The French government passed a new law about natural sites classified as national parks in 2006. It invited the local elected representatives to participate in defining the park project: a charter. A consultation process was developed in order to establish collectively a charter. This charter can be defined as a territorial roadmap for the park. In the Écrins national park, created in 1973 and situated in the south East of France, the charter was definitely drawn up in 2012. It lasts 15 years. In this charter, the Park and territorial actors lead projects together. On the one hand, the Park has to support municipalities in the implementations of their projects and on the other hand municipalities have to foster long-term ties with the Park, involving it in its future projects.The mid-term evaluation of the charter is going to occur next year in order to ensure that the actions are collectively achieved and determine how it might be better implemented. To ensure external validation of this charter, an annual impact assessment is carried out by an external firm.The first step of the study consisted in an improvement of the process of evaluation. Firstly, I developed analysis tools needed to begin the evaluation. In others words, I carried out a SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) of the territory and a diagram which outlines key objectives. Then, I have been working on the proposed evaluation procedure and more precisely on a database. This database contains indicators associated to evaluation questions. The interviews have led me to define new indicators. Moreover, I have collected data necessary to the process of evaluation. In order to do so, I have conducted semi-structured interviews with national Park agents and partner structures (for instance the National Forestry Office).The second step has been the development of technical specifications containing a calendar with priority actions, the results expected by the national Park and planned deliverables. Moreover, I have defined all documents appended to it such as a list of actors in order to give all indispensable documents to the external consultant.Finally, I finished my work with a short analysis of two thematic areas: agriculture and natural sites. I used some indicators and I tried to answer evaluative questions associated. Besides, I put forward propositions regarding the contribution of actors to the process of evaluation. ; En 2006, la loi relative aux parcs nationaux de France conduit à la mise en place d'une charte à l'image de celles des parcs naturels régionaux. Cette charte lie les acteurs du territoire au sein d'un projet collectif pour une période de 15 ans. La charte est mise en oeuvre via des conventions d'application qui formalisent les partenariats existants et à venir, entre les communes adhérentes ainsi que d'autres acteurs et le Parc. Ces conventions soulignent un engagement mutuel des deux côtés : le Parc accompagne les communes sur des projets tandis que les communes associent ce dernier en amont, dès les premières étapes du projet.Le parc national des Écrins, l'un des trois parcs alpins créé en 1973, élabore sa charte dès 2012. Actuellement, cette charte fait l'objet d'une évaluation intermédiaire qui a pour objectif d'évaluer l'ensemble des actions qui contribuent à sa réalisation et d'améliorer sa mise en oeuvre. Cette évaluation est externalisée et le bureau d'études sera sélectionné en octobre.La première étape de mon travail a consisté en l'amélioration du dispositif d'évaluation. J'ai tout d'abord conçu deux outils indispensables à la préparation de l'évaluation qui sont une AFOM (Atouts Faiblesses Forces Opportunités) du territoire ainsi qu'un diagramme des objectifs. Par la suite, j'ai travaillé sur le dispositif d'évaluation qui est constitué d'une base de données. Cette dernière comporte des indicateurs définis au préalable et qui sont associés à des questions évaluatives. Par ailleurs, lors de cette première étape, j'ai également collecté l'ensemble des données quantitatives permettant de renseigner les indicateurs. Pour ce faire, j'ai réalisé des entretiens semi-directifs auprès de l'ensemble des agents du Parc national des Écrins ainsi qu'avec des structures partenaires comme l'ONF et les communautés de communes.Lors de la seconde étape, j'ai participé à l'élaboration du cahier des charges détaillant le calendrier d'actions, les attentes du Parc par rapport à l'évaluation ainsi que les livrables. De plus, j'ai défini et j'ai réalisé les documents annexes à associer au cahier des charges tels que la liste d'acteurs afin que le bureau d'études ait tous les moyens à sa disposition pour pouvoir réaliser l'évaluation.Enfin, la dernière partie de mon travail, plus analytique, a consisté en l'évaluation de deux thématiques qui sont l'agriculture et les milieux naturels. Dans cette optique, j'ai utilisé la base de données que j'avais complétée au préalable. Pour finir, sur la base de freins ainsi que de leviers évoqués par les différents acteurs rencontrés lors des entretiens, j'ai émis des recommandations.

This paper presents the light-scattering properties of atmospheric aerosol particles measured over the past decade at 28 ACTRIS observatories, which are located mainly in Europe. The data include particle light scattering (σsp) and hemispheric backscattering (σbsp) coefficients, scattering Ångström exponent (SAE), backscatter fraction (BF) and asymmetry parameter (g). An increasing gradient of σsp is observed when moving from remote environments (arctic/mountain) to regional and to urban environments. At a regional level in Europe, σsp also increases when moving from Nordic and Baltic countries and from western Europe to central/eastern Europe, whereas no clear spatial gradient is observed for other station environments. The SAE does not show a clear gradient as a function of the placement of the station. However, a west-to-east-increasing gradient is observed for both regional and mountain placements, suggesting a lower fraction of fine-mode particle in western/south-western Europe compared to central and eastern Europe, where the fine-mode particles dominate the scattering. The g does not show any clear gradient by station placement or geographical location reflecting the complex relationship of this parameter with the physical properties of the aerosol particles. Both the station placement and the geographical location are important factors affecting the intraannual variability. At mountain sites, higher σsp and SAE values are measured in the summer due to the enhanced boundary layer influence and/or new particle-formation episodes. Conversely, the lower horizontal and vertical dispersion during winter leads to higher σsp values at all low-altitude sites in central and eastern Europe compared to summer. These sites also show SAE maxima in the summer (with corresponding g minima). At all sites, both SAE and g show a strong variation with aerosol particle loading. The lowest values of g are always observed together with low σsp values, indicating a larger contribution from particles in the smaller accumulation mode. During periods of high σsp values, the variation of g is less pronounced, whereas the SAE increases or decreases, suggesting changes mostly in the coarse aerosol particle mode rather than in the fine mode. Statistically significant decreasing trends of σsp are observed at 5 out of the 13 stations included in the trend analyses. The total reductions of σsp are consistent with those reported for PM2.5 and PM10 mass concentrations over similar periods across Europe. © Author(s) 2018. ; Acknowledgements. Circular economy is a recent economic model that aims to reconcile economic growth with the preservation of the environment. It is based on the insight that our natural resources (energy, water, raw material) are limited and that with a population estimated to reach 9 billion people in 2050, the current linear 'take-make-dispose' model is no longer sustainable. Central to circular economy is the closed loop idea, aiming at enhancing the continuous flow of technical and biological materials in the value circle while keeping products, components and materials at their highest utility and value at all times and reducing waste to a minimum (EMF, 2013). The concept of circular economy has received increasing attention among policy makers in the past years. In China, circular economy is part of the national political strategy (top down approach), and its implementation is following both a horizontal and a vertical approach (Feng and Yan, 2007). The European Commission has adopted a new Circular Economy Package in 2014 to support businesses and consumers in their transition to a more circular economy where resources are used in a more sustainable way. In the academic literature, there is not yet a common theoretical framework or definition of what circular economy exactly is. This may be due to the fact that circular economy has emerged from policies and