The woman has overcome many problems, obstacles, and barriers to become an important member of society. In the past, women had no rights at all; they were isolated, neglected, and abused by men. With the emergence of feminism, the profile and image of women have changed completely and from a doll in the hands of a man, she has become a queen, president, artist, and teacher. This article examines the wishes, dreams, and ability of women to change their position in society not only as daughters, wives, or mothers but as normal citizens with regular rights and duties. Feminist efforts have been effective in many ways and have brought about a tremendous change in the position and role of women. They succeeded in removing the majority, if not all stereotypical images and giving them more importance in society by giving it political, social, and economic rights.

Employing a qualitative research approach in the pilot project to explore the impact of the constructivist approach used in the teaching practices of Josuman French Enrichment Program and examines the ways students shows enhancement in their affective attributes and provides an insight into the process of adding novel teaching strategies to bring positive emotional development which can reduce students' absenteeism.

Feminism is used to describe political, cultural or economic movement aimed at establishing equal rights and legal protection for women. French philosopher Charles Fourier is credited with having originated the word in 1837. Since then, this term has been extensively used to boost the socio cultural movement that aims at the freedom of women from male domination in the patriarchal society. It highlights various hidden and oppressive aspects of man-woman relationship. Indian cultural traditions are male dominated, hardly giving any scope to women to exercise their fulfillment of desires and development of identity which they claim as of their own. There are two areas of study as far as woman writing is concerned- one is how women writers describe the male-dominated society in their literary works, and what kind of revelation they make about their own role and the second is to study the way of their expression. In other words, one is to study their content and the other is to their style and form in their works. Writers like Mary Wollstoncraft inA Vindication of Rights of Women(1792), authors like J.S Mill inThe Subjection of Women(1869) and Friedrich Engels inThe Origin of the Family(1884) wrote of the need to rethink the of women and social oppression against them

The Indian banking sector has played a critical role in the overall economic growth. Private and foreign banks have started to gain traction in the sector typically dominated by government owned public banks. The sector's assets have expanded vastly on account of several factors such as financial inclusion, increased competition, Indradhanush program, on-tap bank licensing, focus on mobile banking and technology along with others. While the sector has grown significantly, challenges and roadbloacks such as weak capital position of public banks, rise in non-performing assets, poor talent retention, weak consumer protection norms continue to haunt the sector and the overall economic growth. To counter these challenges, RBI has initiated reforms such as implementation of Basel III, enhanced provisioning for NPA, revised framework for resolution of stressed MSME loans, implementation of strategic debt restructuring (SDR), shift to a risk-based supervision model along with proposing a unified financial services regulator.
