СТАРЫЙ БОЛЬШЕВИК А. Г. ВАСИЛЬЕВ У ИСТОКОВ ПОЛИТОТДЕЛОВ РККА, ВОЕННОГО ОТДЕЛА СЕКРЕТАРИАТА ЦК РКП(Б) И СОВЕТСКОЙ ВОЕННОЙ КОНТРРАЗВЕДКИ

Abstract

В настоящей статье изучены жизнь и основные направления деятельности старого большевика Александра Григорьевича Васильева (1888-1931), отстаивавшего в военном ведомстве интересы председателя Всероссийского центрального исполнительного комитета (ВЦИК) Советов, первого советского парламента, и руководителя Секретариата ЦК большевиков Я. М. Свердлова, именовавшего себя «председателем ЦК РКП». Васильев стоял у истоков политотделов в Красной Армии, а также военной разведки и военной контрразведки в их современном варианте. Документальную основу статьи составили материалы из личного фонда Васильева, его анкета во Всесоюзном обществе старых большевиков, дело МЧК «№ 18487/3606 по обвинению Васильева Александра Григорьевича», вердикт по этому делу, вынесенный Организационным бюро ЦК РКП(б) (Российский государственный архив социально-политической истории), послужная карта Васильева из Коллекции послужных карт на командный и административно-хозяйственный состав Красной Армии (Российский государственный военный архив), а также опубликованные источники. На конкретном примере показана деградация личности в условиях государственного и военного хаоса. Гражданская война поломала психику многих: старый большевик, видный деятель армейских комитетов, член нескольких (2-го, 3-го, 5-го и 6-го) созывов первого советского парламента, легат Я. М. Свердлова в военном ведомстве, один из создателей военной разведки и военной контрразведки в современном ее варианте, чей вклад, впрочем, сложно признать позитивным, «сломался» в годы террора от жизненной пустоты и безысходности. ; In the article were defined the life and the main activities of the old bolshevik Alexander G. Vasilyev (1988-1931), defended the interests of a member of the Central Committee of the RCP(b), Commissar for Nationalities, the future Secretary-General of the Central Committee of the RCP(b) I. V. Stalin after being wounded leader of the world revolution V. I. Lenin (August 30, 1918).
