Introduction: the development of the professional identity of law enforcement officers at the stage of professional training has been considered. A number of factors of subjective nature, psychological and pedagogical conditions, which are based on understanding of the structure, functions, mechanisms and regularities of the development of a person's identity have been highlighted. The author has studied the factors related to the specifics of studying at higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions that are of particular importance in the process of developing the professional identity of future law enforcement officers.Contemporary changes in the social environment need to have increased requirements for a modern specialist, where the professional identity of an individual is one of the main preconditions for the adaptation at the stage of professional formation. The formed professional identity is a significant factor.The urgency of the problem of the professional identity is also due to the fact that the country strives for reliable, well-trained and motivated law enforcement officers in the conditions of a protracted economic, political crisis and active social changes that led to a certain weakening of the socio-psychological mechanisms of society's regulation, for the stabilization of the situation in the country.The purpose is to study and analyze the factors and conditions for the development of the professional identity of future law enforcement officers who are trained at higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions.Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature.Results. Analysis of recent research reveals the peculiarities of criteria for professional psychological selection for studying at higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions, self-actualization at different stages of professional formation, motivational basis for the professional development of law enforcement officers.Originality. There is nowadays the need of a thorough study of the peculiarities of the professional formation of law enforcement officers at the stage of professional training in order to develop psychological methods for training future law enforcement officers that they perform their professional duties as law enforcement officers.Conclusions. The mechanism of formation of the professional identity of cadets includes: the organization of self-comprehension and self-awareness within future professional activities in the process of studying at higher educational institutions; independent decision-making on solving professional tasks; determining life and professional perspectives in the process of training; creation of the conditions for the disclosure of cadets' abilities, development of the needs for mastering professional knowledge, information seeking, and the solution of professionally oriented tasks. Consequently, the analysis of the peculiarities of these factors and the conditions for the development of the professional identity of future law enforcement officers provides grounds to emphasize the special role of the factors in this process related to the specificity of studying at higher educational institutions with specific learning conditions. ; Рассмотрено развитие профессиональной идентичности личности в процессе профессиональной подготовки. The social history of Russia in the last decade of the 20th century is closely related to the last stage in the development of Soviet society, the time of "perestroika". These periods have not been sufficiently studied in national historiography, especially such aspects as the daily life of people in a transition society, the social mobility of the population, and the life strategies of young people. The article discusses the influence of the new political and socio-economic realities of the turn of the 1990s on the professional self-determination of young people entering independent life at the time. The author suggests considering this issue with reference to boys and girls who chose to major in history, making every effort to enter the prestigious Faculty of History at Kuban State University at the end of the Soviet era. However, they gained a diploma of higher education in different social conditions, and they had to reconsider or radically change their professional plans. The research refers to the personal records of full-time graduates of the Department of History, Kuban State University for 1992 and 1993 and materials of 20 interviews with graduates held in 2018. The author compiles a collective "portrait" of a graduate of the full-time department of KubSU in 1992 and 1993 (applicant of 1987 and 1988). The author reveals the motivation underlying the choice they made in favour of the Faculty of History. It is established that for many people, the Faculty was attractive in terms of career growth in party organs and state administration (especially for Komsomol activists). Young people gradually realised the consequences of "restructuring" for their personal professional plans. In the unstable economic conditions of the transition to market economy, many graduates started their careers exercising the profession they had chosen (at schools, museums). ; Социальная история России последнего десятилетия ХХ в. тесно связана с завершающим этапом развития советского общества — временем «перестройки». Однако и тот и другой периоды недостаточно разработаны в отечественной историографии; особенно это касается таких аспектов, как повседневная жизнь людей в переходном обществе, социальная мобильность населения, жизненные стратегии молодого поколения. Статья нацелена на исследование того, каким образом новые политические и социально-экономические реалии рубежа 1980–1990-х гг. воздействовали на профессиональное самоопределение молодых людей, вступавших в это переломное время в самостоятельную жизнь. Мы предлагаем рассмотреть данную проблему на примере юношей и девушек, которые на исходе советской эпохи избрали своей специальностью историю, приложили максимум усилий для поступления на престижный исторический факультет Кубанского государственного университета, но, получив диплом о высшем образовании уже в иных общественных условиях, были вынуждены корректировать либо кардинально менять свои первоначальные профессиональные планы. Источниковой базой исследования послужили личные дела выпускников дневного отделения исторического факультета Кубанского государственного университета 1992 и 1993 гг., а также материалы 20 глубинных интервью с выпускниками, проведенных в 2018 г. Был составлен коллективный «портрет» выпускника дневного отделения истфака КубГУ 1992 и 1993 гг. (абитуриента 1987 и 1988 гг.). Выяснение мотиваций выбора в пользу истфака показало, что для многих факультет был привлекателен с точки зрения карьерного роста в партийных органах, госуправлении (особенно для комсомольских активистов). Последствия «перестройки» для личных профессиональных планов осознавались постепенно. Нестабильные экономические условия перехода к рынку привели к тому, что многие выпускники начали трудовой путь с устройства «по специальности» (в школы, музеи).

