Данная публикация рассказывает о начавшемся с революционных событий 1917 г. усилении уголовной преступности в г. Красноярске и уездах Енисейской губернии. В ней освещаются источники, формы проявления и выявляются особенности этого явления, столь распространенного в смутное время на данной территории. Освещая участие в преступлениях различных категорий населения, автор показывает все большее использование их большевиками и постепенное сращивание уголовщины с политической борьбой ; This publication talks about beginning with the revolutionary events of 1917, the increased crime in the city of Krasnoyarsk and counties of the Yenisei province.
