Resume The question of social ontology is considered irrelevant to the economic debate on the genesis of the firm. This article aims to show that the ontological nature of the firm can be explained by stressing the need to: (1) go beyond simple individualism and reductionism; (2) analyze the firm as a (re)constitutive emergent entity; (3) understand the cohesive interrelations between the human constituents and the nonhuman resources; and (4) define the firm as an institutionalized organization.

Im Zentrum der vorliegenden Studie steht das Werk der argentinischen Autorin Angélica Gorodischer, das aus einer ökofeministischen Perspektive analysiert werden soll. Die in den literarischen Texten der Autorin formulierten Natur- und Umweltdiskurse, inklusive ihrer geschlechtlichen Aufladungen, werden innerhalb kultureller, gesellschaftlicher und politischer Spannungsfelder diskutiert. Ihr Werk prägen unterschiedliche Darstellungs- und Verhandlungsformen von Natur- und Umweltszenarien, in denen tradierte geschlechtliche Kodierungen aufgedeckt und auf diverse Weise umgeschrieben werden. Die zentrale Fragestellung dieser Untersuchung richtet sich auf die Analyse der Darstellungs-, Funktions- und Wirkungsweisen der Natur- und Geschlechterverhältnisse in den Werken Gorodischers. Auch wird erforscht, inwieweit die literarische Darstellung, Inszenierung und Repräsentation von Natur im Gesamtwerk der Autorin gewisse Tendenzen, Brüche, Transformationen und Modifikationen aufweisen, und inwiefern sie mit ökokritischen und ökofeministischen Theorien korrelieren bzw. diese umdeuten und erweitern. Die Kategorie gender mit in die Natur- und Umweltdiskurse aufzunehmen, ist besonders in den letzten Jahren im Zuge des intensiven Anstieges ökokritischer Studien, die sich mit lateinamerikanischer Literatur aus der Perspektive der Ecocrítica auseinandersetzen (u. a. Barbas-Rhoden 2011, Heffes 2013, Vara 2013, DeVries 2013), von zentraler Bedeutung. Natur- und Umweltdarstellungen besitzen bestimmte geschlechtskodierte Aufladungen und spielen innerhalb der Ikonographien und literarischen Landschaften Lateinamerikas eine zentrale Rolle. Dabei können Naturbeschreibungen entlang gewisser literaturhistorischer Traditionslinien und kulturgeschichtlicher Praktiken sichtbar gemacht werden und sind stets eng verknüpft mit kulturellen, sozialen und politischen Spannungsfeldern in Bezug auf Territorien, Identitäten und Macht. Darüber hinaus sind Natur- und Umweltszenarien kulturell und historisch bedingt und werden nicht nur auf einer thematischen Ebene untersucht, sondern auch anhand ihrer ästhetischen Wirkungsweisen erforscht. In den Darstellungsformen von Natur- und Umwelt treten zudem unterschiedliche konflikthafte Beschreibungsmuster hinsichtlich einer "Feminisierung von Natur" oder einer "Naturalisierung von Frauen" auf, die häufig entlang von Unterdrückungs- und Ausgrenzungs- aber auch Kontroll- und Ausbeutungsstrukturen artikuliert werden. Als ein prominentes Beispiel geschlechtskodierter Naturdarstellung ist die Ausgestaltung von Natur als weiblicher Körper zu nennen, den es zu erobern, zu kontrollieren und/oder zu zivilisieren gilt. In den Texten von Angélica Gorodischer artikuliert sich ein sozialkritischer Ökofeminismus, der die ökologischen und genderspezifischen Thematiken innerhalb von Machtstrukturen denkt, aber auch neue Aushandlungen von Weiblichkeits- und Männlichkeitskonzepten in Verbindung mit Umweltszenarien formuliert. Vor diesem Hintergrund begreift sich die vorliegende Arbeit als kritische Intervention, da in den Werken der Autorin gezielt konventionelle und tradierte Natur- und Geschlechterverhältnisse aufgegriffen, kritisch hinterfragt und dekonstruiert werden. Innerhalb der aktuellen ökokritischen Debatten im Kontext der lateinamerikanischen Literatur eröffnet der genderspezifische Forschungsschwerpunkt der vorliegenden Studie neue Betrachtungsweisen bezüglich der Ausgestaltung und Verhandlung von Naturschauplätzen und ökologischer Thematiken. Des Weiteren soll die ökofeministische Analyse eines argentinischen und lateinamerikanischen Textkorpus geleistet und gleichzeitig herausgearbeitet werden, wie ökokritische und ökofeministische Diskurse, letztere besonders im globalen Norden formuliert, durch die Perspektive einer Autorin aus dem globalen Süden kritisch reflektiert und erweitert werden. Die Untersuchung der Natur- und Geschlechterverhältnisse der Erzählliteratur von Angélica Gorodischer zielt zudem darauf ab, die vielschichtigen ökofeministischen Ansätze und Debatten in ihren Transformationen und Modifikationen über einen Zeitraum von rund 40 Jahren (in ihren Werken publiziert zwischen 1967 und 2005) auszuloten. Schließlich sollen mit der vorliegenden Studie neue Impulse geliefert werden, einen literarischen Ökofeminismus (weiter) voranzubringen, indem die Funktion und das Potenzial der Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaft eruiert werden, sich mit der Darstellung der globalen ökologischen Krise zu befassen.

