The article identifies the main groups of factors that influence the development of tourism business. The analysis of the composition of factors and their influence on the development of tourism in Ukraine is done. It is proved that economic security of the real economy of Ukraine is significantly influenced by inbound and domestic tourism. The basic principles of sustainable tourism are found: sustainable use of natural resources that do not allow them to exhaust; reducing excessive consumption and waste; preservation of the natural, social and cultural diversity; careful planning, integrated approach, the integration of ecological tourism in plans of regional development; support of local economies; stakeholder and public consultations; training; responsible tourism marketing. It is proved that tourism in Ukraine is developing now and has great potential. It significantly affects these sectors: transport, trade, communications, construction, agriculture, consumer goods, and is one of the most promising areas of economic restructuring. Use the full tourism potential will allow our country to become one of the leading countries of the world. However, the development of the tourism industry is restrained with the problem. Its solution is the necessary legislative and executive branches to assist the creation of organizational, legal and economic basis of the formation of tourism as a highly profitable sector of the economy. It is necessary to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian tourist product, improve information and advertising software and remove administrative barriers. The development of tourism enterprises and organizations of Ukraine shall occur not only by creating viable legislation, but by careful relation towards the environment, namely nature, which is an important tourist resource and requires significant attention today. Strategic goal of tourist industry in Ukraine is determined. It is creating globally competitive tourism product, which can satisfy the needs of the tourist population, provide comprehensive development of territories and their social and economic interests on this basis while maintaining ecological balance, historical and cultural environment. Action program, which is focused on achieving this goal, has to be synchronized with the overall pace of establishing market mechanisms and correlate with the policy of structural reforms in the economy. It should also take into account the experience gained in the world of tourism, which creates favorable conditions for modifying and developing an appropriate regulatory basis of tourism. One of the key factors for successful development of tourism enterprises is implementing innovative technologies. The main reasons for the introduction of innovations in the service sector institutions are increasing competition and efforts to obtain competitive advantages in the market and maximize profits; increased consumer demand; providing enterprise prestige; quick solutions to problems that may arise in the enterprise; explore new researches and implementing in the production process to improve the performance of the company. It is noted that important and effective ways of targeted increase of products' quality and enterprises' service in tourism, their competitiveness in global and national markets include improving standardization and certification as a key instrument recording and providing a fixed level of quality. Thus, Ukraine has a great tourist potential and all conditions for the development of domestic, inbound and outbound tourism. Nevertheless, it is not used enough. However, analysis of the dynamics of the tourist market of Ukraine shows growth trends in the number of tourists.

and legal forms of enterprise management, instability in the economic, political, financial sphere, rapid development of scientific and technological progress, intensification of competition at the regional, state and global levels cause a high level of uncertainty functioning of enterprises, which negatively affected the sustainability of economic development of almost all enterprises. At the same time, companies were able to identify their weaknesses, assess their adaptability, assess the degree of external risks and the ability to overcome uncertainty. These factors have exacerbated financial crises in a significant number of companies, and some are on the verge of bankruptcy. Thus, the development of a mechanism for sustainable economic development of enterprises in modern conditions is of particular importance, which requires the use of such a management system that will allow enterprises to ensure sustainable and efficient operation over a long period, as well as to form high potential for its development in the future. The main objectives of the article are: • Identify the features of sustainable economic development of enterprises in modern conditions; • determine the levers and factors for managing the financial results of the enterprise.

The Black Sea Region of Ukraine with the length of 2,8 thousand km can be identified as one of the most long-range regions in regard to the sustainable tourism development. The potential opportunities of the possible tourism development and improvement can be caused by the following main factors: incomplete level of the development of tourism resources; attractiveness for the population of such regions as East Europe, North and Central Asia that have transport connection and traditionally use the Black Sea coast for summer rest without language barrier; enlargement of the tourism field for the tourists from the countries of Central and West Europe; developing of the quality of the tourism service as a result of the realization of the privatization of the tourist complexes; improvement of the environmental safely level that is already observed and can be continued as a result of the implementation of the environmental measures; development of the transport system, improvement of the access and visa regime; difference between the costs for tourist services. The Law of Ukraine "On Tourism", established the legislative preconditions for tourism transformation. Also provided the essential change of the governmental scheme in the field of tourism with the aim so approach its formation to the one of the one of the priorities in the branch of economics. At the same time the real problems and constraints exist which restrain the sustainable tourism development in the Ukrainian, part of the coastal zone. There is a necessity for the development of some parts of the tourism services which are the obligatory components of the market economy system and which formerly were not developed or were solved without taking into account economic measures. They are: the establishment of the marketing system for the provisions of the tourism activities, including the establishment of the sale system, advertisement, arrangement of the services structure in accordance to the requirements, certification of the tourist complexes in regard to the world service level; development of the tourist infrastructure, provision of the necessary, information about the quality of environment and value of recreated resources. There is a need to conduct the environmental sanitation of the tourist complexes on the base of their privatization.

