Abstract

The article examines the employee's right to work by which it is realized through the conclusion of an employment contract. The basic rights and responsibilities of the employee are highlighted. Attention is paid to internal labor regulations as an act that regulates the rights and responsibilities of the employee. The content of labor relations between the employee and the employer is analyzed. ; В статті досліджено право працівника на працю шляхом яке реалізується через укладення трудового договору. Виділено основні права і обов'язки працівника. Приділено увагу внутрішньому трудовому розпорядку як акту який регулює права і обов'язки працівника. Проаналізовано зміст трудових відносин між працівником і роботодавцем.
