Introduction. In a globalized world economy the most important function of the state is to ensure its economic security. To address this complex problem are the appropriate state institutions, legal framework, trained personnel, technology, administrative, intellectual, informational, financial and other material resources. In turn, non-state security actors also have significant resources to ensure economic security business. These resources primarily include well-trained professionals, experience in business security specific conditions of the domestic economy, as well as organizational structure, finance business entities and knowledge of employees, and available technologies, means, methods and techniques of counteracting factors threats external and internal environment. It is also necessary to unite together all the company's resources and resources of external organizations in order to obtain a synergistic effect in the system of economic security. Purpose. Research conditions to create a synergistic effect in the system of economic security. Methods. Theoretical generalization, logical analysis, induction are used to determine the main methods for evaluation of industrial enterprises managers; to determine scientific approach that must be used for research and study of the evaluation process of managers of industrial enterprises. Results. Nowadays provision of economic security of enterprise is possible only if the operation activity of its economic security system is effective. This requires constant and close cooperation of all its internal and external entities that can provide a synergetic effect in countering external and internal threats to economic security. Originality. All elements of economic security based on a single concept, policies should be integrated into the overall strategy of economic security that can give a synergistic protective effect. The model of forming synergistic effect in the system of economic security offered in the article. Considering the need to achieve a synergistic effect of a system of economic security must take into account not only the intellectual and professional capabilities of its staff. It is important to use this complex process and available material resources that include: finance, law, and other hardware. Only the union of "human capital" of the enterprise and its resources can provide a synergistic protective effect, will withstand adverse factors external and internal environment. Conclusion. In an unstable economy and high level of uncertainty processes that occur in it, to ensure economic security is possible only on condition of close interaction and partnership of government and business. This will fully and optimally a single algorithm to use all their resources to counter internal and external threats to the economy, ie a synergistic protective effect at securing domestic business.

The article presents a brief overview of India-U.S. relations during the period of Narendra Modi's government and Barack Obama's administration. The author analyzes the dynamics of cooperation development after the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party in the 2014 Parliamentary elections in India and studies the key directions of bilateral agenda. The current condition of India-U.S. strategic dialogue and the influence of human rights issues on the countries' cooperation are characterized.
Since 2014 the states' cooperation has been growing rapidly. The bilateral investment, trade and economic interdependence have significantly increased. Some experts and mass media note that Barack Obama and Narendra Modi are having friendly relations. From a different angle, a number of agreements between countries still remain unaccomplished. For instance, the U.S. support for India's permanent seat in the United Nations Security Council, its accession to APEC and the implementation of nuclear deal have yet to be turned into achievement.
Together with strengthening the bilateral strategic dialogue, the U.S. has intensified the criticism of India's human rights record. The main part of it includes the cases of religious intolerance, which are observed in the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom reports and the remarks given by U.S. lawmakers and official representatives, including the Ambassador to India. Washington's careful attention to the human rights issues and religious violence in particular is one of the major irritants in the U.S.-India relations.
The engagement of Indian Americans in the local U.S. politics and their lobbying efforts in the context of U.S.-India relations are revealed. The author outlines the near-terms perspectives of bilateral cooperation.

The financial crisis in the USA has led to major changes in the banking sector architecture. Many financial institutions went bankrupt and were absorbed by competitors, while others were compelled to change their business models. That has resulted in consolidation of the banking sector. Significant developments were also imposed by B. Obama's financial regulation reform and unprecedented interference of the federal government in banking business.

The 'mean voter theorem' implies that candidates should choose identical policy positions in a two-candidate race if voting is probabilistic. This result is in fact an artifact of the assumption that the candidates maximize expected vote share or probability of win, which is not true for many real-world elections. In this paper I analyze a probabilistic voting model in which the candidates have preferences other than the maximization of the expected number of votes or the probability of win maximization. I derive the comparative statics for two voters and one-dimensional policy space. Each voter cares about both the policy platform and the identity of the candidate. It is shown that an increase in the value of exactly one vote causes each candidate to choose a position closer to that of its partisan voter. Numeric computation of equilibria show that these results can be generalized to three or more voters. The results imply that the nonlinearity and non-symmetry of payoffs can affect the policy positions of the candidates.