legislation rather than from a group of academics (Murray et al, 2015). Another reason is that the concept has issued from different schools of thought and has diverse theoretical and disciplinary backgrounds such as ecological economics, environmental economics, industrial ecology, performance economy etc. (Ghisellini et al, 2015). The Ellen MacArthur Foundation defines circular economy as "an industrial system that is restorative or regenerative by intention and design" (EMF, 2015). The major challenge of implementing a circular economy is that it requires a change at a system level, not only demanding for adequate policies, but involving all actors within the value chains (suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, consumers) of diverse economic sectors. At a firm level, new business models are needed that replace existing ones or offer new market opportunities (EMF, 2013). The structure of a business model is usually based on the largely recognised Business Model Canvas (BMC) by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010). The BMC is a practical tool which can be used as analytical framework for existing or future business models. It consists of nine building blocks where the value proposition - i.e. the value proposed by an enterprise to solve customers' problems and satisfy their needs - is central: (1) the key activities, partners and resources as strategic components, (2) the customer relationships, the customer segments and channels as market components, and (3) the cost structure vs. revenue streams as financial components. Lewandowski (2016) has adapted and extended the BMC to the circular economy principles, adding two more building blocks. First, a 'take-back system', including the idea of material loops where products, components or materials can be reused if collected back from the consumer; and second, the 'adoption factors', assuming that a transition towards circular business models must be supported by various internal organisational capabilities and external (technological, political, sociocultural, economic) factors. Mentink (2014, p.35) defines a circular business model as "the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value with and within closed material loops". Here, we present the structure of such a novel circular business model from the agri-food sector, the kind of value proposed and the success factors by analysing the case of the enterprise Grap'Sud in the South of France, which valorises waste and by-products from the wine industry. Results show that the structure and persistence of the circular business model depend on internal as well as external factors. From a strategic point of view, adopting innovative technologies for highly value-added products and a sufficient quantity and provision of agro-waste and by-products are crucial. This calls for a strong cooperation with research partners and suppliers as well as for a centralised governance structure and shows that business models within a circular economy should be designed according to territorial capacities to produce and process agro-waste. On the other hand, continuous product innovation combined with a targeted marketing are needed in order to be profitable and competitive on the markets. Finally, public financial support and the legal framework are important external determinants. Hence, translating technology into business while fulfilling environmental and economic goals remains a real challenge for achieving a transition to a circular economy in the agri-food sector.

El objetivo principal de esta investigación pasa por responder a la siguiente pregunta: ¿cuáles son las condiciones y las posibilidades de establecer una paz territorial en Colombia? Fruto de que la dimensión territorial de la concordia se erige como uno de los conceptos más importantes del acuerdo de paz del Gobierno colombiano con las FARC y de la negociación con el ELN, de lo que se trataría sería de describir las realidades y las posibilidades de establecer una paz en clave local. Lo anterior implica analizar las dinámicas de violencia directa y de violencia estructural que actualmente presenta el país, para lo cual se recurre a la utilización de seis regiones diferenciadas desde las que extraer conclusiones al respecto. Para ello se integran datos cuantitativos provenientes de 246 encuestas realizadas a los alcaldes y a las alcaldesas colombianos entre 2014 y 2015. De otra parte, para abordar la violencia directa, se incorporan, además, cifras facilitadas ex profeso por el Observatorio de Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario adscrito a la Presidencia de la República y por la Oficina de Naciones Unidas contra la Droga y el Delito. Por su parte, la violencia estructural se analiza tomando en cuenta las cifras oficiales del Departamento de Prosperidad Social y el Departamento Nacional de Estadística. El resultado más relevante es el de mostrar cómo en varias regiones de Colombia, especialmente en el sur y en el oriente, el problema de la violencia directa y estructural se presenta con especial notoriedad, lo cual supone uno de los principales desafíos a efectos de consolidar la paz negociada recientemente con las FARC y la que, muy posiblemente, dentro de medio plazo, tendrá lugar con el ELN. ; The main objective of this paper is to answer the following question: What are the conditions and possibilities of territorial peace in Colombia? Given that the territorial dimension of peace constitutes one of the most important cornerstones of the Colombian government's peace agreement with the FARC and negotiations with the ELN, this paper attempts to describe the realities and challenges of local peace processes in Colombia. To achieve these aims, the dynamics of direct violence and structural violence in six regions of the country were analyzed. Quantitative data were drawn from 246 surveys of Colombian men and women mayors conducted from 2014 to 2015. To address direct violence, figures provided by the Observatory on Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law of the Office of the President and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime were used. Structural violence was analyzed based on official figures of the Department of Social Prosperity and the National Department of Statistics. The most relevant finding is that several regions of Colombia, especially in the south and in the east, the problem of direct and structural violence is particularly pressing. This situation is very likely to be one of the main challenges to consolidating the peace process negotiated recently with the FARC and which, quite possibly, will also take place with the ELN in the medium term. ; L'objectiu principal d'aquesta recerca és donar una resposta a la pregunta següent: quines són les condicions i les possibilitats d'establir una pau territorial a Colòmbia? Fruit del fet que la dimensió territorial de la concòrdia s'erigeix com un dels conceptes més importants de l'acord de pau del Govern colombià amb les FARC i de la negociació amb l'ELN, del que es tractaria seria de descriure les realitats i les possibilitats d'establir una pau en clau local.Això implica analitzar les dinàmiques de violència directa i de violència estructural que actualment presenta el país, i per a això es recorre a la utilització de sis regions diferenciades des de les quals extreure conclusions sobre aquest tema. La fauna subterránea obligada, así como muchas otras especies subterráneas categóricas (troglófilos y troglóxenos), dependen en gran medida de los hábitats subterráneos y, por tanto, son altamente vulnerables a las amenazas que resultan del cambio ambiental y la alteración y degradación del entorno. Las amenazas mencionadas varían con respecto al alcance, fuente, gravedad y el momento entre especies, regiones kársticas y continentes. Algunas amenazas, como el cambio climático y la contaminación de las aguas subterráneas, son de alcance global (Culver y Pipan, 2009). Sin embargo, los efectos del cambio climático y la contaminación de las aguas subterráneas varían a escala regional y local. Así, también otro tipo de amenazas afectan poblaciones y especies subterráneas a escala local o regional, por ejemplo, actividades tales como la minería y las canteras, la extracción de aguas subterráneas y la recolección científica y/o amateur tiene grandes repercusiones para estos hábitats. Muchos aspectos de la historia de vida son comunes para muchos troglobiontes y, en cierta medida, están asociados con el incremento del riesgo de extinción, incluyendo bajas tasas reproductivas y limitada capacidad de dispersión. Por tanto, el rescate de la población suele ser mucho más lento y, a su vez, el riesgo de extinción resulta mucho mayor en relación con las poblaciones de especies de superficie. Además, muchos troglobiontes pueden ser particularmente sensibles a pequeñas fluctuaciones de variables abióticas tales como temperatura, humedad, oxígeno disuelto y concentraciones de metales