Throughout the independent era, one of the main trades of the village and city of Parras, in Mexico, was that of production of wines, spirits and liquors. During the last third of the nineteenth century, the national demand for alcoholic beverages increased, augmenting Parras' economical importance. Several harvesters embarked on modernizing processes, and among them the Madero family stood out. However, upon attempting to diversify the varieties of vitis vinifera, they brought the filoxera to the Valley. The centuries-old Parras varieties were destroyed by the pest, and the technique of grafting had to be introduced. Thanks to their opulence and strategic position in political and business networks, the Maderos managed to overcome the crisis and allowed one of the most ancient wine-producing enterprises in Mexico to remain productive. The present study does not aim to become a treaty on the problem of filoxera on a national scale, it has a purely regional scope, of the time in which Parras was the main producer of grape wine and spirits in mexico ; Durante la era independiente, uno de los principales rubros de la economía de la villa y ciudad de Parras, en México, fue la producción de vinos, aguardientes y licores. Durante el último tercio del siglo XIX, la demanda nacional de bebidas alcohólicas creció, aumentando así la importancia económica de Parras. Diversos cosecheros iniciaron procesos modernizadores, y entre ellos destacó la familia Madero. Pero al intentar diversificar las variedades de vitis vinífera, introdujeron al Valle de Parras la filoxera. Las centenarias variedades parrenses fueron destruidas por la plaga, y hubo que introducir la técnica del injerto. Gracias a su opulencia y a su estratégica inserción en redes empresariales y políticas, los Madero lograron sortear la crisis y mantener productiva una de las empresas vitivinícolas más antiguas de México. En este artículo presentamos los resultados del análisis de las movilizaciones feministas ocurridas en México alrededor del 8 de marzo de 2021 a partir del seguimiento de tres hashtags que articularon una serie de acciones tecnocomunicativas de intervención y discusión sociodigital: #LeyOlimpia, #UnVioladorNoSeráGobernador y #TomaLasCallesNoCalles. El objetivo fue mostrar el despliegue de estas formas de tecnopolítica a través de una etnografía en red que nos permitió identificar nodos, actores, núcleos de relaciones y narrativas clave. Frente a contextos políticos y sociales de violencia, normalización e impunidad, mediante lo que proponemos denominar contiendas multicampo, las acciones feministas nombran y visibilizan problemas superpuestos que forman parte de una agenda urgente de interpelación al poder en los espacios en y fuera de línea. Los resultados nos permiten reflexionar sobre los muros ante las protestas.

Mexico is a country with a wide range of social marginalization. The intersection of this phenomenon and cultural participation has been little studied. Bearing this in mind, the central question of this work is: can the attendance toc ultural events and the type of events in which Mexicans participate be related to their marginalization level? In order to answer this question, a qualitative exploratory study was designed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews (N=247) infour Mexican states (Mexico City, Tamaulipas, Estado de Mexico, and Oaxaca). Data were processed through a thematic analysis that shows a relationship between marginalization and cultural participation in three large subjects: the facility or difficulty to participate incultural activities and events,the expressed interest in it, and the perceived benefits of the interviewee on these actions. These topics vary according to the marginalization level, confirming the need for cultural policy design to include marginalization as a key issue of cultural participation.