Данное исследование посвящено анализу вклада известных зарубежных (А. Адлер, М. Р. Гинзбур, А. Маслоу, К. Хорни, Э. Эриксон) и российских ученых (В. А. Айрапетова, Е. А. Александрова, Е. А. Бауэр, А. В. Малышев, A. B. Мудрик, В. А. Сластенин, В. И. Слободчиков) и авторов диссертационных исследований (А. В. Бугославская, К. И. Буякова, Е. А. Салахутдинова, С. Ф. Шляпина) в решение проблемы профессионального самоопределения и вхождения в будущую профессию студентов вузов разных профилей и направлений подготовки. Из приведенного обзора следует, что само понятие «профессиональное самоопределение», а также процесс вхождения в будущую профессию студентов разных направлений и профилей подготовки не изучены в должной мере, что и подчеркивает актуальность темы нашего исследования. Работа опирается на общетеоретические подходы (системный, компетентностный, деятельностный и др.), а также на высказывания ученых, приведенных в монографиях, диссертационных исследованиях и других научных изданиях. Акцент сделан на вопросах педагогического сопровождения, дана авторская интерпретация понятий «педагогическое сопровождение» и «вхождение в будущую профессию» будущих педагогов-психологов. Приведены результаты анкетирования студентов, поступивших на первый курс педагогического вуза, которые подтверждают, что выбор профессии ими обусловлен в большей степени уровнем оплаты труда и возрастанием влияния средств массовой информации, особенно Интернета. Отмечается, что большинство первокурсников не представляют особенностей своей будущей профессиональной деятельности. Считаем, что опыт организации педагогического сопровождения будущих педагогов-психологов в Ивановском государственном университете, Шуйском филиале, реализованный на основе идеи о необходимости интеграции вузовского и дополнительного образования средствами вовлечения студентов в волонтерскую, тьюторскую, кураторскую деятельность, привлечения к участию в проекте «Дети в университете», является интересным для широкой педагогической общественности России.
This study is devoted to the analysis of the contribution of both well-known foreign (A. Adler, M. R. Ginzbur, A. Maslow, K. Horny, E. Erikson), Russian (V. A. Ayrapetova, E. A. Alexandrova, E. A. Bauer, A. V. Malyshev, A. V. Mudrik, V. A. Slastenin, V. I. Slobodchikov) scientists and authors of dissertation research (A. V. Bugoslavskaya, K. I. Buyakova, E. A. Salakhutdinova, S. F. Shlyapina) in solving the problem of professional self-determination and entry into the future profession of university students of various training programs. It follows from the review above that the very concept of professional self-determination as well as the process of university students' entering the future profession are not studied well enough which reveals the relevance of the research topic. The work is based on general theoretical approaches (systemic, competence, activity, etc.), as well as on the statements of scientists given in monographs, dissertation studies and other scientific publications. The emphasis is placed on the issues of pedagogical support, the author's interpretation of the concepts of pedagogical support and entry into the profession of future educational psychologists is given. The results of the questionnaire survey of first-year pedagogical college students are presented, from which it follows that the choice of profession is largely due to the level of wages and the increasing influence of the media, especially the Internet. It is noted that the majority of first-year students do not imagine the peculiarities of their future professional activity. We believe that the experience of organizing pedagogical support for future educational psychologists at Shuya Branch Ivanovo State University due to the necessity to integrate higher education and additional education by involving them in volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, and participating in the project "Children at University" is interesting for the wide educational community of Russia.
