The Indonesian government has implemented the prevention and control of COVID-19 by enforcing health protocols. This study aimed to analyze knowledge of community in implementing health protocols in the Bontonompo I Public Health Center, Gowa Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive study design. The population of 1,433 was taken as a sample of 313 people using the slovin formula. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate the Public knowledge in the application of health protocols in the working area of the Bontonompo I Puskesmas is sufficient category as many as 49 people (15.7%) and 264 people who have less knowledge (84.3%). In conclusion, majority public knowledge in the application of health protocols in the working area of the Bontonompo I Puskesmas is less knowledge. The public is urged to be obedient, disciplined and always apply the Health Protocol whenever and wherever they are, increase support in breaking the chain of transmission of COVID-19 in the community.

This study aims to determine the implementation of School Based Management (SBM) in the field of curriculum and learning, students, and educators and education staff at elemnetary school 2 Penujak, Praya Barat District, Central Lombok Regency. Research uses a qualitative approach using a case study. The type of data of this research are primary data and secondary data. The primary data material in this study was in the form of interviews with the principal, teachers and administrative staff. The secondary data material in this study is data on the state of elementary school 2 Penujak, organizational structure, human resources and so on. Data collection techniques in this study are: (1) interviews, (2) observations and, (3) documentation studies. Various data collection techniques (triangulation), and carried out continuously until the data is saturated. Checking the validity of the data in qualitative research includes four techniques, namely credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results showed that the implementation of School-Based Management in SD Negeri 2 Penujak was carried out through 4 management processes, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring as well as in accordance with the essence of School-Based Management (SBM) namely autonomy, flexibility, participation, transparency and accountability

Sesuai dengan keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia 857/Menkes/SK/IX/2010 tentang Pedoman Penilaian Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan di Puskesmas, dimana puskesmas merupakan sarana pelayana kesehatan serta pertama yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat di wilaya kerjanya dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas antara lain dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia kesehatan di Puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Donggala Kecamatan Banawa Kabupaten Donggala. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yaitu survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Dengan jumlah sebanyak 44 responden pegawai di Puskesmas Donggala Kecamatan Banawa Kabupaten Donggala dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan Uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dengan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p = 0,749 ≥ 0,05, tidak ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dengan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p = 1.000 ≥ 0,05, tidak ada hubungan gaya kepemimpinan laissez faire dengan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p = 1.000 ≥ 0,05, tidak ada hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai dengan nilai p = 0,055 ≥ 0,05. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber informasi bagi Puskesmas Donggala Kecamatan Banawa Kabupaten Donggala agar dapat meningkatkan gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih baik dan disiplin kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

The aim of this research is the theoretical development of cultural values to understand the unique human differences from the women's empowerment approach, implementing strengthening of the cultural literacy-based women's empowerment model in order to create a tourism-aware village in sustainable development. Employing a virtual ethnographic approach, the study involved an online search for digital literacy materials related to women's empowerment and literacy, applied specifically to women residing in the Serdang Bedagai tourist area. The model applied here blends with virtual data to derive contemporary findings. The empowerment model integrates educational, cultural, and health therapies to bolster literacy awareness and foster development, particularly targeting students in the Serdang Bedagai area. Educational therapy trains women in providing training on how to provide special services to tourists from the country and abroad. When cultural therapy is applied, it is adapted to the local culture through the introduction and training of rhymes and traditional Malay games. Furthermore, for health therapy, women are trained to do traditional kusuk, which can be developed in the Serdang Bedagai tourism area.

This research aims to determine HR planning for the Public Relations Sector at the NTB Regional Police. The research method used is case study research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is the Public Relations Division of the NTB Regional Police. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data analysis techniques according to Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results of this research indicate that planning Human Resources in the Public Relations Sector is carried out in a planned and comprehensive manner, starting with member data collection as a basis for making member recruitment plans, member career development plans, compensation, HR maintenance plans, disciplinary plans, and member dismissal plans.

The COVID-19 pandemic has reduced family functions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Indonesian families face three significant problems: distanced-family relations; neglected family education; and unequal socio-economic situation. This paper aims at explaining these three fundamental changes in family institutions. Besides, this paper identifies the factors that lead to family dysfunction. This article also offers concrete solutions to restore the lose of families function due to the COVID-19, i.e. the formation of a Family Corner. This research is a normative study using a critical, descriptive analysis method by presenting data from various literature and document sources. The latest data supported by several recent studies are described in detail in this paper. This research shows that post-pandemic family functions' revitalization can be started by preparing a strong husband and wife's emotional maturity.In addition, it is necessary to assist in communication and financial management of the family. Furthermore, revitalization will be successful if job opportunities are opened as widely as possible with incentive funds from the government and philanthropic institutions. Finally, the resolution and anticipation of natural disasters can be anticipated and resolved as quickly as possible. One of the effective ways for family revitalization is by establishing a Family Corner at each smallest unit of the society (Rukun Tetangga and Rukun Warga). Further research on this issue can be conducted through interviews with some informants who have experienced changes family lifestyle during the COVID-19 pandemic and mapping their hopes post pandemic period.

