The actuality of transition to the corporate model of higher educatioal establishments is discussed in the article.The basic social and economic problems of corporate management for establishments that arise up in the conditions of current modernisation of education are investigated in the given article. The fundamental elements of model effective corporate management of educational establishments are distinguished .The role of corporate culture in a management is determined. The development of corporate culture is one of the best indicators that assist the achievement of high level of education and its quality. Democratization of management in higher educational establishments will promote the competitiveness of them. ; У статті обґрунтовано актуальність переходу до корпоративної моделі управління закладами вищої освіти.Розглянуто основні соціально-економічні проблеми корпоративного управління для закладів, які виникають в умовах сучасної модернізації освіти. Виокремлено фундамен-тальні елементи моделі ефективного корпоративного управління навчальними закладами. Визначено роль корпоративної культури в управлінні. Розвиток корпоративної культури є одним з найкращих показників, які сприяють досягненню високого рівня освіти та її якості.Відзначено, що демократизація управління підвищить конкурентоздатність вищих навчальних закладів.
The author reveals theoretical approaches to the problem, interprets the views of otherresearchers. The problem of higher educational establishment deadaptation is cleared up in thearticle, interpretation of the phenomenon of teenagers' deadaptation in different spheres ofpsychological-pedagogical science is given. At the modern stage deadaptation is understood as atotality of features and manifestations, which affirm inconsistency of a person's interaction with hisor her environment. And as deadaptation ruins the results, which were achieved in the process ofadaptation, it is necessary in the first place to found out the essence of this phenomenon. Literatureanalysis and practical experience of work in the pedagogical university allow us to determine somecharacteristics of social status of a student of the first years of study. The analysis of different formsof pedagogical work as foe the overcoming of deadaptation manifestations of the future educatorsin higher educational establishment is done. The author analyses the questionering conducted atthe faculty of pre-school education, which allows to affirm that at the beginning of study studentsovercome educational difficulties and aren't very thoughtful as for the perspectives of their futureprofessional activity. In this period great responsibility is on the academic group supervisors. Toprevent the manifestations of deadaptation the supervisors should should create psychologicalcomfort in the group for the students – desirable for students state, affirming harmony in the inner,psychological and social life. To avoid the manifestations of deadaptation of the students-freshmenand in order to accelerate their adaptation, we have created the program for special course for theteachers and supervisors of academic groups

Effectiveness of military experts training was evaluated in terms of impact of physical training system in higher education based on the fifth-years formative pedagogical experiment with goal-oriented use of experimental professionally oriented technology for teaching youth organizational managerial skills. The results of the study demonstrate an increase (0.32 points) in integrated score of the readiness of military graduates to manage physical training in military divisions. ; Оценена эффективность процесса подготовки военных специалистов в аспекте влияния системы физического воспитания высшего образования на основе пятилетнего формирующего педагогического эксперимента с целенаправленным применением экспериментальной профессионально направленной технологии приобретения юношами организационно-управленческих умений. Констатировано повышение уровня (на 0,32 балла) интегральной оценки готовности выпускников высшей школы к управлению физической подготовкой в подразделениях вооруженных сил.
In the USSR philosophy, taught in all establishments of higher educ, is considered as a sci'ific subject involving both res & practical activities. It is studied to acquire a comprehensive sci'ific view of the world. Philosophical training comprises dialectical & historical materialism (the prevailing philosophy), the history of philosophy, the philosophy of natural sci, logic, ethics & aesthetics. Sociol constitutes a part of philosophy. Marxist sociol is historical materialism, ie, a materialist conception of history which rejects supernatural or transcendental causes of soc & historical motives. Considerable emphasis is placed on teaching the history of the philosophy of the ancient world. The main centers for teaching logic are the faculties of philosophy, but logic is also taught in faculties of philology, journalism & mathematics. Psychol is taught in teacher-training establishments as well as in all U's & secondary Sch's. Psychol is defined as the sci of man's mental makeup & of the objective laws governing mental activity. Psychol'al training includes a detailed study of natural sci's, physiology, anthropol, soc history, sociol (historical materialism), pol'al economy & linguistics. Child psychol & the psychol of teaching are given special attention along with the psychol of labor & the psychol'al bases of factory training. Soc psychol is not taught as a separate discipline. The teaching of psychol is closely linked with res. B. J. Keeley.
