A violência da linguagem: política do medo e falência da crítica

Abstract

Este artigo propõe uma leitura possível da violência a partir de uma crítica radical da linguagem. Para além da compreensão da violência 'na' linguagem, em referência a formas de ação violenta que os usos linguísticos podem assumir, há a violência 'da' linguagem, que sublinha a violência como constitutiva do ato mesmo de significação. Com base nisso, inicialmente, vinculam-se violência e processos discursivos de significação à luz da crítica radical de S. Zizek (2014) e E. Laclau (1985). A seguir, mostra-se como tal relação é articulada na mediação do escândalo político Novos aloprados (2010), através da análise dos recursos metafóricos empregados pelas esferas enunciativas de mídia, segundo a tipologia de Lakoff e M. Johnson (2002). Finalmente, argumentamos a favor de que a linguagem é, irremediavelmente, uma performance ideológica violenta. This paper proposes a possible reading of violence from a radical criticism of language. In addition to the understanding of violence 'in the' language, in that violence is a form of action that the language can play, there is the violence 'of the' language, which emphasizes the violence as constitutive of the act of signification. Initially, it shows violence and discursive processes of signification from the criticism of radical of S. Zizek (2014) e E. Laclau (1985). Then, it shows how such a relationship is articulated in the mediation of brazilian political scandal Novos aloprados (2010), through the analysis of metaphors used in enunciations media, according to the typology of Lakoff e M. Johnson (2002). Finally, we argue that the language is, inevitably, a performance ideological violent.
