Die Art und Weise, wie wir Texte hermeneutisch interpretieren, aus der Exegese biblischer Texte hervorgegangen, ist übergegangen in dialogische Konstellationen mit dem Ziel, wechselseitiges Verstehen zu generieren, dieses Verständnis, wenn erzielt, weiter zu hinterfragen und Bedeutung auch über den Dialog hinaus zu generieren.
In diesem Beitrag zeichnen wir den Fortschritt und die Verschränkung verschiedener hermeneutischer Ansätze vom Konzept der "Verschmelzung von Horizonten" bei GADAMER über die GADAMER-HABERMAS-Debatte zur Frage der Verbindung interpretativer und kritischer Ansätze der Textinterpretation hin zu einer Forschungsstrategie, die aus dieser Debatte heraus entstanden ist. Diese Strategie kritisch-transformativer Dialoge beinhaltet a) ein Interesse an einem tiefgehenden Verstehen des interessierenden Forschungsphänomens, b) eine skeptische Positionierung und Hinterfragung dieses im Forschungsprozess gewonnenen Verstehens und c) die Wertschätzung von Dialogen, die über eine "Verschmelzung von Horizonten" hinausgehend zu transformativem Handeln beitragen. Der Einsatz dieser Strategie wird an einem Gesundheitsprojekt demonstriert, bei dem die Untersuchungsfrage und deren Erforschung in einen emanzipatorischen Praxis-Dialog gemündet sind.

O artigo refere-se à análise de processos de formação continuada de profissionais educadores que atuam na gestão do ensino fundamental e educação infantil em dois municípios de estados brasileiros diferentes, sendo um do Mato Grosso do Sul e outro de São Paulo. Ambos envolveram docentes e discentes das universidades públicas dos dois estados (UNESP e UFMS), tiveram suas ações analisadas no momento em que completaram dois anos e envolveram atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão. O texto realiza uma introdução, expondo e analisando o contexto atual dos estudos em Administração escolar e segue com a apresentação dos referenciais teórico-metodológicos das duas práticas, evidenciando suas similaridades e especificidades. Posteriormente, analisa os resultados parciais dos trabalhos, nos âmbitos do ensino, da pesquisa e, sobretudo, das práticas cotidianas dos sujeitos envolvidos.

Die größte Herausforderung für den Sohn des amtierenden Präsidenten sind die Muslimbrüder, die bei den letzten Wahlen 2005 einen überraschenden Erfolg erzielten. Seitdem versuchen die Muslimbrüder sich als politische Kraft zu profilieren. Anhand des Entwurfs eines Parteiprogramms, den die Muslimbrüder im Spätsommer 2007 der ägyptischen Öffentlichkeit vorgelegthaben, werden die wichtigsten Positionen der Organisationzum politischen System und zur Frauen-, Wirtschafts- und Außenpolitik vorgestellt. Recent research on achieving sustainable heritage tourism in Macau advocates a greater collaboration between tourism and heritage management authorities and the local community on reaching sustainable tourism goals. A key theme for Macau in the last ten years has been how the tension between the proponents for greater casino development versus those for cultural heritage product development has played out in government policies for heritage management, private sector tourism development and host community concerns about heritage protection and achieving quality tourism. The indirect influence of the central government on Macau Special Administrative Region's (SAR's) policy development in relation to these topics in the last ten years will be discussed in this context using findings from three recent studies by the Institute For Tourism Studies (IFT) and background information collected on government policy and community views. This paper will outline emerging issues regarding demand, supply, and impacts of cultural tourism with reference to findings from four recent research projects. Special reference will be made to over-use and under-use issues, authenticity, and the management of tourism impacts while enhancing visitor experience. Strategic planning and management of cultural tourism products will also be touched upon.

We propose an easily implementable test of the validity of a set of theoretical restrictions on the relationship between economic variables, which do not necessarily identify the data generating process. The restrictions can be derived from any model of interactions, allowing censoring and multiple equilibria. When the restrictions are parameterized, the test can be inverted to yield confidence regions for partially identified parameters, thereby complementing other proposals, primarily Chernozhukov et al. [Chernozhukov, V., H. Hong, and E. Tamer (2007): "Estimation and Confidence Regions for Parameter Sets in Econometric Models," Econometrica, 75, 1243–1285].

"Panel conditioning arises if respondents are influenced by participation in previous surveys, such that their answers differ from the answers of individuals who are interviewed for the first time. Having two panels - a trained one and a completely fresh one - created a unique opportunity for analyzing panel conditioning effects. To determine which type of question is sensitive to panel conditioning, 981 trained respondents and 2809 fresh respondents answered nine questions with different question types. The results in this paper show that panel conditioning mainly arises in knowledge questions. Answers to questions on attitudes, actual behavior, or facts were hardly sensitive to panel conditioning. The effect of panel conditioning in knowledge questions was bigger for questions where fewer respondents knew the answer and mainly associated with the number of times a respondent answered the exact same question before." Panel data have numerous advantages to cross sectional data. Data from official statistical offices (and other public authorities) are a valuable data source for the social and economic sciences. Many of these data originally are panel data (or can be combined to form panel data). This article gives an overview over panel surveys and panel data conducted by German public authorities, describing topic and contents, sampling and access to these data.

Danach wird das analytische Potential dieser Daten an der Frage illustriert, ob die Einführung des Dualen Rundfunksystems nach 1984 die Präferenz der Bevölkerung für TV gesteigert hat - was in der Tat zutrifft.'