pesados, entre otros. En consecuencia, cualquier perturbación durante la hibernación o cuando las hembras están criando a los jóvenes puede tener efectos perjudiciales de largo alcance sobre el reclutamiento y la supervivencia de las poblaciones locales. En Sur América hay al menos tres sistemas de cavernas con alta diversidad de troglobiontes, según informan Deharveng y Bedos (2012). Del mismo modo, más recientemente, cuatro sistemas de cuevas han sido identificados como puntos de fauna troglobítica en Brasil, estos son: el sistema de cavernas de Areias (24+ troglobiontes), el sistema de cavernas de Alambari (16 especies), la cueva de Parede Vermelha (12+ especies) y la cueva de Olhos Dágua (Trajano et al., 2016). A pesar de estos factores biológicos y de muchas amenazas documentadas y sospechadas, solo una pequeña fracción de la biodiversidad subterránea recibe alguna protección directa bajo la legislación internacional, nacional o regional. En comparación con los vertebrados, los invertebrados subterráneos y otros organismos han sido en gran medida descuidados en los estudios de conservación, evaluaciones y decisiones políticas, esto, incluso a pesar de que su diversidad es significativamente mayor. Cabe destacar, entonces el papel de los servicios de las aguas subterráneas y los ecosistemas subterráneos, pues a veces los altos niveles de endemicidad resultan de gran beneficio para la humanidad. ; Obligate subterranean fauna as well as many other categorical subterranean species (troglophiles and trogloxens) rely heavily on subterranean habitats and thus are highly vulnerable to threats that result in environmental change and habitat disturbance and degradation. These threats vary with respect to scope, source, severity, and timing among species, karst regions and continents. Some threats, such as climate change and groundwater pollution, are global in scope (Culver & Pipan 2009). However, effects of climate change and sources of groundwater pollution vary at regional and local scales. Other threats affect subterranean populations and species at a local or regional scale, for instance mining and quarrying, groundwater extraction, and amateur and scientific collection could severely damage these habitats. Several life history traits are common to many troglobionts, and to some extent, are associated with increased risk of extinction, including low reproductive rates and limited dispersal ability. Thus, population rescue is often much slower and risk of extinction much greater relative to populations of related Surface species. Besides, many troglobionts may be particularly sensitive to small fluctuations in abiotic variables such as temperature, humidity, dissolved oxygen, and concentrations of heavy metals, among others. Consequently, any disturbance during hibernation or when females are raising their breed can have long-lasting damaging effects on recruitment and survival of local populations. In South America there are at least three cave systems with high diversity of troglobionts (Deharveng & Bedos 2012). More recently, four cave systems have been identified as spots of troglobitic fauna in Brazil: Areias Cave System (24+ troglobionts), Alambari Cave System (16 species), Parede Vermelha Cave (12+ species) and Olhos Dágua Cave (11+ species) (Trajano et al., 2016). Despite these biological factors and many documented and suspected threats, only a small fraction of subterranean biodiversity receives any direct protection under international, national, or regional legislation. Compared to vertebrates, subterranean invertebrates and other organisms have largely been neglected in conservation studies, assessments, and policy decisions, despite their significantly greater diversity, roles in groundwater and subterranean ecosystem services, sometimes higher in levels of endemicity and benefits to mankind.

The demand for glassware in the northern part of Europe saw a marked growth only in the 16th century although the history of glassmaking goes back several millennia. The population of the Baltic region, including the city of Klaipėda (Memel in German), did not remain on the margins of the glass culture developments in the modern period. Glassware featuring plastic shapes, delicate silhouettes and transparent materials spread widely across the entire region and became an integral attribute of a daily life, sociocultural patterns, etiquette and even military art in a relatively short time. A great deal of archaeological investigations in different fields has been accomplished in Klaipėda, whilst daily life of Klaipėda in the modern period has attracted the least attention on the part of researchers thus far. We possess little knowledge on the old Klaipėda gastronomy and table culture, health practices, sociocultural life of urban population and cultural ties of the local population with other cities, countries and regions. The situation of Klaipėda as a port city accounts for a circulation of a greater variety of commodities in the city itself and also for a diversity in the patterns of use of such commodities, therefore perspectives of the city case analyses through the prism of the studies of glass artefacts provide a deeper glance into the problem, i.e. in addition to general knowledge on Klaipėda glass artefacts, an issue of the use of glassware in different walks of life of the city population in the modern period is dealt with representing an integral part of the expectations postulated in the contemporary science of archaeology. What kind of impact on sociocultural life of Klaipėda population in the modern period was made by other countries and regions: in what ways material-social and spiritual-cultural life of the urbanites was influenced, how and by what means diverse urban population groups created their identity and their sense of distinctiveness, – these are the questions that this work attempts to provide answers for, at least in part. A single case study, as a reference point, can bring a significant contribution to the analysis of sociocultural history of other cities and towns of the same period in the territory of present - day Lithuania or former Prussia. It is easy to notice that the amount of archaeological data is increasing annually, and research of protected artefacts is expanding, nonetheless, imbalances in the development of the chains of data collection, its systematisation and interpretation remain an acute issue in the archaeological research both in Klaipėda and in Lithuania as a whole. In keeping with a concept that a consistent research of discreet groups of artefacts is a key element in the studies of urban life of earlier periods, a special focus is given to the heretofore understudied glassware items of Klaipėda, of which little information is available today. This fact has provided an incentive to effectively address the accumulated problems on both methodological and theoretical levels. Glassware, unlike pottery ware, has been used in the Lithuanian archaeological practice to a lesser degree for the purpose of characterisation of archaeological layers and structures, and for the interpretation and evaluation of changes in urban development, historical facts and processes. Thus far, glassware finds in Lithuania have not been systemised, classified or dated in chronological order, neither harmonisation of glass terminology and data documentation system has been attained, hence the question regarding museum assets is actualised, with a special focus on why and what glass artefacts should be preserved and which ones should be regarded not as significant in terms of scientific research. The glassware research provides an opportunity to compare manufacturing technological advancements, the glass culture transformations, and the expansion of import geography in Klaipėda over a period exceeding 300 years. Furthermore, it is not for nothing that circulation of the glassware in the modern period is linked to the consumption of alcoholic beverages, involving the research of consumption patterns through the medium of glassware, which opens up prospects for tackling social issues brought about by alcohol consumption, the causes and possible solutions thereof the modern world is still seeking for. As a matter of fact, this research may present a value for a general public that holds an opinion that a form of individual expression, involving things or certain products, is a feature of a modern consumer only. It must be noted that glass artefacts and perspectives of their analysis have not been properly considered neither by archaeologists of Lithuania nor archaeologists of other south-eastern Baltic region countries, which has prevented an objective assessment of general trends in the development of glass culture across the entire Baltic region. The object of this research is the development of manufacturing, or craft production, techniques, otherwise known as manual glassblowing, of glassware and culture of its use in Klaipėda in the modern period.

