AbstractGiven that personal source of information is preferred by the customers over company‐generated marketing communications, promoting advocacy behavior among customers is of much importance for every organization. Literature suggests that an organization's corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities significantly influence individual behavior. However, the advocacy behavior of customers (ADB), from a CSR perspective, did not receive due attention. To address this literature gap, the current study attempts to explore the relationship among CSR and ADB with the intervening role of brand admiration (BA). To collect the data, customers of a large fast‐food service organization in Pakistan were approached. The proposed relationships were tested through the structural equation modeling (SEM) technique. The statistical evidence verifies a positive link between CSR and ADB, while BA mediated this relationship. These findings will be supportive to the fast‐food business to realize the critical role of CSR for a meaningful customer‐company relationship in the face of competition.

Abstract. Probabilistic seismic hazard analysis of Peshawar District has been performed for a grid size of 0.01∘. The seismic sources for the target location are defined as the area polygon with uniform seismicity. The earthquake catalogue was developed based on the earthquake data obtained from different worldwide seismological networks and historical records. The earthquake events obtained at different magnitude scales were converted into moment magnitude using indigenous catalogue-specific regression relationships. The homogenized catalogue was subdivided into shallow crustal and deep-subduction-zone earthquake events. The seismic source parameters were obtained using the bounded Gutenberg–Richter recurrence law. Seismic hazard maps were prepared for peak horizontal acceleration at bedrock level using different ground motion attenuation relationships. The study revealed the selection of an appropriate ground motion prediction equation is crucial for defining the seismic hazard of Peshawar District. The inclusion of deep subduction earthquakes does not add significantly to the seismic hazard for design base ground motions. The seismic hazard map developed for shallow crustal earthquakes, including also the epistemic uncertainty, was in close agreement with the map given in the Building Code of Pakistan Seismic Provisions (2007) for a return period of 475 years on bedrock. The seismic hazard maps for other return periods i.e., 50, 100, 250, 475 and 2500 years, are also presented.

The present study has been conducted to view the impact of modernization on gender roles. This was a quantitative study. The researcher has selected the area of Muzaffar Garh, And one hundred Advocates of Muzaffar garh are respondents. The researcher has study the socialization, decision-making, choice of marriage and household duties. Gender roles have been changed at a great extent due to modernization. Education played an important role for the progress and change in gender roles. The question comes in mind that is modernization good or bad. It had changed traditional gender roles. Now females have equal right in decision making. Females have choice to marriage and equal opportunity in education, and have easily access to university. Socialization of children and liberty are influenced due to modernization. It is concluded that male and female both are doing work out of home and in the home, due to which there have been created a gap and socialization of children is influenced. Our morals, values have remained back and we are not thinking about it. Females have choice to marriage, and male do not feel any hesitation to do house work. Modernization, mass media, technology and education have played important role to change gender roles.

Today, Human Resource have identified that competent and skillful employees are the valuable factor in growing and developing organizations. So, respecting their needs their needs management can lead employee job satisfaction. People are the most important in the hospitality organizations because they are the central to the hospitality and service; employees' attitude, behaviors play a significant role to produce quality of services. Customer satisfaction and customers' perception about the quality of services are significantly influenced by the attitudes and behaviors of employees to provide services. The most industries are creating comparative understandings to keep employees productive and committed at work. Job satisfaction includes evaluative and expectancy components. The job satisfaction as a pleasurable emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or job experience. Job satisfaction as affective response resulting from the evaluation of the work environment to enhance organizational productivity. Employees' work performance is the degree to which employees are carrying out their jobs in a given tasks. This study contributes to better understanding of fairness perceptions by employees. There is large amount of research in this field, the organization focuses on to attain the expected performance from employees, because employees perform key role to achieve organizational goals.

The aim of this study is to investigate the training that has positive impact on employees' performance and productivity. This paper is quantitative in nature. Data for the paper have been collected through primary source by questionnaires surveys. The data have been checked through statistical software to find the influence and relationship of training on performance of employees. There are two variable Training (Independent) and Employees' performance (Dependent). Seven conventional banks limited are selected for the study. It is concluded that training has strong positive impact on employee performance whereas education is negatively correlated with performance in the financial institution of southern Punjab. The research paper suggest that professional training is essential element of human capital development which leads to higher productivity and performance.

This research study is related to FDI and GDP and the main aim of this research study is to validate the relationship between them. Foreign direct investment (FDI) is considered as a growth accelerating component that has received a great attention in developed countries even in developing and less developed countries during recent years. Now FDI has greater importance in closed economy. FDI benefits any economy in terms of technology, skilled labor and skills transfer to the host countries. For data collection, 30 year data from 1983 to 2012 was collected and the cobb-Douglas Production function is used to test the relationship. Our research variables are Gross Capital Formation (K), Labor (L), Health Expenditure (H), FDI and openness to trade in export oriented economy (OP*FDI). We have followed the Bhagwati's hypothesis that was: FDI has greater impact on GDP in the export oriented economy. For data analysis, we have examined the descriptive statistics, correlation and regression model. For this we incorporate the production function in regression model. In brief, our results show that there is a positive relationship between FDI and GDP in Pakistan. But, Pakistan has not sufficient flow of FDI during past decades. And main point to consider which is evident through statistics and results is that there is greater impact of FDI in the open trade policy regimes. It is also concluded that FDI impact may be situation and culture related. So, the extent of FDI economic benefits cannot be predicted.

Addressing environmental challenges, such as climate change, requires integrating consumers' social behavior and personality traits. This study examined how corporate social responsibility (CSR) influences employees' energy-specific proenvironmental behavior in the hospitality sector,
considering the mediating role of green self-efficacy and employee happiness, and the moderating role of altruistic values. Using structural equation modeling of data from a survey of 418 employees in Pakistan, this study found that CSR had a positive impact on energy-specific proenvironmental
behavior, with green self-efficacy and employee happiness acting as mediators, and altruistic values acting as a moderator. The findings suggest that CSR initiatives tailored to consumers' social behavior and personality traits can effectively promote sustainable energy consumption behavior
among employees.

Existing research has focused on organizational interventions in promoting financial performance but has neglected individual factors, such as employee emotions. Our study explored the links between corporate social responsibility (CSR), financial performance, and employee happiness,
and examined the moderating effect of altruistic values on these relationships. Data from 286 healthcare workers were analyzed using SMART-PLS software. Results revealed that CSR had a direct impact on financial performance, with happiness functioning as a mediating factor and altruistic values
having a significant conditional moderating role. Thus, this research highlights the importance of the triple-E effect on enhancing financial performance in healthcare organizations: Ethical responsibility (i. e., CSR), employee happiness, and ethical values (i. e., altruistic values).

Traditional customer relationship management models are ineffective for creating long-term relationships, but social media offers a more interactive approach. Despite the growing use of social media for corporate social responsibility (CSR), understanding of its link with the advocacy
behavior of customers in banking contexts is limited. Our study bridges this gap, examining this relationship with the customer emotions of gratitude and warm glow considered as mediators. Data from bank customers revealed there was a significant correlation between CSR-related information
and the advocacy behavior of customers, with gratitude and warm glow mediating this relationship. From a social behavior and personality perspective, our research illuminates the significant role of human emotions in the interaction between banking organizations and customers. Our findings
will help banks seeking to foster a competitive advantage by improving the advocacy behavior of customers in the context of CSR.
