Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Sociales. Maestría en Derecho ; The Mexican people constitute a representative and democratic Republic, exercising its sovereignty through the Powers of the Union. Therefore, under the theory of separation of powers our Republic is divided for its exercise into Legislative, Executive and Judicial. However, this theory has had to evolve to avoid the concentration of power in the hands of a few. Therefore, our Constitution implements the autonomous constitutional bodies in order to safeguard the rights of citizens. Thus we have the constitutionally autonomous bodies are those that are immediately established in the Constitution, does not depend on any of the traditional powers and it is those who are entrusted with the direct and immediate activity of the State. But Mexico needs constituted bodies truly autonomous, since a dominant power always tends to abuse power, urges that the checks and balances between the powers are strengthened. Therefore, the determination to implement fully autonomous bodies, where citizen participation is responsible for electing the titular of our autonomous constitutional bodies with the approval of the civil service. ; El pueblo mexicano se constituye en una República Representativa y Democrática, ejerciendo su soberanía por medio de los Poderes de la Unión. Por tanto, bajo la teoría de la división de poderes nuestra República se divide para su ejercicio en Legislativo, Ejecutivo y Judicial. Sin embargo, esta teoría ha tenido que ir evolucionando para evitar la concentración de poder en manos de unos cuantos. Por ello, nuestra Constitución Política implementa los órganos constitucionales autónomos con la finalidad salvaguardar los derechos de los ciudadanos. Así tenemos, que los órganos constitucionalmente autónomos son aquellos inmediatos que están establecidos en la Constitución Política, no dependerán de ninguno de los poderes tradicionales y es en ello a quienes se les confía la actividad directa e inmediata del Estado.
