Abstract

The user-friendliness in a recruitment interview seems almost impossible because of the challenge for both parties. However, this article shows that it is not only wanted by professionals but also sought through an IT application designed to simulate recruitment interviews. The PISE (immersive maintenance simulation platform) project, funded by the Secretariat of State for Foresight and Development of the Digital Economy, provided an opportunity to question this concept of user-friendliness in the upstream phase of the project and in its development. ; Usability in a job interview seems almost impossible because of the stakes for both parties.
