El legislador español de 2015, a través de una labor exhaustiva y sistemática -excepcional en materia de menores-, acometió la tarea de reformar aspectos esenciales que afectan a los derechos sexuales y de salud sexual y reproductiva de los menores de edad, especialmente referidos al consentimiento sexual, el aborto y el consentimiento por representación (art. 9.3 L 41/2002, de autonomía del paciente). Estas modificaciones, junto a las restricciones ya existentes en materia de transexualidad o reproducción asistida, permiten deducir una clara intencionalidad de eliminar o limitar la capacidad del menor en la toma de decisiones relevantes en esta materia ; The Spanish legislator of 2015, through exhaustive and systematic work - exceptional in the field of minors - carried out the task of reforming essential aspects that affect sexual rights and sexual and reproductive health rights of minors: raising the age of sexual consent as well as changes on abortion affecting teenagers under 16 and 17 years old and in the consent by representation (article 9.3 L 41/2002). These modifications and the previous restrictions on transsexuality or assisted reproduction, allow to deduce a clear intention to eliminate or limit the capacity of the minor in the decision making relevant in this matter

Three alternatives for calculating Cronbach's alpha were used. These were: by the variance of the items using MS Excel, using SPSS (22) and using the statistical software package free distribution Factor (9.3). These three variants were applied to validate the internal consistency of a questionnaire, with two possible Likert scales, one of five points and another with seven. This questionnaire was designed for the analysis of the criteria for students specializing in Business Administration at the Universidad Central del Ecuador; in connection with the performance of the teacher, the course syllabus, assessment and recommended readings. It is argued that for an effective application of Cronbach alpha should be keep in mind that this coefficient must be considered within the broader problematic of reliability analysis and considerations regarding its application for the use ordinal response scales or Likert scales. The Factor (9.3) package was appropriate to explore relatively simple alternatives such as exclusion of variables or the option to use a polychoric correlation matrix The results confirm that it is insufficient an ordinary calculation of Cronbach's alpha to validate a scale, which was the case for the five-point Likert scale. Based on the results obtained may recommend the use of a Likert scale of 7 points.

Abstract. This paper examines space and seismological data for the time period about one month before the giant Sumatra-Andaman strong (9.3) earthquake (EQ). The combination of seismological and space data reveals some interesting features for this time period: (1) six successive high speed solar wind streams obviously triggering a sudden increase of geomagnetic activity were all followed by strong to giant (M > 6.8) EQs, (2) the 6 strong EQs present certain spatial-temporal constraints, with the epicentre of the EQs occuring at the edges of the Pacific Plate (the Sumatra-Andaman EQ occurred at the end of this series of EQs, eastward of the first one), in a clockwise direction, (3) the EQs occurred after a sudden increase of geomagnetic activity, as inferred from the 3 h-Kp index, following a quiet geomagnetic period and (4) the time delay of the M > 6.2 earthquakes (in the broad area examined) from the last maximum sudden Kp increase was on average ~1.5 days. These findings from the study of the Earth's space environment during the month preceding the Sumatra-Andaman giant (9.3) EQ provide new information for a possible better understanding of the Sun-magnetosphere-lithosphere coupling.

تتباين شدة التعرية الاخدودية في حوض وادي هيزوب الواقع ضمن قضاء رانية احدى اقضية محافظة السليمانية تبعاً لعدة عوامل منها: التكوينات الصخرية وشدةالانحدار، كمية الامطار ونظام سقوطها كثافة النبات الطبيعي فضلاً عن دور الانسان فيها. وتم حساب شدة التعرية بناءاً على معادلة Bergsma واعتماداً على المرئية الفضائية للقمر الصناعي Landsat-7 لسنة 2009 ومعالجتها باستخدام برنامج Arc Map GIS 9.3 التي بينت وجود ثلاثة انطقة للتعرية حسب شدتها وان نظام التعرية المتوسطة هو السائد في الحوض بنسبة72,46 % من المساحة الكلية.

