НЕОИНДУСТРИАЛИЗАЦИЯ ЭКОНОМИКИ: УСЛОВИЯ СТАРТА И РЕАЛИЗАЦИЯ

Abstract

Исследованы условия старта неоиндустриализации экономики и сделаны соответствующие выводы по ускорению её реализации. Отмечено, что отправной точкой неоиндустриализации экономики является успешное взаимодействие государства и бизнеса как на уровне инвестирования нововведений, прорывных технологий, так и формирования необходимого людского потенциала и институциональной базы. Особой ценностью в этом процессе должно стать косвенное государственное регулирование сверхтехнологичных производств (налоговое, инвестиционное, страховое), использование информационно-интеллектуальных систем. ; The conditions for the start of the economy neoindustrialization were investigated and the relevant conclusions on accelerating its implementation were drawn. The successful interaction between government and business in terms of innovation and advanced technologies investment, as well as in terms of the necessary human potential and institutional framework developing was recognized a starting point for the economy neoindustrialisation. The particular importance in the given process should be given to the indirect state regulation of the advanced productions (in terms of taxation, investment and insurance) and the use of the information and intelligent systems.
