Abstract
The author places relations between Britain and South Africa in their regional context and speculates on the options open to both parties in the wake of the general election to be held in South Africa. British interests in Southern Africa, its investment and trade in South Africa, the U.K.'s military and strategic considerations in respect of South Africa and other issues are scrutinized. (DÜI-Sen)