The objective of the present study was to investigate the susceptibility of maize hybrids to the natural occurrence of toxigenic fungal species, in particular toxigenic Aspergillus and Fusarium species, and mycotoxins (aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), deoxynivalenol (DON) and total fumonisins B1, B2 and B3 (FBs)). Grain samples of six commercial maize hybrids (MAS 34.B – FAO 300, MAS 40.F, MAS 48.L, KWS Konfites and ZP 427 – FAO 400, and MAS 56.A – FAO 500) were collected at harvest in 2018. A total of seven fungal genera, Acremonium, Alternaria, Epicoccum, Fusarium, Nigrospora, Penicillium and Rhizopus, were identified of which only species from the genus Fusarium were present on maize grains of all hybrids tested. The incidence of Fusarium spp. was higher in the hybrids MAS 48.L (54.6%), and MAS 56.A (53.3%), compared to MAS 40.F (37.3%), KWS Konfites (28%), MAS 34.B (22.6%) and ZP 427 (12%) hybrids. Among the identified Fusarium species (F. graminearum, F. proliferatum, F. subglutinans and F. verticillioides), F. proliferatum was present in all hybrids, ranging from 9.3% (ZP 427) to 30.7% (MAS 48.L ), whereas F. subglutinans was present in two hybrids, MAS 40.F (16%) and MAS 56.A (9.3%). The incidence of F. graminearum ranged from 0% (KWS Konfites) to 9.3% (MAS 34.B), while the incidence of F. verticillioides ranged from 0% (MAS 34.B and ZP 427) to 21.3% (MAS 48.L). In the samples, Aspergillus species were not identified. The effect of maize hybrids was significant on the level of mycotoxins. MAS 34.B hybrid had a statistically significantly higher levels of AFB1 and DON than other hybrids. The FBs level was the highest in the hybrid MAS 34.B (1202 μg kg-1) and the lowest in the hybrid KWS Konfites (88.33 μg kg-1). However, the FBs level did not differ between hybrids MAS 34.B, MAS 40.F, and MAS 56.L, MAS 40.F, MAS 48.L, and MAS 56.A, and KWS Konfites and ZP 427. In all hybrids, AFB1, DON, and FBs levels were below the maximum permissible levels stipulated by the legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Serbia in unprocessed maize. The agro-ecological conditions in 2018 favored the development of Fusarium species on maize grains of the hybrids tested, especially fumonisin producing species.

En la sentencia se afirma que las denominadas "leyes ómnibus", que según el recurso podrían ser causa de inseguridad jurídica e incluso de arbitrariedad de las autoridades públicas, ambos principios prohibidos en el artículo 9.3 de la Constitución Española, podrían considerarse como una técnica legislativa errónea pero no inconstitucional, ya que no están expresamente prohibidas por ninguna disposición constitucional. Por otra parte, el fallo ha determinado que hay algunas cláusulas impugnadas que son inconstitucionales debido a inconstitucionalidad indirecta por contravenir leyes básicas del Estado.

En cuestión de inconstitucionalidad planteada por la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Supremo, el Tribunal Constitucional declara inconstitucional un precepto de la LOPJ cuya imprecisión no puede sersalvada sin su reconstrucción, vetada al TC porque supondría asumir la función de legislador positivo que institucionalmente no le corresponde. La orfandad reguladora resulta vulneradora del principio de seguridad jurídica reconocido en el artículo 9.3 de la Constitución, cuyas exigencias se ven reforzadas en este caso como consecuencia de la reserva de ley orgánica.

The detection of psychiatric disorder by primary care physicians in Greece was investigated using four non-psychiatric physicians. The General Health Question naire indicated a high probable prevalence of psychiatric disorder (77.8%), but the physicians rated only 9.3% of the sample as cases. Eighty eight per cent of the probable cases were undetected by the doctors. The doctors' reporting of cases was not affected by the demographic characteristics of the sample and only weakly affected by the patients' total GHQ score. The high probable prevalence and low detection rate is a cause for concern and requires further investigation.