One of the basic characteristics of Serbian territorial development is the concentrated development of several major urban centres driven by a rapid decline of the quality of life in villages, their depopulation and impoverishment. The basic thesis of this paper is, in accordance with the current global, European and national development agendas, that the sustainable territorial development can be achieved exclusively through balanced rural-urban development. This paper introduces integrated rural development projects (IRDP) as instruments for reaching sustainable territorial development for the city of Smederevo. They are developed within the Master Program in Integrated Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Belgrade supported by the DANURB project and the city government. The main aim of the paper is to present the pedagogical model and IRDP development methodology, as well as results produced within the teaching process – five master theses. These projects differ in main themes, the size of the territory, types and formats of the solutions, but have the same objectives - to improve the quality of life of individuals, families and rural communities, and, thus, increase their visibility and attractiveness. Their aim is not only to prevent out-migration of young people from the villages, but also to encourage in-migration of new population. When viewed from that perspective, besides straightening rural areas, these IRDPs can contribute to the reduction of pressure on urban areas, whose spatial, infrastructural, institutional and ecological capacities are increasingly burdened and hold back sustainable development.

The paper examines the history of the development of amateur football in the post-war period and before the collapse of the USSR. The urgency of the problem and a brief historiographic review of the subject are given. The goal and the areas of the study are set (football in closed cities, the development of "factory football" and the Saplinov futsal tournament). The novelty of the study is in considering the sports game (football) through the historical prism of the events during the researched period. The fact that earlier this issue was exclusively studied by journalists and teachers of the faculties of physical education, but not by historians. Aspects were more focused on the system of preparation and training sportsmen. This study also provides a lot of statistics on various football matches, which took place in Krasnoyarsk or in small towns of the region. At the end of the study the author presents the conclusions on the research.

The paper presents a comprehensive approach to monitoring the level of sustainable development of the enterprise. The basic principles and elements of forming the system of monitoring sustainable development of the enterprise were considered and systematized. The paper provides an analysis of existing approaches to assessing the sustainability of the enterprise during its development. The analysis of the results of monitoring the sustainable development of the enterprise allows to record stable and unstable periods of its development, which helps managers choose the strength of management impact according to the current situation. The theoretical foundations of the concept of sustainable development of economic systems are elucidated on the basis of the analysis of scientific publications. The authors have pointed out the importance of introducing the concept of sustainable development and possible benefits from its use. The enterprises implementing the sustainable development strategy in Ukraine have been highlighted. Based on the results of the study, the information and analytical content of the monitoring system for sustainable development of some processing enterprises of Ukraine was substantiated. The analysis of the application directions of the sustainable concept development has been carried out and a practical example of the information implementation and analytical system for monitoring the sustainable development of a food industry enterprise has been examined using as an example the Obolon Corporation, Kiev. The positive experience of using this method of monitoring the sustainable development of the Obolon Corporation should become an example for most processing enterprises in Ukraine.

The functional concept of "smart" development of territories, widely known and actively implemented in the world and the Russian Federation, is currently characterized by a declaration of the principles of anthropocentrism, a qualitative increase in the manufacturability of infrastructure systems and processes, a "digital revolution" in the management of territorial resources of all types, progress in organizing a safe and comfortable living environment. The novelty of posing the problems of developing "smart" territories in general and "smart cities" in particular and their contribution to positive spatial and economic transformations of the regional and national scales necessitated a broad scientific search in terms of methods and techniques for assessing the direction, scale and effectiveness (primarily – socio-economic) processes of "smart" urbanization, the growth of municipal "digital maturity" and its positive perception by participants in municipal and regional socio-economic systems.