The phenomenon of children becoming victims of violence is increasingly prevalent in various regions of Indonesia. The impact of child violence cases includes school dropouts due to feelings of shame, fear, and lack of confidence to return to school. This study aims to describe the implementation of services for child victims of violence at the Integrated Child Social Welfare Center in Kota Mataram. The qualitative approach and case study design were employed. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis techniques included data collection, condensation, presentation, and conclusion. The study's validity was ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) The service flow and collaboration of the Integrated Child Social Welfare Center in assisting child victims of violence are as follows: Complaint stage; Victim data identification stage; Intervention planning stage (case conference); Intervention stage (referral); Monitoring and evaluation stage; Termination stage (reintegration); 2) In the implementation of services for child victims of violence, 92% require legal assistance, 77% require social services, 67% require healthcare services, 50% require educational services, 40% require shelter services, and 35% require administration and population services, based on the total number of victims. In the provision of interventions, particularly educational services, the Integrated Child Social Welfare Center collaborates with the Department of Education in Kota Mataram, the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Kota Mataram, Child Social Welfare Institutions, and Islamic Boarding Schools to ensure that children receive continuous education and do not drop out of school.

This study assesses driving teacher behaviour after completing the driving teacher education program in North Lombok. Research that evaluates the behaviour of the driving teacher, in this case, the instructional leadership in the classroom, is conducted using a descriptive quantitative evaluation approach. The study was conducted at SDN 8 Sokong, SMPN 3 Tanjung, SMAN 1 Tanjung, and SMKN 1 Gangga. A total of 24 individuals were included in the purposive sampling technique. Observations, questionnaires, and document reviews are the data collection methods employed. PEA (Percentage of Each Aspect) is the data analysis method that was applied. After finishing the driving teacher education program training in North Lombok, the study's findings revealed that the behaviour of driving teachers, in this case, instructional leadership, was good, with a final score of 88.3%.

The purpose of this research is a qualitative research using ethnographic methods. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show the pattern of parental involvement through the Parent Teacher Association can be described collaboratively within the collaboration triangle, which consists of school facilitation, parent support and student creation. In this pattern there is a collaborative relationship between the school, parents and students which can maximize the involvement of parents in various activities both academic and non-academic which can support students to work and achieve.

The purpose of this research is to know the responses of respondents and university types on the development of scientific attitude instruments that are integrated with automatic feedback on science practicum performance assessments at four universities in Indonesia. Using a case study approach and cluster random sampling procedures, the data were examined with a Kruskal-Wallis test. Questionnaires, interviews at the management level, and observations directly were used to collect data. The research sample included three hundred seventy-six undergraduates and teachers in college at four different universities. The findings reveal no performance assessment of scientific attitude since there was no standard instrument. The assessment results of private colleges were similar to those of public colleges (p > 0.05) in measuring scientific attitude integrated with real-time feedback, implying that neither public nor private universities have conducted scientific attitude of performance assessments with real-time feedback on science practicum. The analysis statistical results were not significant between undergraduates and teachers in college regarding the measurement of scientific attitude on performance assessments integrated with real-time feedback in science practicum (p > 0.05), implying that undergraduates have the same experience as lecturers in assessing scientific attitude on performance assessment with feedback in science practicum. This study suggests developing scientific attitude measurement on performance assessment that provides real-time science practicum feedback.

This study aims to determine a comprehensive performance assessment of science education using peer assessment and self-assessment to measure scientific process skills. The method of writing article through a literature review that was published from 2010 to 2022, descriptive qualitative and bibliometric analysis was used by the Perish 8 and VOS Viewer software, from 1000 articles sourced from journals, books, conferences, proceedings, and other literature that have been screened on Google Scholar and Scopus databases by the Publish and Perish 8 software. Found 340 articles sourced from journals and only 127 articles indexed by Scopus, consisting of 64 articles on Q1, 47 articles on Q2, 12 Articles on Q3 and four articles on Q4 to be used as references for further analysis as a literature review to write this articles. The results of the bibliometric study qualitatively found that a comprehensive assessment of performance on science process skills can be assessed through peer assessment and self-assessment. Further analysis with the VOS Viewer application found a relationship between peer assessment and self-assessment of student science process skills.

This research is basic research that aims to reveal the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang Regency, also as how the opportunities and challenges faced within the future. Furthermore, the long-term goal of this research is to take care of and increase silk production to satisfy local, national, and export needs, with the hope of accelerating people's income, local native income (PAD), and foreign exchange. The method used may be a survey to watch and measure various influential variables. Data utilized in the shape of secondary and first data. The data analysis used is a cartographic analysis. supporting factors for the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang subdistrict are; the simplest quality, abundant sources of feed, abundant human resources, sheltered by state-owned enterprises, near the axis roads, tools and cultivation materials are available and easy to obtain, cooperation with other regions, cheap seeds, high purchasing power, and government visits and tourists. supporting factors there also are factors inhibiting the event of silkworm cultivation in Enrekang Regency, namely: it's begun to be left behind, caterpillars are too sensitive, simple cultivation techniques, alittle amount of harvest, cultivation of households (nongroup), the transfer of murberi land functions, uncertain climate, the breakup of subsequent generation, promising work and yarn / imported fabrics.
