Consulting services in Africa: A network perspective

Abstract

As development cooperation with Africa is gradually moving beyond old established forms of cooperation, the role of consulting services needs to be reviewed and redefined. Is Africa getting the right advice? Or are the general framework conditions under which donor TC and private consulting services are delivered ineffective and deeply flawed? (D+C/DÜI)