Розглянуто: основні конструктивні відмінності ББМ щодо забезпечення протимінного захисту; аналіз впливу бронювання ВАТ на тягово-швидкісні властивості ББМ; основні критерії щодо розробки ББМ, які враховують досвід ведення бойових дій, роль і місце у них сучасних ББМ типу MRAP, розроблення концепції виготовлення, компонувальних схем, тактико-технічних характеристик, можливості щодо розвитку ББМ виробничими підрозділами військово-промислового комплексу (ВПК), вітчизняні розробки та досягнення у галузі броньованого захисту легкоброньованих машин (ЛБМ), де проаналізовано методики бронювання, визначено кращі серед них за результатами удосконалення; основні параметри бронекорпусів ББМ типу MRAP та визначено їх класифікацію за масою та габаритами; особливості підходу до забезпечення протимінного захисту ББМ типу MRAP; класифікацію рівнів захисту броні відповідно використовуваних стандартів та їх основні характеристики; основні тактико-технічні характеристики ББМ типу MRAP, їх конструктивні особливості, способи застосування, використовуване озброєння та шляхи їх подальшого вдосконалення та розвитку. Пропонується при розширенні номенклатури ББМ типу MRAP для забезпечення ЗС України, використовувати набутий досвід ПАР, країнами-членами НАТО, Росії, Казахстану для виготовлення нових зразків, що відповідають, з одного боку, вимогам щодо броньованого захисту, тягово-швидкісним властивостям та з іншого – стандартам НАТО, враховуючи вітчизняні наукові розробки та набутий практичний досвід щодо бронювання. ; В статье обоснована актуальность исследования конструктивных особенностей ББМ типа MRAP, военнонаучного и научно-технического сопровождения работ по повышению защищенности ВАТ. Проведен анализ научнометодической таких работ и информационных источников. Рассмотрено: основные конструктивные отличия ББМ, по обеспечению противоминной защиты; анализ влияния бронирования ВАТ на тягово-скоростные качества ББМ; основные критерии по разработке ББМ, которые учитывают опыт ведения боевых действий, роль и место в них современных ББМ типа MRAP, разработка концепции создания, компоновочных схем, тактико-технических характеристик, возможностей по развитию ББМ производственными подразделениями ВПК, отечественные разработки и достижения в сфере бронированной защиты ЛБМ, где проанализировано методики бронирования и определены лучшие из них в результате усовершенствования; основные параметры бронекорпусов ББМ типа MRAP; классификацию уровней защиты брони соответственно используемых стандартов и их основные характеристики; основные тактико-технические характеристики ББМ типа MRAP, их конструктивные особенности, способы применения, используемое вооружение и пути их дальнейшего усовершенствования ы развития. Предлагается при расширении номенклатуры ББМ типа MRAP для обеспечения ВС Украины, использовать приобретенный опыт ЮАР, стран-участниц НАТО, России, Казахстана для изготовления новых образцов, что соответствуют с одной стороны требованиям по бронированной защите, тягово-скоростным свойствам и с другой стороны стандартам НАТО, учитывая отечественные научные разработки и приобретенный практический опыт бронирования. ; The article substantiates the relevance of the study of the design features of armored combat vehicles (ACV) of the MRAP type, military science and scientific and technical support for improving the security of military automotive equipment (MAE). An analysis of the scientific and methodological basis of such papers and informational sources has been conducted. The following has been considered: the main constructive differences of the ACV in the provision of anti-fouling protection; analysis of the influence of the reserving of the MAE on the traction-velocity properties of ACV; the main criteria for the development of ACV, which take into account the experience of conducting military operations, the role and place of modern ACV of MRAP type, the development of the concept of manufacturing, layout schemes, tactical and technical characteristics, opportunities for the development of ACV by production units of the military-industrial complex (MIC), domestic developments and achievements in armored defense of light-armored vehicles (LAV), where the methods of armoring are analyzed, the best among them are determined by the results of improvement; the main parameters of armored carriers ACV of MRAP type and their classification by weight and dimensions; the peculiarities of the approach to the provision of MRAP type ACV protective membrane protection; the classification of armor protection levels according to the standards used and their main characteristics; main tactical and technical characteristics of the MRAP type ACV, their design features, methods of use, weapons used and ways of their further improvement and development. It is proposed to expand the nomenclature of the MRAP type ACV when providing them to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, to use the experience of South Africa, NATO member countries, Russia and Kazakhstan for the manufacture of new samples, which, on the one hand, meet the requirements for armored protection, traction and speed properties and, on the other hand, meet NATO standards, taking into account domestic scientific developments and practical experience in armoring.

The demand for glassware in the northern part of Europe saw a marked growth only in the 16th century although the history of glassmaking goes back several millennia. The population of the Baltic region, including the city of Klaipėda (Memel in German), did not remain on the margins of the glass culture developments in the modern period. Glassware featuring plastic shapes, delicate silhouettes and transparent materials spread widely across the entire region and became an integral attribute of a daily life, sociocultural patterns, etiquette and even military art in a relatively short time. A great deal of archaeological investigations in different fields has been accomplished in Klaipėda, whilst daily life of Klaipėda in the modern period has attracted the least attention on the part of researchers thus far. We possess little knowledge on the old Klaipėda gastronomy and table culture, health practices, sociocultural life of urban population and cultural ties of the local population with other cities, countries and regions. The situation of Klaipėda as a port city accounts for a circulation of a greater variety of commodities in the city itself and also for a diversity in the patterns of use of such commodities, therefore perspectives of the city case analyses through the prism of the studies of glass artefacts provide a deeper glance into the problem, i.e. in addition to general knowledge on Klaipėda glass artefacts, an issue of the use of glassware in different walks of life of the city population in the modern period is dealt with representing an integral part of the expectations postulated in the contemporary science of archaeology. What kind of impact on sociocultural life of Klaipėda population in the modern period was made by other countries and regions: in what ways material-social and spiritual-cultural life of the urbanites was influenced, how and by what means diverse urban population groups created their identity and their sense of distinctiveness, – these are the questions that this work attempts to provide answers for, at least in part. A single case study, as a reference point, can bring a significant contribution to the analysis of sociocultural history of other cities and towns of the same period in the territory of present - day Lithuania or former Prussia. It is easy to notice that the amount of archaeological data is increasing annually, and research of protected artefacts is expanding, nonetheless, imbalances in the development of the chains of data collection, its systematisation and interpretation remain an acute issue in the archaeological research both in Klaipėda and in Lithuania as a whole. In keeping with a concept that a consistent research of discreet groups of artefacts is a key element in the studies of urban life of earlier periods, a special focus is given to the heretofore understudied glassware items of Klaipėda, of which little information is available today. This fact has provided an incentive to effectively address the accumulated problems on both methodological and theoretical levels. Glassware, unlike pottery ware, has been used in the Lithuanian archaeological practice to a lesser degree for the purpose of characterisation of archaeological layers and structures, and for the interpretation and evaluation of changes in urban development, historical facts and processes. Thus far, glassware finds in Lithuania have not been systemised, classified or dated in chronological order, neither harmonisation of glass terminology and data documentation system has been attained, hence the question regarding museum assets is actualised, with a special focus on why and what glass artefacts should be preserved and which ones should be regarded not as significant in terms of scientific research. The glassware research provides an opportunity to compare manufacturing technological advancements, the glass culture transformations, and the expansion of import geography in Klaipėda over a period exceeding 300 years. Furthermore, it is not for nothing that circulation of the glassware in the modern period is linked to the consumption of alcoholic beverages, involving the research of consumption patterns through the medium of glassware, which opens up prospects for tackling social issues brought about by alcohol consumption, the causes and possible solutions thereof the modern world is still seeking for. As a matter of fact, this research may present a value for a general public that holds an opinion that a form of individual expression, involving things or certain products, is a feature of a modern consumer only. It must be noted that glass artefacts and perspectives of their analysis have not been properly considered neither by archaeologists of Lithuania nor archaeologists of other south-eastern Baltic region countries, which has prevented an objective assessment of general trends in the development of glass culture across the entire Baltic region. The object of this research is the development of manufacturing, or craft production, techniques, otherwise known as manual glassblowing, of glassware and culture of its use in Klaipėda in the modern period.

