О РОЛИ ЭНТУЗИАСТОВ В СОЗДАНИИ И РАЗВИТИИ ПОДВОДНЫХ СРЕДСТВ ДВИЖЕНИЯ СИЛ СПЕЦИАЛЬНЫХ ОПЕРАЦИЙ

Abstract

В статье описан вклад энтузиастов, в том числе не имевших специального образования, в историю развития и современное состояние подводных средств движения, применяющихся как для коммерческих, так и для военных целей. Приведены примеры создания компаний данными лицами. Решение задачи достижения цели в условиях жестких ограничений зачастую приводит к появлению нестандартных технических решений, которые затем получают широкое применение в крупных компаниях. ; In article the contribution of the enthusiasts including who didn't have vocational education to history of development and a current state of the underwater means of the movement which are applied both for commercial and for the military purposes is described. Examples of creation of the companies are given by these persons. The solution of a problem of achievement of the purpose in conditions of rigid restrictions often leads to emergence of non-standard technical solutions which then are widely used in the large companies.
