The Department of Culture and Tourism, Park and Decoration of the City of Tangerang is a Regional Apparatus Organization that focuses on service to the citizens in terms of Park and decoration in the City of Tangerang. The Department of Culture and Tourism is required to provide maximum service to the citizens. However, in reality, there are still some services that have not been running optimally, one of which is the permission service for the use of parks and green lanes. Existing services still use convoluted procedures because they have not used technology optimally. Therefore, the author conducted research to solve this problem. The results that the authors get is the design of an e-Government system with the concept of a Customer Touching System so that people can do permission administration online. With this system, the process of providing technical recommendations from The Department of Culture and Tourism will take less time. In addition, there are problems with park management. Starting from the cleanliness of the park that is not maintained, the facilities are inadequate. Therefore, with a Customer Relationship Management approach, it is hoped that it can help park management to fix parks in Tangerang City.

Governmental establishments are maintaining historical data for job applicants for future analysis of predication, improvement of benefits, profits, and development of organizations and institutions. In e-government, a decision can be made about job seekers after mining in their information that will lead to a beneficial insight. This paper proposes the development and implementation of an applicant's appropriate job prediction system to suit his or her skills using web content classification algorithms (Logit Boost, j48, PART, Hoeffding Tree, Naive Bayes). Furthermore, the results of the classification algorithms are compared based on data sets called "job classification data" sets. Experimental results indicated that the algorithm j48 had the highest precision (94.80%) compared to other algorithms for the aforementioned dataset.

Purpose
Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are complex and comprehensive software designed to integrate business processes and functions. Despite the difficulties and risk, the adoption of ERP systems is expanding rapidly. Universities make large investments in information systems and expect positive impacts. However, universities are facing serious challenges in implementing new technology. Therefore, this research aims to evaluate the impact of ERP systems on higher education (HE) from the perspective of stakeholders' performance.
Design/methodology/approach
This research paper conducted a case study of an ERP system in a Saudi university to explore the impact of ERP system on the performance of the system's stakeholders among the university's employees.
Findings
The system quality factors (flexibility, compatibility, availability of right data, availability of currency, ease of use and timeliness) were found to affect performance positively, as were service quality factors (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness and assurance). This research further found that factors from pre-implementation, implementation and post-implementation phases had a direct effect on stakeholders' performance.
Research limitations/implications
Future research would be useful during the maturity phase to include all stakeholders in several Saudi universities. In addition, more research can be beneficial to test the applicability of the impact of the ERP system on stakeholders' performance in other public sector organisations and in the private sector.
Practical implications
The results suggest that organisations in general and HE institutions in particular should focus on the early stages and the implementation phase if they wish to achieve high standards of stakeholder performance.
Originality/value
This research makes a novel contribution by attempting to evaluate the impact of service quality on stakeholder performance in the ERP environment. The contribution uses service quality as a dimension consisting of four factors – reliability, assurance, tangibility and responsiveness. All four factors were found to be significant on ERP stakeholders' performance.
The research seeks to examine the structure of the E-government system in Jordan and comparing it with that of the United States. The research is based on the finding that few researchers have attempted to develop a good analysis of the Jordanian e-government system architecture, especially by making comparisons with those of developed nations like the US. Consequently, there is a knowledge gap in this field, which should be filled by analyzing the nation's e-government system architecture and comparing it with that of a developed nation. The aim of this study was to determine the structure and composition of the e-government system architecture in Jordan. In particular, the study sought to determine how the structure is set and how it works by analyzing it in comparison to that of the United States, a developed nation and one of the countries that was among the first to adopt e-government systems. The researcher seeks to analyze the e-government architecture adopted in Jordan (a developing nation), to compare the e-government architecture in Jordan with that of the US and to determine the challenges facing the architecture in the country. Based on a qualitative analysis of the e-government system architecture in Jordan and comparing it with that of the United States, the study finds that the E-government system in Jordan has improved service delivery to the citizens because it provides timely, less costly and effective services. Nevertheless, it is prone to information threats and needs continuous improvement. Further, it is also less effective compared to that of the US, especially because the level of hierarchy in the Jordanian government is higher than that of the US. Despite this, it has been found that new e-government system has an advantage because it can continuously be improved by adding new technologies and infrastructure to tackle the above-mentioned problems.

Abstract. In this study, it was aimed to determine the factors affecting user behaviors in adopting the e-government system with the theory of reasoned action and technology acceptance model used in the literature. In this regard, 5500 academic and administrative staff working at Atatürk and Gümüşhane universities were included in the study using the questionnaire. In consequence of the survey application, 463 questionnaires were analyzed. The Cronbach Alpha Coefficient method was used for the reliability, and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis was used for the validity of the research scales. After determining the reliability and validity of the scales, research hypotheses were tested by the Structural Equation Model. According to the analysis results, in the first model of the study, anxiety has a negative impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. On the other hand, results showed that reliance has no significant effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Furthermore, it has been obtained that perceived usefulness is the most important factor for the attitude with a rate of 69.2%. In the second model of the study, it has been obtained that self-efficacy is the most important factor for the perceived behavior control with a rate of 82.3% and perceived behavior control is the most important factor for the perceived behavior control with a rate of 75.6%. Moreover, the actual behavior factor for adopting the e-government system in the first model was explained with more percentage than the second modelKeywords. Every government's major objective is to provide the greatest services in order to establish efficiency and quality of performance. Syria's government has understood how critical it is to go in the direction of information technology. However, there are gaps and poor links across government sectors, which has tainted the image of Syrian e-governance. As a result, one of the main aims of this study is to figure out what factors impact Syrians' acceptance of the e-government system. A total of 600 questionnaires were delivered to Syrian individuals as part of a survey. The data was analysed using the structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS version 21.0. User intention to utilise an e-government system was shown to be influenced by performance expectations, effort expectations, system flexibility, citizens-centricity, and facilitating conditions. Assurance, responsiveness, reliability, tangibles, and empathy are five fundamental factors that have a major impact on government operation excellence. Behavioural Intention is being utilised as a mediator between the government operation excellence (GOE) initiative and the e-government platform.
