ГОСУДАРСТВЕННАЯ ПОЛИТИКА ИМПОРТОЗАМЕЩЕНИЯ: СОСТОЯНИЕ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Abstract

В условиях западных санкций, вызванных событиями на Украине, резкого падения цен на нефть и другие сырьевые товары, Россия оказалась в сложной политической и экономической ситуации. В связи с этим остро стал вопрос о замещении технологий и товаров, импортируемых из-за границы, особенно из стран Евросоюза, присоединившегося к антироссийским санкциям, инициированным США. Политическое руководство Российской Федерации поднимало проблемы импортозамещения неоднократно, и только события последних лет позволили перевести государственную политику в этой сфере к позитивным сдвигам, к реальному осуществлению разработанных программ собственного производства товаров и технологий, которые ранее импортировались из-за рубежа. ; N contexts of Western sanctions caused by the events in Ukraine, a sharp drop in oil prices and other commodity prices, Russia has found itself in a difficult political and economic situation. In these conditions the issue of replacement the technologies and products imported from abroad, especially from the European Union, acceding to the anti-Russian sanctions, initiated by the United States, has become very acute. The political leadership of the Russian Federation have repeatedly raised the issue of import substitution, and only the events of recent years have allowed to transform the national policy in this area to the positive changes and to the actual implementation of programs leading to the production of goods and technology that were previously imported from abroad.
