Abstract

В статье отмечается, что в позднее перестроечный период в 1990-1991 гг. экономическая и финансовая помощь Советскому Союзу со стороны западных стран, особенно ФРГ и США, носила политически мотивированный характер. Получая эту по-мощь, М.С. Горбачев нередко платил за это политическими уступками как в области внешней, так и внутренней политики. ; The article notes that in the late period of «perestroika» 1990-1991 economic and financial aid to the Soviet Union from Western countries, particularly from Germany and the USA, were politically motivated. Getting this assistance, Mikhail Gorbachev was often paid for this political concessions in the area of foreign and internal policy.
