Background: The quality of the senior citizens has become a public health concern. The Quality of the life of senior citizen is affected by many factors. Among them one of the strong factors is social security allowance. Misuse on social security allowance and dissatisfaction is increasingly recognized among senior citizens hence, the present study aimed to explore satisfaction with and utilization of the old age allowance among older people. Methods: The Community based cross-sectional study using face to face interview was carried out among senior citizen in Bharatpur Metropolitan ward no -6. Asystematic Random sampling method was used. We used IBM Statistical software version 20 to carry descriptive and bivariate analysis. Results: Around 134(77.4%) respondent mentioned that, they were capable to spend their Social Security Allowance themselves. Senior citizen was satisfied with the social security allowance given by government while 38.7% were unsatisfied. Satisfaction status of social security allowance significantly associated with living condition [with familymembers (COR=3.18; CI=1.54-6.57)], occupation[other than farm (COR=2.18; CI=1.16-4.09)] Conclusions: The Social security Allowance for senior citizen is a necessary and proper utilization can give important contribution to older people connected with family and community.

Abstract. Assessing or forecasting seismic damage to buildings is an essential issue
for earthquake disaster management. In this study, we explore the efficacy
of several machine learning models for damage characterization, trained and
tested on the database of damage observed after Italian earthquakes (the Database of Observed Damage – DaDO).
Six models were considered: regression- and classification-based machine
learning models, each using random forest, gradient boosting, and extreme
gradient boosting. The structural features considered were divided into two
groups: all structural features provided by DaDO or only those considered to
be the most reliable and easiest to collect (age, number of storeys, floor
area, building height). Macroseismic intensity was also included as an input
feature. The seismic damage per building was determined according to the
EMS-98 scale observed after seven significant earthquakes occurring in
several Italian regions. The results showed that extreme gradient boosting
classification is statistically the most efficient method, particularly when
considering the basic structural features and grouping the damage according
to the traffic-light-based system used; for example, during the
post-disaster period (green, yellow, and red), 68 % of buildings were
correctly classified. The results obtained by the machine-learning-based
heuristic model for damage assessment are of the same order of accuracy
(error values were less than 17 %) as those obtained by the traditional
RISK-UE method. Finally, the machine learning analysis found that the
importance of structural features with respect to damage was conditioned by
the level of damage considered.

Intro Industry 4.0 is transforming how businesses operate by integrating enabling technologies, such as the internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligent (AI), cloud computing, autonomous robots, simulation, analytics, additive manufacturing and machine learning, into their manufacturing facilities, overall operations, or on how they provide their services. Smart factories combine cutting-edge sensors, embedded software, and robots to gather and analyse data, enabling improved decision-making via more predictive analyses. This current technological transformation of industrial revolution 4.0 changes our education system in an indirect way to meet industrial needs. Future careers are changing accordingly. Counselors in schools play an important part in ensuring that students are adequately prepared to adapt to changing work environments and maintain their relevance in the labour market. It is very likely that guidance counsellors in schools are not prepared for or aware of the future careers that will be available in the job market as a result of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Objective This study is to measure the level of the school counselor's competencies and career agility in preparing secondary school students for IR4.0 future skills. Method An online survey questionnaire with 44 items was used to collect data. 80 secondary school counsellors completed the online survey. Finding show that the counsellor's competencies and career agility of counselors in the aspect of preparing secondary school students towards future skills is at a moderate level. Conclusion, the accountable party needs to do what needs to be done to raise school counsellors' familiarity with IR4.0. As a result, school counsellors will be better able to incorporate IR4.0 principles into their guidance and counselling as well as their coaching practises, resulting in graduates who are well-equipped to meet the needs of the industries of the future.

In Nepal, a few governmental and community-based programmes for elderly care are in place; however, information about successful implementation and overall effectiveness of these programmes is not well understood. In this article, we introduced these programmes and discussed existing programmes' gaps and implementation problems in light of existing grey and peer-reviewed evidence. A few notable governmental programmes, such as providing monthly allowances, pensions and free health care, have targeted specifically the elderly individuals. Yet, most health care institutions and providers are privately owned and profit-oriented, and there is a general lack of proper governmental health as well as social security systems for the elderly in the country. Generally, Nepalese communities consist of neighbourhood-based and religious-based groups that provide emotional and spiritual support to elderly individuals as well as provide support for health care access when needed. However, the influence that these groups can have on health and social well-being of elderly remains not well understood. Traditional family-based support systems may be feasible only for some families, while for others it could impose financial and psychological burdens. The role of the state is important in the effective implementation of existing programmes as well as in the development and implementation of additional programmes to ensure health and social well-being of elderly individuals. Furthermore, there is a need to establish partnerships with existing community structures and to mobilize them in the implementation of community-based programmes.