Land-use change, particularly the conversion of natural forest to agriculture to sustain the growing global population, has severe environmental impacts, including emission of greenhouse gases, diminished biodiversity, and altered soil functions. Agriculture intensification further reduces the fertility of soil, negatively impacting the sustainability of agriculture production and increasing the loss of soil organic carbon, which contributes to climate change. This thesis aims to assess the impacts of land-use systems on soil fertility and carbon sequestration. Due to its agricultural based economy, land is the most valuable resource in Nepal. The study site ''Chitwan district'' lies in the Terai region, a plain in southern Nepal. Known as the grain house of Nepal, the Terai region covers 17% of the country's total land area. Forests are dominated by Shorea robusta Roth and possess high economic value and biological diversity. People are extremely dependent on forests for timber and non-timber forest products. After eradication of malaria in the 1950s, the government introduced a resettlement and migration scheme from the Middle Mountain region to different parts of the Terai region, resulting in, massive deforestation to support cultivation and new settlements which continues to this day. Hence, the forest cover has been continuously declining. Agricultural intensification through conventional farming practices is also being implemented to feed the growing population. Soil samples were collected from three major land-use systems: forest, organic and conventional farming in Chitwan district, Nepal. The content of soil organic carbon (C), total nitrogen (N), microbial biomass (C and N) and six enzyme activities (β-glucosidase, cellobiohydrolase, chitinase, leucine aminopeptidase, tyrosine aminopeptidase, and sulfatase) were significantly higher under organic farming than conventional farming and forest, especially in topsoil layer. However, acid phosphatase activity was significantly higher (up to 6 fold) under conventional farming than forest and organic farming. The pools varying in P availability were estimated by P sequential fractionation approach (Hedley, 1982). The concentration of microbial biomass P, easily-available P, moderately available P, non-available P, and total P were much higher under organic farming than conventional farming and forest. However, the ratio of C to organic P was greater (>100) under conventional farming and forest than under organic farming, indicating the limitation of P in the former two land use systems. Indeed, higher acid phosphatase activity under conventional farming and forest is responsible for hydrolyzing organic P to be made available for plant growth. Various organic based management practices, i.e., application of farmyard manure and vermicompost, incorporation of crop residues, and cropping system under organic farming, contributed to increases in soil organic matter (SOM) and microbial properties, which play significant roles in maintaining soil fertility status. The decomposition of native SOM is regulated by availability of nutrients under different land use systems. Microbial-necromass, formed by fast growing r-strategist microorganisms under starvation conditions, contributed to increased decomposition of SOM (i.e. positive priming effect (PE)) following addition of 14C labelled glucose without nutrients to soil under organic farming. Conversely, K (slow growing) and L- (stress tolerant) microbial strategists in soil under conventional farming and forest, respectively, were responsible for the relatively low decomposition process. Addition of either a single nutrient (N or P) or multiple nutrients (N and P) with C showed opposing effects on decomposition processes in soil under different land use systems. Microorganisms utilized the added N and C under conventional farming and forest, which suppressed the decomposition process and caused a negative PE in these soils. Conversely, the microorganisms activated after P and C addition mined SOM to meet their demand for N, resulting in a positive PE in all land use systems. The decomposition of SOM was suppressed in soil under conventional farming and forest, however, microbial biomass was stable after addition of multiple nutrients. This could be due to reduction in active microbial biomass, which contributes to respiration in soil, instead of total microbial biomass. Additionally, bacterial community structure may be modified by protozoan infiltration following N addition, decelerating the decomposition process in these two land use systems. Microbial biomass increased by 18% in soil under organic farming after addition of multiple nutrients. Thus, the decomposition process increased to fulfil the metabolic requirements of an increased microbial population, resulting in a strong positive PE. The dominance of fast growing r-strategists in organic farming showed that microorganisms will utilize available C and nutrients for their growth, thus, higher incorporation of C into their biomass. Furthermore, microbial immobilization of N or P will be higher, which can be released and taken up by plants during turnover of microbial biomass or microbial death. Hence, organic farming has a great potential to promote soil fertility and C sequestration. In conclusion, the land-use change to organic farming positively affected soil and microbial properties, resulting in improved soil fertility and enhanced carbon sequestration. Farming, which aims at enhancing soil carbon pools and microbial activity, can address the challenge of sustaining food security while protecting the environment.

