Abstract

Рассматривается ряд вопросов, связанных с административной ответственностью в сфере саморегулирования. Проанализированы положения законодательства и доктринальные источники, сформулированы выводы о необходимости изменения и дополнения административного законодательства в названной сфере жизнедеятельности. ; The article is devoted to a number of the issues connected with the administrative responsibility in the sphere of self-regulation. After having analyzed legal provisions and doctrinal sources, the author has formulated the conclusions concerning the necessity of some change and addition in the administrative legislation in this sphere of human activity.
