The comparative advantage (CA) measures for India's merchandise trade with high, middle income, and least developed countries, based on annual trade data for 16 product groups from 2003 to 2018, indicate that India has always had CA over all three groups in animal, food products, and textiles and clothing, and comparative disadvantage (CDA) in wood. Further, its CA over least developed countries and its CDA over middle income countries are more persistent than over other groups. The probabilities of switching from CDA to CA are higher than those for shifting from CA to CDA for all three groups.(JELF14, O24, O57)

In the article the reveals the features of the application of the method of integral assessment of the level of development of human resource management processes on the example of engineering enterprises of the Lugansk People's Republic. The indicators that determine the processes of human resource management in the organization are determined. A multivariate comparative analysis tool, the taxonomy method, was used. This method is complex, it makes it possible to observe the dynamics of the development of human resource management processes in an enterprise, predict changes, and also determine reserves for changes in a timely manner, which is relevant and necessary to increase the economic performance of an enterprise.

The correlations between the qualitative characteristics of school education and the human development index and its components, according to UN data, are examined using sets of countries. They take into account educational characteristics, indicators of schoolchildren's performance, identified in various countries by the international programs TIMSS, PISA, PIRLS and the number of gold medals at international olympiads in various academic disciplines. Components of human development – life expectancy, gross national income, average and expected years of schooling. Positive correlations, in most cases significant, between the phenomena under consideration have been established. The distribution of educational indicators taken into account by region of the world is considered. Using the world-system analysis, it was found that there is no complete correlation between the country's place in the international system and the level of schoolchildren's academic performance and medalists in school discipline Olympiads. It is noted that the Russian Federation and many countries geographically close to it are characterized by a gap between the quality indicators of school education and the level of development. It is suggested that the quality of school education is a strong and insufficiently implemented prerequisite for the development of the Russian Federation.

In this article we have summarized theoretical provisions about the essence and level of development of communication skills as the basis for the adaptation of younger schoolchildren in the educational environment. The article also discusses the child's problem - the ability to interact with other children, especially if they are representatives of different cultures, it is difficult to adapt to educational activities and study regularly. Also, interaction in the conditions of a collective educational process is ensured due to the required level of development of communication between the student and his peers. This communication is inextricably linked with one of the main components of the educational process: educational action. It is taken into account that the mechanism of pedagogical support for a student in the educational space includes a pedagogical element direct communication. It covers the entire system of social life and represents an image of educational activity and indicates the level of social development of society. Pedagogical assistance should be considered as assistance in self-knowledge (knowledge of national culture, multicultural identification and the formation of ethnic self- awareness). It helps to solve problems during educational activities in a multicultural environment and protect the rights of the child.