The object of research is the global financial market, which unites national financial systems and has significant regional development differentiation. One of the most problematic places for the development of the world market is the reduction of the internal regulatory influence of countries on their financial system as well as the growth of world debt of countries on foreign borrowing, the volatile nature of market development, where the law of uneven economic development manifests itself.The analysis of the dynamics of the global market is used for such indicators as:foreign direct investment and its net outflow (% of GDP);foreign direct investment and its net inflow (% of GDP);the number of national companies listed on the stock exchange and their market capitalization.With the help of classical general scientific research methods, regression analysis, statistical data processing methods, it is obtained that the lowest indicators of capital outflow are inherent in the countries of rapid development (Latin America and the Caribbean, South Asia). The highest rates of capital inflows are inherent in highly developed countries within the European Union or the Eurozone. Most of the companies with quotes on the stock exchange and the largest market capitalization, located in the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), including in the European Union. This is due to the fact that all components of the market are in close relationship. The increase in the volume of monetary savings of the population and free funds of enterprises contributes to the expansion and revitalization of the credit market and the securities market. And the issue of securities reduces the need for financing the economy through loans and accumulates temporarily free funds of investors. This ensures the conditional nature of the separation of financial markets into the money and capital markets. ; Об'єктом дослідження є світовий фінансовий ринок, який об'єднує національні фінансові системи та має значну регіональну диференціацію розвитку. А також зростання світової заборгованості країн за зовнішніми запозиченнями, непостійний характер розвитку ринку, де проявляє свою дію закон нерівномірності економічного розвитку.В ході дослідження використовувався аналіз динаміки розвитку світового фінансового ринку за такими показниками, як:прямі іноземні інвестиції та їх чистий відтік (% від ВВП);прямі іноземні інвестиції та їх чистий приток (% від ВВП);кількість національних компаній, що котируються на біржі та їх ринкова капіталізація.За допомогою класичних загальнонаукових методів дослідження, регресійного аналізу, методів статистичної обробки даних отримано, що найменші показники відтоку капіталу притаманні країнам стрімкого характеру розвитку (регіон Латинської Америки та Карибського басейну, Південної Азії). Найбільші показники притоку капіталу притаманні високорозвиненим країнам, що входять до Європейського Союзу або Єврозони. Більшість компаній, що мають котирування на біржі та найбільшу ринкову капіталізацію, розташована в країнах ОЕСР (Організація економічного співробітництва та розвитку), у тому числі в країнах Європейського Союзу. Це пов'язано з тим, що всі складові фінансового ринку перебувають у тісному взаємозв'язку. Збільшення обсягів грошових заощаджень населення і вільних коштів підприємств сприяє розширенню та активізації кредитного ринку і ринку цінних паперів. А випуск цінних паперів знижує потребу у фінансуванні економіки за рахунок кредитів та акумулює тимчасово вільні грошові кошти інвесторів. Завдяки цьому забезпечується умовний характер поділу фінансових ринків на ринок грошей і ринок капіталів. ; Объектом исследования является мировой финансовый рынок, который объединяет национальные финансовые системы и имеет значительную региональную дифференциацию развития. Одним из самых проблемных мест развития мирового рынка является снижение внутренне-регуляторного влияния стран на свою финансовую систему. А также рост мировой задолженности стран по внешним заимствованиям, непостоянный характер развития рынка, где проявляет свое действие закон неравномерности экономического развития.В ходе исследования использовался анализ динамики развития мирового рынка по таким показателям, как:прямые иностранные инвестиции и их чистый отток (% от ВВП);прямые иностранные инвестиции и их чистый приток (% от ВВП);количество национальных компаний, котирующихся на бирже и их рыночная капитализация.С помощью классических общенаучных методов исследования, регрессионного анализа, методов статистической обработки данных получено, что наименьшие показатели оттока капитала присущи странам, имеющим стремительный характер развития (регион Латинской Америки и Карибского бассейна, Южной Азии). Наибольшие показатели притока капитала присущи высокоразвитым странам, входящим в Европейский Союз или Еврозону. Большинство компаний, имеющих котировки на бирже и наибольшую рыночную капитализацию, расположены в странах ОЭСР (Организация экономического сотрудничества и развития), в том числе в странах Европейского Союза. Это связано с тем, что все составляющие рынка находятся в тесной взаимосвязи. Увеличение объемов денежных сбережений населения и свободных средств предприятий способствует расширению и активизации кредитного рынка и рынка ценных бумаг. А выпуск ценных бумаг снижает потребность в финансировании экономики за счет кредитов и аккумулирует временно свободные денежные средства инвесторов. Благодаря этому обеспечивается условный характер разделения финансовых рынков на рынок денег и рынок капиталов.

Nowadays, Indonesian's education seems to have an improvement in its quality. The government is establishing the 2013 curriculum. However, its implementation has not been well-implemented. In regard to this problem, it is necessary to apply scientific learning models: PjBL and PBL models. With these models and according to the students' locus of control, it is expected that it will improve students' learning outcomes. This study is aimed at determining the effectiveness of PjBL and PBL models towards learning outcomes in terms of the students' Locus of Control. The method used in this study was experiment, with 2x2 factorial design. The population was XI IPS students of SMAN 1 Ngaglik. The samples were 32 experimental students of PBL model and 28 experimental students of PjBL model. The data were collected using questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed using Two Ways ANOVA. The result of the analysis shows that there is an influence between the models and students' locus of control towards the learning outcomes. А також зростання світової заборгованості країн за зовнішніми запозиченнями, непостійний характер розвитку ринку, де проявляє свою дію закон нерівномірності економічного розвитку.В ході дослідження використовувався аналіз динаміки розвитку світового фінансового ринку за такими показниками, як:прямі іноземні інвестиції та їх чистий відтік (% від ВВП);прямі іноземні інвестиції та їх чистий приток (% від ВВП);кількість національних компаній, що котируються на біржі та їх ринкова капіталізація.За допомогою класичних загальнонаукових методів дослідження, регресійного аналізу, методів статистичної обробки даних отримано, що найменші показники відтоку капіталу притаманні країнам стрімкого характеру розвитку (регіон Латинської Америки та Карибського басейну, Південної Азії). Найбільші показники притоку капіталу притаманні високорозвиненим країнам, що входять до Європейського Союзу або Єврозони. Більшість компаній, що мають котирування на біржі та найбільшу ринкову капіталізацію, розташована в країнах ОЕСР (Організація економічного співробітництва та розвитку), у тому числі в країнах Європейського Союзу. Це пов'язано з тим, що всі складові фінансового ринку перебувають у тісному взаємозв'язку. Збільшення обсягів грошових заощаджень населення і вільних коштів підприємств сприяє розширенню та активізації кредитного ринку і ринку цінних паперів. А випуск цінних паперів знижує потребу у фінансуванні економіки за рахунок кредитів та акумулює тимчасово вільні грошові кошти інвесторів. Завдяки цьому забезпечується умовний характер поділу фінансових ринків на ринок грошей і ринок капіталів. ; Объектом исследования является мировой финансовый рынок, который объединяет национальные финансовые системы и имеет значительную региональную дифференциацию развития. Одним из самых проблемных мест развития мирового рынка является снижение внутренне-регуляторного влияния стран на свою финансовую систему. А также рост мировой задолженности стран по внешним заимствованиям, непостоянный характер развития рынка, где проявляет свое действие закон неравномерности экономического развития.В ходе исследования использовался анализ динамики развития мирового рынка по таким показателям, как:прямые иностранные инвестиции и их чистый отток (% от ВВП);прямые иностранные инвестиции и их чистый приток (% от ВВП);количество национальных компаний, котирующихся на бирже и их рыночная капитализация.С помощью классических общенаучных методов исследования, регрессионного анализа, методов статистической обработки данных получено, что наименьшие показатели оттока капитала присущи странам, имеющим стремительный характер развития (регион Латинской Америки и Карибского бассейна, Южной Азии). Наибольшие показатели притока капитала присущи высокоразвитым странам, входящим в Европейский Союз или Еврозону. Большинство компаний, имеющих котировки на бирже и наибольшую рыночную капитализацию, расположены в странах ОЭСР (Организация экономического сотрудничества и развития), в том числе в странах Европейского Союза. Это связано с тем, что все составляющие рынка находятся в тесной взаимосвязи. Увеличение объемов денежных сбережений населения и свободных средств предприятий способствует расширению и активизации кредитного рынка и рынка ценных бумаг. А выпуск ценных бумаг снижает потребность в финансировании экономики за счет кредитов и аккумулирует временно свободные денежные средства инвесторов. Благодаря этому обеспечивается условный характер разделения финансовых рынков на рынок денег и рынок капиталов.

