Las políticas de seguridad y convivencia en el área metropolitana del Valle de Aburrá (AMVA) : casos del Aburrá Sur (Itagüí, Sabaneta y Envigado)

26 páginas ; El presente trabajo, pretende realizar una caracterización de los avances, retos y recomendaciones que presentan las políticas de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana en los municipios que conforman el Aburrá sur del Área Metropolitana del Valle del Aburrá (AMVA). Para ello, el texto ubica algunas de las aproximaciones teóricas a los enfoques y elementos que estructuran las políticas de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana, seguido de algunas reflexiones en torno a los contextos normativos y antecedentes político-territoriales de la seguridad y convivencia ciudadana. Posteriormente, realizará un ejercicio descriptivo respecto al desarrollo de las políticas de seguridad y convivencia ciudadana en los casos Itagüí, Envigado y Sabaneta que integran parte de la franja sur de AMVA; para finalmente esbozar algunos de los procesos de articulación metropolitana en las políticas de seguridad y convivencia, destacando en ellos algunos avances, retos y perspectivas de mejoramiento en el alcance de un enfoque integral y orientado por lo elementos que constituyen la seguridad humana. ; This paper describes the process through which a survey and subsequent analysis of the progress, challenges and recommendarions presented by the security and citizen coexistence policies in the municipalities that make up the South Aburrá of the Metropolitan Area (AMVA) were carried out, bearing in mind the construction of the first comprehensive metropolitan plan of the Country in Security and Coexistence. For this, the text locales some of the theoretical approaches to the approaches and elements that structure the policies of citizen securtry and coexsitence, followed by some reflections on the normative contexts and political-territorial antecedents of citizen security and coexistence. Subsequently, it will carry out a descriptive exercise regarding the development of citizen security and coexistence policies in the Itagüi, Envigado and Sabaneta cases that are part of the southern AMVA strip, to finally outline some of the metropolitan articulation processes in security policies and coexistence, highlightning in them challenges and prospects for improvement for the scope of a compreghensive approach and oriented by the elements that constitute human security. ; Magíster en Gobierno y Políticas Públicas ; Maestría
