Planteamos como objetivo de estudio, identificar los principales rasgos, por medio de un análisis comparativo entre estas dos corrientes que parten de la crítica hacia la hegemonía del modelo neo-constitucional, identificar los principales tópicos sobre los que orbita la discusión (como democracia, poder constituyente, el problema de los valores y el control de constitucionalidad) y por último hacer un breve análisis crítico de la Constitución Política del Perú de 1993, desde los aportes de las corrientes revisadas ; We set ourselves as objective of the study, to identify the main characteristics, by means of a comparative analysis between these two currents that depart from the criticism of the hegemony of the neo-constitutional model, to identify the main topics on which the discussion revolves (such as democracy, power constituent, the problem of values and the control of constitutionality) and finally make a brief critical analysis of the 1993 Political Constitution of Peru, from the contributions of the revised tendencies
