the motivational factors that stimulate the development of agricultural entrepreneurship, the directions of their solution are determined, practical measures are proposed to realize the scientific and market potential at the level of the industry and enterprises. Practical significance. The proposed measures make it possible to realize the potential for the formation and development of social and labor relations in the agricultural sector, in particular, agricultural entrepreneurship. Social enterprises are crucial for Europe and its economy. These enterprises significantly contribute to job creation (especially for socially sensitive groups) and accounts for about 6 % of GDP across the European Union. In Latvia the role of social entrepreneurship is underestimated. The research aim is: based on the international experiences regarding social entrepreneurship, to determine economic gains of social businesses in Latvia. During the first year of developing social enterprises (2015) in Latvia, it is envisaged to establish 250 social enterprises, in which in total 1250 people will be employed, of which 50 % will be individuals from socially sensitive groups. Thus, the social benefit burden in municipalities will decrease by EUR 61 thousand, while almost EUR 222 thousand will be collected by the national government. With reference to Jammu and Kashmir, India

At present, the scene of women's participation in economic activities in Pakistan is not so encouraging for multiple reasons. Here the role of women in development is being highlighted for the last couple of years and women development issues are being discussed at national level followed by some initiatives taken by the government and the civil society organizations. However, women participation in economic activities is less than a moderate percentage of the population, i.e. less than one percent. This paper has been written with the objective to provide an insight into the issues of women participation in economic activities and women entrepreneurship in Pakistan to the prospective women entrepreneurs, policy makers, researchers and students of development studies.
