EVOLUTION OF MAIN PROBLEMS OF MILITARY MEANS OF "HYBRID" AGGRESSION BY THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AGAINST UKRAINE ; ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ОСНОВНИХ ПРОБЛЕМ ПРОТИДІЇ ВІЙСЬКОВИМИ ЗАСОБАМИ "ГІБРИДНІЙ" АГРЕСІЇ З БОКУ РОСІЙСЬКОЇ ФЕДЕРАЦІЇ ПРОТИ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract

At the article were being considers the main definitions (concepts) and essence of counteraction to "hybrid" aggression on the part of the Russian Federation (RF) against Ukraine both in the general plan, and by military means, its basic lessons. It is shown that measures to counter "hybrid" aggression in Ukraine have undergone a rather difficult and ambiguous path in their development, from their absolute rejection not only by the state leadership but also by the vast majority of Ukrainian society due to blind faith in the political decency of Kremlin politicians to their commitment to international commitments to guarantee Ukraine's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity in exchange for the almost free transfer of Russia's third-largest nuclear capability to Russia, and up to uncompromising armed confrontation with Russian mercenaries and their allies in eastern Ukraine. The article reveals the main stages of countering Russian "hybrid" aggression in all its main areas, provides their content, shows the evolution of increasing countermeasures, but, at the same time, special attention is paid to countering military means, that is mainly in the process of training and participation of military formations of the defense and defense sector of Ukraine, first in the anti-terrorist operation and later in the Joint Force Operation. Given the wide range of tasks to counter Russian "hybrid" aggression by military means, the main possible forms of use of defense forces in different operational conditions during hostilities are given. ; У статті розглянуто основні визначення (поняття) і сутність протидії "гібридній" агресії з боку Російської Федерації (РФ) проти України як в загальному плані, так і військовими засобами, її основні уроки. Показано, що заходи протидії "гібридній2 агресії в Україні у своєму розвитку пройшли досить складний і неоднозначний шлях від абсолютного їх несприйняття не лише керівництвом держави, але і переважною більшістю українського суспільства у зв'язку зі сліпою вірою у політичну порядність кремлівських політиків, вірність їх взятим на себе міжнародним зобов'язанням стосовно гарантування Україні незалежності, суверенітету та територіальної цілісності в обмін на майже безкоштовну передачу Росії третього у світі за розміром ядерного потенціалу, і аж до безкомпромісного збройного протистояння із російськими найманцями та їх посібниками на Сході України. У статті розкриваються основні етапи протидії російській "гібридній" агресії у всіх її основних сферах, надається їх змістовне наповнення, показана еволюція нарощування заходів протидії, але водночас особлива увага приділена протидії військовими засобами, тобто головним чином у процесі підготовки та участі військових формувань сил оборони сектору безпеки й оборони України спочатку в антитерористичній операції, а згодом – і в операції Об'єднаних сил. Зважаючи на значний діапазон завдань протидії російській "гібридній" агресії військовими засобами, наведено й основні можливі форми застосування сил оборони в різних умовах оперативної обстановки в процесі бойових дій.
