Abstract

" Printed Brochure with the draft of the Law of Workers Insurance, presented by President Alvaro Obregón, to the Congress of the Union in December, 1921. This law is a predecessor of Social Security. Conference held by Gen. Alvaro Obregón, presidential candidate of the Republic, on August 8th, 1927, in the Melchor Ocampo Theater in the city of Morelia, Michoacán. At the conference, Gen. Obregón argued for his law on Workers Insurance once again, which was debated by Congress in 1921. / Folleto impreso con el proyecto de Ley de Seguro Obrero, presentado por el Presidente Alvaro Obregón al Congreso de la Unión en diciembre de 1921. Esta ley es antecedente del Seguro Social. Conferencia sustentada por el Gral.