У статті узагальнено та досліджено проблеми сучасного стану зовнішньої торгівлі українськими підприємствами товарами кабельної промисловості. Розглянуто стан ринку кабельного виробництва в країнах Європейського Союзу. Акцент робиться на сучасних стандартах якості та ускладненні процедур сертифікації. Аналіз експортної активності виробників кабельної продукції України здійснюється на прикладі ПАТ «Одескабель», який є провідним виробником кабельної продукції на півдні України. Проаналізовано показники ефективності експорту ПАТ «Одескабель», розраховано економічний ефект експорту продукції підприємства, визначено динаміку загального обсягу продажів та експорту продукції за п'ять останніх років. Для проведення аналізу внутрішнього середовища використано метод SNW-аналізу. Визначено, що сфера «Організація загального управління» є неефективною, сфера «Виробництво» є однією із найсильніших на підприємстві, сфера «Маркетинг» на підприємстві розвинена недостатньо та не справляється із поставленими завданнями, у сфері «Фінанси та облік» є як сильні, так і слабкі сторони, а сфера «НІОКР» розвинена добре. Найбільший вплив на підприємство мають політичні та економічні фактори макросередовища, а основними ризиками в його діяльності є політична нестабільність в Україні, різка зміна курсів валют та девальвація національної валюти, кризові явища в економіці України, країнах Європейського Союзу і світу, які мають вплив на весь світовий ринок, посилення вимог до кабельно-провідникової продукції та внесення змін до європейських стандартів якості. Викладено можливі перспективи розвитку експорту кабельної продукції українських підприємств, зокрема, ПАТ «Одескабель» в умовах поглиблення ступеня інтеграції національної економіки до спільного ринку ЄС та дії положень Зони вільної торгівлі. ; The article summarizes and investigates of the current state problems of foreign trade of Ukrainian enterprises in the cable industry goods. The state of the cable production market in the European Union countries is considered. The emphasis is on the modern quality standards and the complexity of certification procedures. Analysis of the cable products producers export activity of Ukraine is carried out on the example of the public joint-stock company "Odeskabel", which is the leading producer of cable products in the South of Ukraine. The export's efficiency indicators of OJSC "Odeskabel" are analyzed, the economic effect of the enterprise's product export is calculated, the dynamic of total sales and product exports over the last five years is determined. The method of SNW-analysis have been used for enterprise's internal environment analysis. It was determined, that the "Organization of General Management" sphere is inefficient, the "Production" sphere is one of the strongest at the enterprise, the "Marketing" sphere is not sufficiently developed at the enterprise, in the "Finance and Accounting" sphere there are both strengths and weaknesses, and the "R & D" sphere is well developed. The political and economic macroenvironmental factors have the greatest impact on the enterprise, and the main risks in his activity are political instability in Ukraine, a sharp change in exchange rates and devaluation of the national currency, crisis phenomena in the economy of Ukraine, in the EU countries and the world, which have influence on the whole global market and the requirements tightening for cabling wiring products and changes to European quality standards. Possible prospects for the cable products export development by Ukrainian enterprises, in particular PJSC "Odeskabel", in the conditions of degree integration deepening of national economy into the common EU market and provisions of the Free Trade Zone, are given. ; В статье обобщены и исследованы проблемы современного состояния внешней торговли предприятий Украины товарами кабельной промышленности. Рассмотрено состояние рынка кабельного производства в странах Европейского Союза. Акцент делается на современных стандартах качества и сложности процедур прохождения сертификации. Анализ экспортной деятельности производителей кабельной продукции Украины проводится на примере ПАО «Одесскабель», которое является ведущим производителем кабельной продукции на юге Украины. Проанализированы показатели эффективности экспорта ОАО «Одескабель», рассчитан экономический эффект экспорта продукции предприятия, определена динамика общего объема продаж и экспорта продукции за пять последних лет. Для проведения анализа внутренней среды использован метод SNW-анализа. Определено, что сфера «Организация общего управления» является неэффективной, сфера «Производство» является одной из сильнейших на предприятии, сфера «Маркетинг» на предприятии развита недостаточно и не справляется с поставленными задачами, в сфере «Финансы и учет» есть как сильные, так и слабые стороны, а сфера «НИОКР» развита хорошо. Наибольшее влияние на предприятие оказывают политические и экономические факторы макросреды, а основными рисками в его деятельности являются политическая нестабильность в Украине, резкая смена курсов валют и девальвация национальной валюты, кризисные явления в экономике Украины, странах Европейского Союза и мира, которые имеют влияние на весь глобальный рынок, ужесточение требований к кабельно-проводниковой продукции и внесении изменений в европейские стандарты качества. Приведены возможные перспективы развития экспорта кабельной продукции украинскими предприятиями, в частности, ПАО «Одескабель» в условиях углубления степени интеграции национальной экономики в общий рынок ЕС и действия положений Зоны свободной торговли.

