Spatial Acentrality: of the theoretical centrality to the territorial project ; Acentralité spatiale: de la centralité théorique au projet territorial

Abstract

The centrality was defined often in theory by mathematical constructions integrating a strong part of economy, even basing completely above. Actually, it is considered as a point of dynamic balance. The acentrality is a principle meaning superiority of the political construction of the centrality, and on the second role of the economy. ; La centralité a souvent été définie théoriquement par des constructions mathématiques intégrant une forte part d'économie, voire reposant complètement dessus. De fait, elle est considérée comme un point d'équilibre dynamique. L'acentralité est un principe débouchant surla primauté de la construction politique de la centralité, et sur le rôle second de l'économie.