Schelling's political thought, Velimir Stojkovski not only unearths a neglected dimension of the influential thinker's philosophy but further shows what it can teach us about our ethical and political responsibilities today. What is the relationship between religious belief and the study of nature, between theology and science? Ziel des folgenden Beitrags ist es zu zeigen, dass der Roman Alfred Döblins "Berge, Meere und Giganten" von 1924 eher im Kontext der jüngst im Rahmen der politischen Ökologie entstandenen Tendenz zur Abschaffung und Überwindung von Naturvorstellungen zu positionieren ist, als dass er selbst Naturmodelle anzubieten hätte. Nach einer kurzen Einführung in die politische Ökologie Bruno Latours (1) wird versucht darzustellen, dass die zwei gängigsten Naturkonzepte der feindlichen bzw. der harmonischen Natur politische Implikationen beinhalten (2). Anschließend wird das Naturkonzept, welches Döblin in seinen naturphilosophischen Schriften (3) sowie in seinem Roman entwickelte (4), skizziert, wobei v. a. Döblins Abkehr von einer in Natur und Gesellschaft getrennten Weltvorstellung betont werden soll. Zuletzt ist das Konzept der Transformation als für den Roman wesentlich auszuweisen und einer Abkehr von der Natur eine Abkehr vom Subjekt zur Seite zu stellen (5).

The problem of interaction between man and nature throughout history is, relatively, rarely addressed by classical historiography. The session entitled Man and Nature: Between destruction and creation, organized and chaired by Prof. Tadeusz Janicki (Faculty of History, UAM, Poznań, Poland) and Prof. Dariusz J. Gwiazdowicz (Department of Forest Protection, Poznań University of Life Sciences, Poland) on 24 August 2022 as part of the XXIII International Congress of Historical Sciences Poznań 2022, was an attempt to change this tendency and broaden the existing research perspective. The papers delivered during the occassion were the starting point for the preparation of a special issue of the journal Studia Historiae Oeconomicae (SHO), the primary purpose of which is interdisciplinary reflection by specialists from various scientific disciplines on the problem of destruction of natural landscapes and creation of cultural landscapes, along with other issues concerning the interaction between humans and the natural environment from prehistoric times to the present.This special issue of SHO consists of seven articles on diverse topics, analysing human interactions with nature through different historical periods, meanwhile taking into account their economic, civil, social and climatic conditions. The result is a multifaceted mosaic of topics that constitutes an original and interdisciplinary analysis of man's relationship with nature, which may be a source of inspiration for readers and perhaps further research in this field.

International audience ; L'article a pour objectif de rappeler toutes les mesures administratives, de nature informative ou juridique, qui existent dans le champ réglementaire du Code de l'Environnement, puis de présenter les ZNIEFF, enfin de dresser la liste exhaustive de tous les milieux naturels qui bénéficient d'un statut de protection. L'accent est plus particulièrement mis sur les espaces forestiers, mais sont également mentionnés les sites littoraux ou périurbains. Enfin, quelques éléments de présentation et de réflexion sont donnés pour faire valoir, d'une part, que la connaissance scientifique est encore bien loin d'avoir étudié l'ensemble de la richesse biologique de la forêt tropicale humide et, d'autre part, que les dispositions de protection de la nature font intégralement partie de l'aménagement du territoire et du développement à réaliser en Guyane.

AbstractEnactive theory seems to be reaching a critical juncture in its evolution, as it expands beyond cognitive science to include a project that Shaun Gallagher has called "new naturalism": a "phenomenologized" reconstruction of nature, directed by a distinctive view of experience that is itself a product of "naturalized phenomenology." This article aims to contribute to conversations about how to move forward with this project by highlighting important parallels between the trajectory of enactive theory and the early history of pragmatism. Pragmatism was first developed by Peirce, James, and Dewey out of a distinctive view of experience that strongly resembles that of enactive theory. Then, during the first third of the twentieth century, pragmatism evolved into a philosophy of nature and played a leading role in a reconstructive project much like the "new naturalism" proposed by Gallagher and others. Around midcentury, however, this project was largely abandoned as philosophers turned to problems of more limited scope. This history raises crucial questions for proponents of enactive "new naturalism": Why did the pragmatist version of this project fail to achieve its aims? And how will it be different this time?