Circular economy is a recent economic model that aims to reconcile economic growth with the preservation of the environment. It is based on the insight that our natural resources (energy, water, raw material) are limited and that with a population estimated to reach 9 billion people in 2050, the current linear 'take-make-dispose' model is no longer sustainable. Central to circular economy is the closed loop idea, aiming at enhancing the continuous flow of technical and biological materials in the value circle while keeping products, components and materials at their highest utility and value at all times and reducing waste to a minimum (EMF, 2013). The concept of circular economy has received increasing attention among policy makers in the past years. In China, circular economy is part of the national political strategy (top down approach), and its implementation is following both a horizontal and a vertical approach (Feng and Yan, 2007). The European Commission has adopted a new Circular Economy Package in 2014 to support businesses and consumers in their transition to a more circular economy where resources are used in a more sustainable way. In the academic literature, there is not yet a common theoretical framework or definition of what circular economy exactly is. This may be due to the fact that circular economy has emerged from policies and legislation rather than from a group of academics (Murray et al, 2015). Another reason is that the concept has issued from different schools of thought and has diverse theoretical and disciplinary backgrounds such as ecological economics, environmental economics, industrial ecology, performance economy etc. (Ghisellini et al, 2015). The Ellen MacArthur Foundation defines circular economy as "an industrial system that is restorative or regenerative by intention and design" (EMF, 2015). The major challenge of implementing a circular economy is that it requires a change at a system level, not only demanding for adequate policies, but involving all actors within the value chains (suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, consumers) of diverse economic sectors. At a firm level, new business models are needed that replace existing ones or offer new market opportunities (EMF, 2013). The structure of a business model is usually based on the largely recognised Business Model Canvas (BMC) by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010). The BMC is a practical tool which can be used as analytical framework for existing or future business models. It consists of nine building blocks where the value proposition - i.e. the value proposed by an enterprise to solve customers' problems and satisfy their needs - is central: (1) the key activities, partners and resources as strategic components, (2) the customer relationships, the customer segments and channels as market components, and (3) the cost structure vs. revenue streams as financial components. Lewandowski (2016) has adapted and extended the BMC to the circular economy principles, adding two more building blocks. First, a 'take-back system', including the idea of material loops where products, components or materials can be reused if collected back from the consumer; and second, the 'adoption factors', assuming that a transition towards circular business models must be supported by various internal organisational capabilities and external (technological, political, sociocultural, economic) factors. Mentink (2014, p.35) defines a circular business model as "the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers and captures value with and within closed material loops". Here, we present the structure of such a novel circular business model from the agri-food sector, the kind of value proposed and the success factors by analysing the case of the enterprise Grap'Sud in the South of France, which valorises waste and by-products from the wine industry. Results show that the structure and persistence of the circular business model depend on internal as well as external factors. From a strategic point of view, adopting innovative technologies for highly value-added products and a sufficient quantity and provision of agro-waste and by-products are crucial. This calls for a strong cooperation with research partners and suppliers as well as for a centralised governance structure and shows that business models within a circular economy should be designed according to territorial capacities to produce and process agro-waste. On the other hand, continuous product innovation combined with a targeted marketing are needed in order to be profitable and competitive on the markets. Finally, public financial support and the legal framework are important external determinants. Hence, translating technology into business while fulfilling environmental and economic goals remains a real challenge for achieving a transition to a circular economy in the agri-food sector.

The object of research is renewable energy sources as the basis for the development of renewable energy in Ukraine. Problems in the implementation of objects in this industry are the need to apply measures for their safe operation and less profitability of renewable energy sources compared to traditional ones. This is due to the high cost of equipment and significant costs to ensure technological processes. Increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the total energy balance will require government subsidies to the industry.It has been proven that the application of the cartographic approach allows determining the optimal locations of renewable energy facilities from an economic point of view and taking into account a number of equally important factors, in particular, social and environmental impact. The next methods are used:cartographic – when applying modeling techniques for building maps of renewable energy resources;geo-informational – in the process of collecting and processing information about resources, objects and factors for the development of renewable energy;statistical – at the stage of calculating the energy potential of wind energy, solar energy, geothermal and hydrological resources.The maps for the above-mentioned renewable energy directions are presented, recommendations on the optimal areas for the construction of energy facilities are given on the example of Kharkiv region (Ukraine). So, location:wind power plants are recommended in Vovchansk, Kharkiv, Velykyi Burluk regions;solar power plants – in Blyzniuky, Pervomaiskyi, Balakliia, Izium, Lozova and Borova;geothermal power plants – in the south of Barvinkove and Blyzniuky, southeast of Izium, Borova and Lozova districts.Perspectives for locating small hydropower stations within the study area are sections of the Siverskyi Donets, Udy, Berestova, Mzha, Merla rivers.The dependence of the economic efficiency of wind, solar, geothermal energy and small hydropower facilities on factors such as:distance of transportation of energy raw materials and finished energy to consumers;heat loss;cost of investment in the construction of infrastructure (power lines, electrical substations, heating networks). ; Объектом исследования являются альтернативные источники энергии как основа развития альтернативной энергетики Украины. Проблемами на пути внедрения объектов данной отрасли являются необходимость применения мер для безопасного их функционирования и меньшая рентабельность альтернативных источников энергии по сравнению с традиционными. Это объясняется высокой стоимостью оборудования и существенными затратами на обеспечение технологических процессов. Увеличение доли возобновляемых источников энергии в общем энергобалансе потребует государственного субсидирования отрасли.Доказано, что применение картографического подхода позволяет определить оптимальные места расположения объектов альтернативной энергетики с экономических позиций и учесть ряд не менее важных факторов, в частности, социальное и экологическое влияние. В ходе исследования использованы методы:картографический – при применении приемов моделирования для построения карт альтернативных энергетических ресурсов;геоинформационный – в процессе сбора и обработки информации о ресурсах, объектах и факторах развития альтернативной энергетики;статистический – на этапе расчета энергетического потенциала ветроэнергетических, гелиоэнергетических, геотермальных и гидрологических ресурсов.Представлены карты для указанных выше направлений альтернативной энергетики, даны рекомендации относительно оптимальных районов строительства энергетических объектов на примере Харьковской области (Украина). Так, расположение:ветроэлектростанций рекомендуется в Волчанском, Харьковском, Великобурлукском районах;солнечных электростанций – в Близнюковском, Первомайском, Балаклейском, Изюмском, Лозовском и Боровском районах;геотермальных – на юге Барвенковского и Близнюковского, юго-востоке Изюмского, Боровского и Лозовского районов.Перспективными для размещения створов малых гидроэлектростанций в пределах территории исследования являются участки рек Северский Донец, Уда, Берестовая, Мож, Мерла.Рассмотрена зависимость экономической эффективности объектов ветровой, солнечной, геотермальной энергетики и малой гидроэнергетики от таких факторов, как:расстояние транспортировки энергетического сырья и готовой энергии потребителям;теплопотери;стоимость капиталовложений в строительство инфраструктуры (линий электропередачи, электрических подстанций, теплосетей). ; Об'єктом дослідження є альтернативні джерела енергії як основа розвитку альтернативної енергетики України. Проблемами на шляху впровадження об'єктів даної галузі є необхідність застосування запобіжних заходів для безпечного їх функціонування та менша рентабельність альтернативних джерел енергії у порівнянні з традиційними. Це пояснюється високою вартістю обладнання й суттєвими витратами на забезпечення технологічних процесів. Збільшення частки відновлюваних джерел енергії в загальному енергобалансі вимагатиме державного субсидування галузі.Доведено, що застосування картографічного підходу дозволяє визначити оптимальні місця розташування об'єктів альтернативної енергетики з економічних позицій та врахувати низку не менш важливих факторів, зокрема, соціальний та екологічний вплив. У ході дослідження використано методи:картографічний – під час застосування прийомів моделювання для побудови карт альтернативних енергетичних ресурсів;геоінформаційний – у процесі збору та обробки інформації про ресурси, об'єкти та фактори розвитку альтернативної енергетики;статистичний – на етапі розрахунку енергетичного потенціалу вітроенергетичних, геліоенергетичних, геотермальних та гідрологічних ресурсів.Представлено карти для означених вище напрямків альтернативної енергетики, надано рекомендації щодо оптимальних районів будівництва енергетичних об'єктів на прикладі Харківської області (Україна).
