К ВОПРОСУ О РАЗВИТИИ СИСТЕМЫ ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКОЙ БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ГОСУДАРСТВА

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с необходимостью совершенствования системы экономической безопасности государства как фактора конкурентоспособности национальной экономики и повышения благосостояния граждан, важнейшего условия существования и развития независимого государства в целом. Описывается природа категории «безопасность» как ключевой в связке «экономика и безопасность», представлена эволюция подходов к определению категории «экономическая безопасность государства», раскрыта сущность основных видов экономической безопасности – финансовой, энергетической, военной (оборонной), оборонно-промышленной и продовольственной безопасности. В контексте современных подходов к обеспечению экономического роста и развития национальной экономики России подчеркивается значимость информационной, экологической, инновационной и кадровой компоненты экономической безопасности. Особое внимание уделяется формированию приоритетных направлений развития механизма обеспечения экономической безопасности отечественной финансовой системы, топливно-энергетического и военно-промышленного комплексов России, продовольственной безопасности государства. ; The article considers the questions connected with the necessity of improving the system of economic security of the state as the factor of competitiveness of the national economy and welfare of citizens, the most important conditions for the existence and development of the independent state in General. Describes the nature of the category "security," as the key link "Economics and security" presents the evolution of approaches to defining the category of "economic security of the state", the essence of the main types of economic security and financial, energy, military (defense), military-industrial, and food security. In the context of modern approaches to economic growth and development of the national economy of Russia stresses the importance of information, environmental, innovation and human components of economic security. Special attention is paid to development of priority directions of development of the mechanism of maintenance of economic safety of the domestic financial system, fuel-energy and military-industrial complexes of Russia, the state´s food security.
