Una Constitución, veintinueve reformas ; A Constitution, twenty nine reforms

Abstract

This article is the product of the investigation made by researchers of five Colombian universities, during the project Bicentennial of Constitutional Life in Colombia, 1810-2010. This article illustrates the reader, using a descriptive way, on twenty-nine changes made to the Political Constitution of 1991, affecting more than fifty of its norms since the date of its promulgation, July 4th, to present time. The text is presented norm by norm in ascendant order, with its correspondent inscriptions of unconstitutionality promulgated by the Colombian Constitutional Court, and the indication of the official paper where its legislative bill was published. It was published by the national printing house of Colombia. ; El presente artículo, resultado de la investigación correspondiente al proyecto Bicentenario Constitucional Colombiano 1810-2010, realizado por investigadores de cinco universidades del país, desea ilustrar al lector de manera descriptiva los veintinueve cambios realizados a la Carta Política de Derecho de 1991, en más de cincuenta de sus cánones desde la fecha de su promulgación, 4 de julio, hasta nuestros días. El texto se presenta artículo por artículo de manera ascendente, con sus correspondientes anotaciones de inexequibilidad proferidas por la honorable Corte Constitucional colombiana y la indicación del Diario Oficial donde el respectivo acto legislativo figura publicado por la Imprenta Nacional de Colombia.
