Abstract

The dataset was originally created in SPSS (sav format). To ensure accessibility of the data for all kinds of data analysis software, the datafile is provided in csv format. Information on how to convert a csv into an excel file can be obtained through the following link: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/tutorials/KnowledgeBase/6269-convert-a-text-file-to-an-excel-file?lang=en_US The dataset includes variable name, variable label, and a list of values and value labels for all variables. The questionnaire is also available in the repository.
