Career planning: Individual and organizational perspectives
Abstract
Five papers representing different frames of reference have the objective of clarifying and highlighting the interaction between individuals and organizations in developing personal careers. The purpose in doing this is to accomplish manpower planning and the management of human resources more effectively and efficiently as a result of greater sensitivity to individual and organizational interests and needs. The emphasis is on managerial and executive careers.
