ПРОБЛЕМА ВНЕШНЕПОЛИТИЧЕСКОГО ВЫБОРА УКРАИНЫ

Abstract

Статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем украинского геополитического настоящего, а именно вектору интеграции Украины. Рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы по поводу участия Украины в европейских и евразийских политико-экономических интеграционных объединениях. Отмечается невыгодность геополитического расположения государства и внутренний раскол в обществе относительно внешнеполитического вектора. Обосновывается мысль о необходимости для Украины интегрироваться со странами евразийского пространства. ; The article is devoted to such a pressing issue as integration on Eurasian territory. Before starting to analyze different integrational directions the author presents a brief analysis about concepts and theories of integration, pointing out that European integration is based on scientific basis that helped it to thrive. So, the author makes a conclusion that the integrational processes on Eurasian space must be realized on a scientific basis but not on political situation. The author underlines that there are lots of different integrational projects on the Eurasian territory but they can't be considered to be very successful. There are lots of reasons for it but the main one is Russia. The author explains that Russia can't propose any project that could be beneficial for its participants, because Russian will always put its interests on the first place. Besides some experts believe that integrational project on Eurasian territory must be lead by some other country but nor Russia, as the republics of former USSR consider Russian projects to be a way to bring empire back. Also contemporary leaders of the Eurasian states don't want to share power with some integrational union. In the end the author presents information about political regimes in the Eurasian states and believes that they could be regarded as an obstacle to the integrational processes because totalitarian states are not eager to unite and share the power.
