Features of legislative regulation of foreign banking activities in the CIS countries

Abstract

The аrticle analyses standards of the bank law of the CIS countries concerning legal regulation of foreign banking activity. On the basis of studying of provisions of the relevant laws, the author suggests entering of corresponding changes and additions into the banking law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
