Abstract

This is an outstanding mailing-list system capable of handling up to thirty-two thousand names and addresses under optimal hardware and storage conditions. The system also incorporates several "mini" database features such as access and category codes. The system can also create files capable of being word processed with such packages as WordStar and WordPlus. The primary applications for social scientists are in managing mail surveys, for academic departmental mailings, or for professional organizations. Mass Mailer lives up to its billing as a system that can be used by the average novice.
