Abstract

This short paper deals with the latest proposals for debt relief, incorporated in the Baker Plan, the Bradley Plan and the Conable proposal of transfering the Japanese surpluses to the Third World. The suggestions are severely criticized as means to protect US political and economic interests in the first place. (DÜI-Sbt)
