Abstract
According to the author, despite New Zealand's own economic difficulties and the fact that it is the smallest member nation of the OECD's Development Assistance Committee, the country has managed to maintain a contribution to international development over recent years. He outlines and highlights New Zealand's development cooperation with particular reference to bilateral cooperation in the form of projects administered by the Ministry of External Relations and Trade of New Zealand in the South Pacific.
