The Kids Are Alright: Neorealism and U.S. NATO Policy after the Cold War
Abstract
This dissertation applies recent neorealist scholarship to U.S. NATO policy after the end of the Cold War. Specifically, it reviews structural and neoclassical realist scholarship and applies it to the U.S. role in NATO's eastern enlargement, the alliance's strategy debate, and its Balkans missions.
