RECOMMENDATIONS IN CONDUCTING TO REALIZATION OF THE SPECIAL MEASURES FOR FIGHT AGAINST DIVERSIONARY-RECONNAISSANCE GROUPS IN THE CONDITIONS OF HIGH FIRE HIT PROBABILITY BY THE ADVERSARY ; РЕКОМЕНДАЦІЇ ЩОДО ПРОВЕДЕННЯ СПЕЦІАЛЬНИХ ЗАХОДІВ ДЛЯ БОРОТЬБИ З ДИВЕРСІЙНО-РОЗВІДУВАЛЬНИМИ ГРУПАМИ В УМОВАХ ВИСОКОЇ ЙМОВІРНОСТІ ВОГНЕВОГО УРАЖЕННЯ ПРОТИВНИКОМ

Abstract

The scientific article outlines the urgency of the issue and the need for a scientific search for promising ways to conduct special activities (actions) to combat sabotage and reconnaissance groups. Based on the analysis of the experience of NATO member countries in the fight against sabotage and reconnaissance groups, the main measures aresum marized and the forms of tactical maneuver are revealed. The analysis of local military conflicts focuses on the effective use of unmanned rial vehicles for reconnaissance and destruction of enemy targets. The main tasks of the border detachments of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which are performed to combat sabotage and reconnaissance groups, are presented. The typical construction of the service and combat order of the border detachment, the purpose of its elements and the main methods of action for conducting special measures to search for and eliminate sabotage and reconnaissance groups are revealed. It is established that in the conditions of high probability of fire defeat by the enemy the service-combat order for carrying out special measures on search and liquidation of sabotage and reconnaissance group needs to be constructed on such elements as group of covering of directions of probable movement of sabotage and reconnaissance group and reserve. Variants of samples of unmanned aerial vehicles, which are in service in the border detachments of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, are given.
