Abstract
The following texts deals with the definition of communication processes carried out by public institutions. The purpose is to elaborate a study which spans the different types of communication used in public institutions. In fact, political discourses often tend to propaganda & public relations instead of strictly providing the citizen with information. Thus, the link between the three basic types of communication, ie., information, propaganda & advertising, merge into a discipline such as public relations, especially in terms of employed techniques & public relation strategies referred to the field of political communication.
